Okay, you know how Livy was abandoned by her birth mother who stole her brothers?

Luc: Well they were chased and shot at or something by an unknown source

And she puts them on the first flight to us and shows up at Liv's old house and now they're staying with us.

Allie: Wait, the mythical brothers are real and not a made-up story by Angelo?

Luc: I know, I thought the same thing.

Enzo: You two need hobbies.

Allie: For your information, I am living my best life, brother.

Enzo: by living in the pages of a book and fantasising about everyone you read.

Livy: Okay, hold on.

We can insult one another, we are siblings we can take it but attacking the innocent books is steps way too far Vincenzo Leonardo.

Enzo: of course, she only contributes when someone attacks anything to do with books.

Livy: um, excuse you.

Some of us like real-life jobs and responsibilities.

Enzo: like those 'jobs and responsibilities weren't acquired by nepotism.

Livy: like how you got your job, you work for me idiota.

If that isn't nepotism I don't know what is.

Enzo: That's beside the point

Allie: hold on one minute.

Can we backtrack for a second, so the Di Vittorio brothers and the ex-wife are back?

Luc: As well as the husband and stepdaughter.

Allie: What?

Is there tension between them and dad?

Luc: If you mean romantic tension then not from dad's side.

Even though Delia has moved on I don't think she expected dad to do the same for whatever reason her mind conjured up so she is acting as if he betrayed her.

But there is a lot of the 'oh you kidnapped my sons' kind of tension

Allie: What are the brothers like?

Livy: Confused

Delia has never told them anything about their past, they don't even speak Italian.

But other than that I think they'll get close to dad.

Enzo: And to you.

Livy: There is someone trying to kill them, which means a target on the family, which means for the unforeseeable future I won't even be able to sleep in peace let alone be buddy buddy with four people I don't remember.

Luc: Hundred Euros she's best friends with at least one of them in two months.

Enzo: I'll double that and say one month.

Allie: So that means I'm going for a month and a half for €150.

Luc: Bet

Enzo: oh come on Liv, you are bad*ss and all but deep down you're a teddy bear, it isn't your fault it's a Di Vittorio genetic thing but you care a lot more than you show.

And you are already feeling bad for those boys just because they were given a tiny bit of the trauma you have faced your entire life.

It isn't a bad thing but they are your brothers Liv, your full brothers, as in you share 50% of the same DNA.

It's okay to get close to people, you don't always have to push people away.

Livy: Wow, really pointing out my abandonment issues Vincenzo.

Enzo: Of course, that's what you focus on

After I care enough to write you a whole paragraph of feelings

Next time you can drown in your abandonment issues for all I care.

Luc: Love you, Livy.

Livy: Yeah I know.
