With the exception of my mothers death my life was almost close to perfect.

Ross was as usual the best boyfriend ever. Last night he carried me out on a date which he had set up by himself using sheets to make a tent a he had fairy lights all over it was just so romantic. I didn't even know it was even possible to fall more in love with him.

Its the beginning of August and the sun was even more hotter than in july causing me to stay in for the day.

Ross had an check up at the hospital today and because I wanted him and his parents privacy I stayed back even though he begged me to come.  I felt that I had intruded too fast on them and I knew his parents wanted some time with him without me there and I honestly in no way took offence to that.

I was in the back yard playing with Noble while Allison was inside baking. I had just finished cleaning ross' room and help
Brooklyn with the laundry before she stepped out.

Memories of our dinner at the restaurant before he carried me by the lake sipped into my mind making me smile

" Have I ever told you that you're beautiful?" Ross asked grinning at me from the other said of the table. 

A light blush crept unto my face as fiddled with the curls that Madison took her precious time to do.

"Actually, you did quite a few times Mr.Lynch. " I grinned before giggling like the teenage girl I am.

"Mm, good. I never want you to forget that."

" I love you Laur. " He said before he kissed my hand that was in his over the table.

"And what has you in all smiles? Let me guess does it have to do with my brother?" She asked making laugh

She makes sits on the grass besides me with a tray of brownies. 
She offered me one before I took with a thank you before biting into it causing a soft moan to escape my mouth. 

Ally watched me before giggling "that brownie has to be really good to make you moan almost the same way Ross does. "

My eyes grew wide as I stopped chewing.  " You heard? " I began blushing furiously

Allison nodded before bursting into laughter "You guys can be pretty loud."

I stared at her horrified as she tells me this news "Does your parents..." I trailed off terrified of the answer.

Allison snorted and nodded laughing louder as she rolled on the grass as I dropped the brownie from my hands.

This was not funny. This was horrible. How could she find this funny? Her entire family apparently heard me making love to their son and brother.

When she calmed down she said " I'm kidding. I'm the only one that knows since I'm always home.
But mom and dad figured it out off their own.  "

I groaned as I threw myself on the grass now with a lost appetite. 

Before I could say anything my phone dinged loudly notifying me that I had a message.

I unlocked my phone to see it was from ross a smile settled on my face before I read

I smiled before replying a quick

I got no reply before I asked Ally for Nobles leash so I could walk him out to meet up with Ross.

She quickly ran upstairs and back before handing me a navy blue leash that said Sir Noble

A ppop and and a piss from Nobke later and we're strolling through the entrance the park.

There wasn't much people. a teen couple, A young girl and her parents, three old ladies doing yoga and a boy painting but no Ross.

"Do you see rossy nob?" I asked the mutt. He mad a sound then barked.

"That a yes or no?" I frowned as I looked about.

No ross

Noble barked again before jogging towards the couple.

"Where are you going? Noble no." I said as he walked right up to the couple that were hugging at sat by there leg.

"I am so sorry-"

My breath hitched in my throat as I watched as Ross lift his head up to me.  The girl who I've never seen before moving away from the crook of his neck.

I felt my body quaking as I breathless "no" escaped my lips.

With shaking fingers I brought my hands to my lips "Ross please-please tell me it's a mistake. Tell me- t-tell me I'm misunderstanding this." I whispered.

he sat staring at me his face expressionless as he stared back at me. 

The girl in his lap just stared at me before asking "baby who is this?" She stared at me from head to toe before looking at him then back at me.

I watch as his adams apple bobbed as he swallowed before saying. "No One."

Two words.

Two simple words along causes my entire heart to shatter for what felt like the millionth time of seventeen years of life.

"W-what?"

"Look, Laura this isn't working out. I'm sorry I wasted my time and got your hopes. I just realized that i---- I can't be with someone like you. you've got too much burdens and ....quite frankly you're a......you're a-a slut. And I'm better than that. Sorry." He said not looking me in my eyes.

I lightly chuckled

" I know what's going on here. I'm dreaming.  Y-yea that's right I'm dreaming.  Okay GOD!" I shouted hands in the air as tears flood my face. "you can wake me up now."

When nothing happen I turned to ross who was getting with the girl
Nobles leash in his hand. He bent his face so I couldn't see him.

"Say somthing Ross. Tell me this is some sorta prank.  Cause trust me baby you got me." I chuckled drying my tears.

He looked at my shoes before he walked away hand in hand with the girl.

  Why're you crying laura?
This isn't anything new. We're accustomed to people leaving. A boy shouldn't be no exception.

Not even if he was close to perfect.

Chin up. Head high. And dry those tears babygirl cause you are you damn champion.

Drying my tears and lifting me chin a walked away. Leaving the broken pieces of my heart on the floor. Unashamed
