Taehyung caressed the name tag hung on the door of Jungkook's cabin. He typed the passcode and walked in.

He always used to do this. Spending some time in Jungkook's cabin was a part of his daily routine. He felt nice and at the same time he didn't know when he would get over him.

He shifted himself comfortably on the couch, put on some slow melodies and shut his eyes.

"How do you manage to look amazing even when you're dozing off." Jungkook complimented Taehyung who was failing to stay awake while sitting against Jungkook in his cabin.

"Oh please I just need some sleep and you're being cheesy enough to annoy me."

"Why does everything I do annoys you so much. Should I leave?"

Taehyung rolled his eyes, "Please don't leave Jungkook-ahh. I can't live without you." He dramatically acted.

"Now who's being cheesy here?" Jungkook spun Taehyung's chair and pinned him between his arms.

"I don't lie when I talk about you." Jungkook chuckled slightly, "You're adorable."

Taehyung smiled on the memory. He had preserved them for long, "What have you done to me Jungkook. When will I get over you?"

"We're not having any conversation ever again Mr. Kim. You know what who was a better choice for you? That bitch who left you in the middle of an interview. Both of you would really fit together. Betrayers."

And there followed the bitter memories as well. Taehyung wanted to stay besides Jungkook so bad but those insecurities wouldn't let him. What if something like that happens again?

Taehyung gathered his thoughts and left the cabin. He bumped into someone as soon as he opened the door.

"Oh I'm so Sorry I didn't mean to-" Taehyung looked at the person, "Jimin? Are you okay?"

"T-Taehyung?" Jimin seemed to be terrified, "Y-yeah I'm okay."

"What are you hiding?" Taehyung instantly noticed when Jimin tried to keep his laptop away from him.

"Nothing." Jimin smiled nervously, "Why would I hide something from you. It's related to the company, nothing special."

Taehyung paused for a second and snatched Jimin's laptop.

"Why would I be mad Jimin?" Taehyung shrugged, "I mean we don't have anything between us that gives me that right."

Jimin held Taehyung's shoulder with his spare hand, "But I know you very well. Don't worry much, it's a rumour. He'll eventually come back to you."

Taehyung smiled, "So if you know me then you should know that I don't jump to conclusions before knowing the whole thing like Jungkook always does. Whether he comes back or not, the things between us wouldn't change."

Jimin nodded and hurried to Yoongi's cabin. He opened the door without knocking, "Yoo-" he managed to restrain the informal name rolling off his tongue as he witnessed the board members, Mr. Kang Jihun and Mr. Lee Seon-ha in the cabin.

Yoongi stared Jimin and nodded slightly, gesturing him to be formal and keep the boss-employee line between them.

"Good Morning everyone." Jimin bowed, "I'm sorry Mr. Min for not knocking."

"It's fine Mr. Park, keep that in mind from the next time." Yoongi stated with a straight face and gestured him to sit.

"When he knew that he had been dragged into dating rumours with Miss Choi several times in the past, then he didn't need to do that." Mr. Kang frowned.

"He would not stop being a gentleman because of some irrelevant rumours." Yoongi sighed, "He only helped her."

"I know Mr. Min. But that mere help did too wrong to Miss Choi." Mr. Lee stated, "and please call Mr. Kim Taehyung as well."

"Why Mr. Kim?" Yoongi demanded.

"Summon him first, we'll discuss everything at once."

Yoongi nodded and made a phone call following which, Taehyung was in the cabin after a while as well.

"So let me make you both aware of something." Yoongi sighed, "Miss Choi Yoora was trolled and bullied on the internet after the dating rumours. They call themselves Mr. Kim's fans. Most of the fans even tried to shut the trolls and be nice but the 3-4% who did dirty were enough to create a ruckus."

Jimin and Taehyung were startled and they looked at each other.

