Jason's POV

Piper stepped into view of the audience, and the audience went nuts. They were screaming and holding up signs that said things like, "MARRY ME <3", "I'M INSPIRED BY YOU", and "HELLO!"

Piper smiled and waved at the crowd.

The band started playing a song.

After the intro, Piper adjusted her headset microphone, then started singing, with the audience joining in, "You wanna play you wanna stay you wanna have it all, you started messing with my head until I hit a wall. Maybe I should've known, maybe I should've known, that you would walk, you walk out the door. Hey!

Said we were done, then met someone and rubbed it in my face. Cut to the part, she broke your heart, and then she ran away. I guess you should've known, I guess you should've known. That I would talk, I would talk.

This song...it was about me and Reyna. She blames me for her broken heart? Blame Reyna!

Piper glanced my way, and I thought of what we used to have until Valdez came and ruined it.

I glared at him, but he wasn't looking at me. He was staring at Piper with a grin on his face.

Then Piper finished the song and started the next one, "Now go stand in the corner and think about what you did. Ha! Time for a little revenge.

The story starts when it was hot and it was summer and...I had it all, I had him right there where I wanted him. She came along, got him alone and let's hear the applause. She took him faster than you could say 'sabotage'.

I never saw it coming, wouldn't have suspected it. I underestimated just who I was dealing with. She had to know the pain was beating on me like a drum. She underestimated just who she was stealing from."

This was about Reyna! How she stole me from Piper.

But...it could also be about how Leo stole Piper from me!

I launched myself at Leo.

I caught him by surprise. I had him pinned against the ground and started punching his face.

Guards ran over and tried prying me off him.

Piper must have heard the commotion, because she stopped singing.

"JASON!" she yelled. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"

She still had her microphone on, and her voice magnified across the audience. The audience went silent.

Piper moved the microphone away from her mouth and ripped me away from Leo.

"Leo are you okay? Oh, no you're not."

"Thanks for the reassurance," he groaned.

"Go away!" Piper told the guards. "He's okay."

The guards looked at each other, "All right..." They went away.

"RYAN!" Piper yelled.

Ryan ran over with a makeup case, "What what what? Did I do your makeup wrong?"

"I don't even have any makeup on. Give Leo some ambrosia."

"Oh, yeah sure," he dug through some makeup and brought out a bag of ambrosia. He broke off a piece and gave it to Leo.

He ate it, "Thanks." His cuts and bruises healed.

Piper turned to me, her eyes full of rage, "Jason. Get out of my sight. Make sure you never let me see you! Got it? I used to really like you, I used to look up to you. Turns out that was the wrong choice. GO!"

I got up and ran.