"The legal team had found out about the person who captured the pictures and uploaded it over the internet. We have officially notified the whole thing that happened that night." Yoongi explained, "We even sued the trollers and cleared the fact that Jungkook and Miss Choi are not dating but everything is still not back to normal."

"So we've decided that Mr. Kim, you need to apologise Miss Choi, officially on behalf of your so called fans who trolled her." Mr. Kang demanded.

"Why would he apologize Mr. Kang?" Yoongi interrupted, "I'm still the CEO and I won't allow this to happen."

"That's basic etiquettes Mr. Min." Mr. Lee snorted, "We should apologise to the ones we have caused trouble to."

"That's true. Miss Choi was not caused any trouble by Mr. Kim. Black Swan Entertainment has already apologized to her for the rumours and trolls." Yoongi's tone was harsh.

"How does the trolls have anything to do with Mr. Kim?" Jimin questioned.

"That doesn't sound good from you Mr. Park." Mr. Kang reciprocated, "Didn't you read the comments? They started to compare Miss Choi and Mr. Kim. Yes, I agree that Mr. Kim is an ideal guy but comparison must have hurt Miss Choi."

"They did it because of the past relationship between Mr. Kim and Mr. Jeon." Mr. Lee continued, "and the boards members know that it was fake, only to save Mr. Kim from the interview. So, he eventually owes an apology to Miss Choi."

"I won't approve that and this is the end of discussion." Yoongi was stern on his decision, "Mr. Kim wouldn't apologise for the public's misbehavior. I would have myself asked him to do so if the people were actually his fans and not some trollers disguised as fans."

"What's your opinion Mr. Kim? Don't you think you're at fault?" Mr. Lee questioned.

"I'm not at fault sir." Taehyung stated, "I wasn't the one who leaked their pictures. I wasn't the one to spread the rumours. I wasn't the one who trolled Miss Choi. And I would be grateful if the board members stop creating links between my past and my present. Whatever happened at the interview back then was not intentional. I was backstabbed as well."

The board members sighed, "Well this is the end of this meeting then. We'll take our leave."

The board members left the cabin after greeting the other three males.

"Thankyou for standing by my side hyung." Taehyung showed his gratitude to Yoongi.

Yoongi nodded in denial. He patted Taehyung's shoulders, "Thankyou for standing for yourself. Don't mind them, you're not at fault and I'm glad you know it."

"Dating rumours once again. Hah they're said to be rumours if they surface once, twice or mostly thrice. But Mr. Jeon, he has a list of ladies he made headlines with." A man discussed with his team members.

"Why do you think Mr. Jeon and Mr. Kim broke up?" Another worker sipped his coffee.

"I think something like that would really have happened and hence Mr. Kim would have broken up with Mr. Jeon."

"Yeah right. Everyone knows that Mr. Jeon could flirt with anyone and make them fall for him. Instead watch Mr. Min, he never dated anyone else and now is sticked to his man. I wonder when they'll be official."

"Mr. Kim would have not been able to bear it. No one can endure their partner cheating on them afterall."

"Done with speaking shit?"

The group turned around to witness Taehyung standing against them with his hands in his pocket. Jimin was also standing alongside him wherein both the males had a scary look on their face.

"We really need to sue the workers in our company first and then we can peacefully look into the people who create the rumours." Taehyung grinned partially, "You guys are already enough for the downfall."

The workers hung their heads low, "Sorry sir."

"No why are you all sorry huh? Bad-mouthing about the one who passes your pay-check, isn't it risky?" Taehyung glared them.

"Do you want Mr. Min to know about this and look into the matter? Or clearly speaking, do you want to get fired?" Jimin frowned.

"We're sorry sir. Please forgive us."

"Keep in mind that our lives are none of your concern right? Years of work experience here and you still don't know how much of a gentleman Mr. Jeon is." Taehyung slightly yelled, "Keep your theories with yourself. It would be better for your job."

The workers bowed while apologising and left.

"Calm down Tae, people are just like that." Jimin assured.

"But they should know that about whom they're talking about." Taehyung scowled and walked away with Jimin.

Taehyung read the message and then the letter opened on the laptop. Jimin looked at him in confusion. They were at Taehyung's apartment. Yes, 4 months and a few days had already passed after Jungkook had left.

"Why are you concentrated at your phone Tae?" Jimin asked for the nth time.

"Nothing." Taehyung mumbled and shut his phone down.

Never thought I'd cry like this but,

"I really don't want to see him." Taehyung mumbled, "It's hard to even ignore his texts, how will I face him? It brings all those sweet and bitter memories back."

Jimin sighed, "it's an official invitation Tae from such a big event. You can't let them down for this."

The Crystal Orchid Event was to be organised next week in New York. It was said to be one of the most luxurious events of all time. The extremely popular and influential people were invited across the world and it's invitation letter was itself an honour.

The seven men from Black Swan Entertainment were mailed individual letters. Namjoon, Jin and Hoseok had already mailed back an apology letter as they were on a hectic business trip to Canada.

"But Namjoon, Jin and Hoseok hyung are not going as well." Taehyung reminded.

"Because they've genuine reasons for that. You're being childish." Jimin rolled his eyes, "Tae, if you really can't forget things, then go back with him. It isn't a bad idea, he has changed a lot. And if you can't get back with him then move on. He's effecting you even in his absence."

"I know Jimin." Taehyung mumbled, "Honestly speaking, I can't deny the fact that I still want him. But, those memories won't go. What if things go wrong again?"

"So get over it. Or at least try to get over it?" Jimin explained, "I know it's hard Tae, but give it a thought, you can't spend your whole life like this. Be sure of what you want. Right now, you're oscillating between two decisions."

Taehyung paused for a while. He took deep breathes and calmed himself, "I'll go, to New York."

"Really?" Jungkook exclaimed.

"Yeah! But Namjoon, Jin hyung and Hoseok couldn't make it up so I, Jimin and Tae will arrive by day after tomorrow." Yoongi informed through the call.

"I really can't wait to see you. Is mom coming as well?"

"No she isn't. I asked her but she denied. I didn't want her to stay alone so I kept persuading her to accompany us. Jimin's parents came to know about this and they offered her to stay with them until then. She denied it as well but somehow we managed to make her stay with Jimin's parents."

"That means I'll have to wait for about one and half months to see her."

"Yeah." Yoongi chuckled, "Prepare our welcome yeah?"

"Of course I will."

Jungkook had a long conversation with Yoongi after which he hung the call.

"So I heard it right, they're flying to New York." Soohyun grinned and Jungkook nodded.

"Fuck." Jungkook perked up, "I forgot to ask him the time of arrival."

"Don't worry, I've some business with Jimin. I'll ask him." Soohyun assured.

He prepared some files and mailed it to Jimin after which he made a call ensuring the cross check. He had a brief conversation related to work, "So when are you all arriving?"

"11:30 Am KST." Jimin informed, "Don't worry to send someone for pick up, Yoon has arranged it all."

"Yeah fine! Talk to you later, bye!" Soohyun hung up the call.

"What did he say?" Jungkook questioned.

"11:30 AM. Day after tomorrow right?" Soohyun nodded, "That means we can attend the party tomorrow."

"You're talking like we need to hide our parties from them." Jungkook narrowed his eyes.

"No it's not like that." Soohyun yanked his arms into the air, "Yoongi hyung asked me to control your drinking. I don't think that it's a good idea of you being drunk when he arrives."

"Yeah right-"

"Shit." Soohyun cursed, "I have a dinner scheduled with Jinseo's parents tomorrow."

"Pitiful." Jungkook cackled.

"Shut up. I'll have dinner with them and then I guess I'll be home by 10 or 10:30. Then I'll change my formal attire and tada, party night!" Soohyun acted.

"Cool. But you're sure with the timing of their arrival right?" Jungkook cross checked.

"Yeah 11:30 AM."
