(In the hospital)

Ate/Rebecca and Fiona rushes through the hallway to see Dib, but then, they saw Artemisia coming out of Dib's room, which quickly makes the two stop rushing, which Artemisia noticed them.

"Shit!" Ate thought in panic, but keeps a cool head and says, "Ah! If it isn't the leader of the disbanded six mirages, Artemisia the sliver knight!"

"..." She doesn't say anything, and then moves a bit to the side.

"Quiet one as always, Artemisia," Ate commented on her personality as she went into Dib's room.

Fiona goes after her, but then...

Artemisia suddenly stops her with her hand in the way of Fiona.

"H-Huh?!" Fiona asked in shock.

"... You and I need to talk..." Artemisia told her, which makes the princess look down on the ground, letting her fringe covers her eyes.

"... I must order you to step aside..." Fiona ordered her as she slowly turns her head towards her, revealing a rather sadistic expression where her eyes is wide and one of her eyes is twitchy along with her eyebrow and has a wide, horrific smile, "Or... ElSe..."

"..." Artemisia acts completely calm, not scared of Fiona's mood swing, "... so... this is the true nature of the princess of Gerasal Kingdom... a jealous psycho who is willing to kill anybody who dares to stand between her and her husband..."

Suddenly, Fiona growls as her spear appeared thanks to her magic and pointed at Artemisia's neck.

"ShUt Up!" Fiona growled in a rather demonic and hostile tone, "ShUt Up! ShUt Up! ShUt Up YoU BiTcH!"

"... I knew you would react this way..." Artemisia admitted, "Because of the abuse caused by your... 'mother', neglect by your father, receive jealousy by your older siblings and being bullied by fellow nobles... you become extremely jealous and psychotic woman who expertly hides her true nature from everyone... including your own husband due to fear of losing your loved ones as well as unable to seek help cuz of the fear of being judged and considered a monster, so you only reveal yourself to people you think is a threat to you, very few friends and Dib... correct?"

"..." Fiona suddenly calms down with her eyes stop twitching, her creepy smile is gone, slowly puts her spear down and looks at her with a shock expression, "How... how did you...?"

"I have connections," Artemisia told her, "And all I'm going to tell is a warning... don't trust every word that comes out of the Imperatriz's mouth."

Fiona's face quickly goes back to her psycho expression and thrusts her spear at her, which Artemisia ducks down, grabs the princess' arm and did a over-the-shoulder throw.

"Ahhh!" Fiona screamed a bit as she's laying on the floor with a bit of back pain, and Artemisia takes advantage by running towards the elevator, "C-Come... no... Dib is more important right now..."

Fiona magically makes her spear disappears, slowly gets up and stretch her back, "Owww...oww..oww!" She yelped in pain, then relaxes, "Don't trust Imperatriz... that's so stupid! She's my boss, technically my mother in law considering she's my husband's legal guardian AND ruler of this world since she has multiple SEG bases around the world, so... why should I distrust her...? Is she... no... there's no way a member of the six mirages, especially the leader, would work for EKO... right?"

Fiona sighs as she walks into the room with a gentle smile and loving eyes as she saw Ate talking to Dib.

"Are you sure, you're okay, Dib?" Ate asked with genuine concern.

"Of course, Rebecca! I'm fine!" Dib ensured her, then noticed Fiona, "Oh, hi Fiona! You okay?"

"... I should be the one asking you," Fiona said with a soft smile, "As in... how are your injuries?"

"I'm surprisingly getting better," Dib told her, "In fact, the doctor told me I should be up and running today. They just want to double-check if I'm really okay or need to stay a little longer."

"That's great news!" Fiona cheered happily as she walks over to Dib and kiss his forehead, which makes the major blush.

"H-Hey! N-not in front of Rebecca!" Dib stuttered as he looks at his legal guardian, who is chuckling, "N-Not funny!"

"It's totally is!" Ate teased him, "I mean, who would have thought you two would be this adorable still! Especially after doing the... 'birds and the bees' if you know what I mean~" She said with a smug smirk, which makes the couple so red, they become basically like tomatoes.

"REBECCA!!!/IMPERATRIZ!!!" Both Dib and Fiona yelled at her while Ate starts laughing so hard that she fell from her chair.

"Oof!" Ate shouted, then puts her hand and thumb up, "I'm good!"

"..." Fiona and Dib just glares at her, then back to loving eyes to each other.

"It's a miracle that you managed to heal off over a day," Fiona said, which Dib nods.

"Tell me about it!" Dib said, "After that heavy beating, I thought I was going to stay here over a month!"

Fiona giggles and smiles, "Yea!"

Then, the nurse comes in and saw the two women in shock.

"P-Princess Fiona?! Imperatriz Pureness!" The nurse freaked out as she bows down, "I-It's a honour to have both of you here!"

"Thank you for taking care of husband," Fiona politely thanked her, which the nurse nods.

"Y-you welcome, your highness!" The nurse stuttered.

"Yea, thanks," Ate casually thanked her as she stands up and about to leave.

"Rebecca?" Dib asked.

"Sorry Dibby, But mama have to take care of a few things back at HQ," Ate told him, "I wish I could stay longer, but sadly, business calls. Fiona, take care of him!"

"I will!" Fiona nods.

"Good girl!" Ate said as she leaves, "Bye!"

"..." Fiona looks down and asks, "... How's my brother doing...?"

"... Prince Jasper... isn't making any recovery at all... in fact... his Cystic fibrosis is getting worse by the minute due his weak immune system and most likely die within a week..." the nurse told her.

"... Can I see him... one last time...?"

"Of course!"

"I'll come as well!" Dib shouted as well.

"... You are going to be released today, so you have permission," The nurse allowed, "But I have to come with you to make sure there's no abnormalities in your health."

"Fair enough!" Dib said as the nurse takes out the medical needle attached to the bag of blood from his arm. "Ow!"

"My apologies!"

"I-It's okay... I definitely been through worse," Dib replies as he slowly gets up and stumbles a bit, but quickly recovers, "Let's go!"

Fiona nods as the three walks out of his room and went up to the elevator. Dib noticed her sad expression and he pats her shoulder, grabbing her attention.

"Everything will be fine," Dib ensured her, "If anything happened, I'll be there."

"... Thank you..." Fiona thanked as the trio entered the elevator and went up, "Don't trust her mouth... should... should I tell Dib about what happened...? No! He'll find out about who I really am and stops loving me as a result! I can't let him and any of my friends know who I really am! I... I can't... they'll think I'm a monster and a evil freak if they do..."

A/N - That's the end of this part and yep! Fiona is actually batshit crazy yandere! Except she's just very good at hiding it and very insecure about it, it also doesn't help by the fact she suffered from abuse and fear of losing her loved ones if they find out about her mental state or people judging her as a monster, so she hides it from everyone and doesn't seek help that she badly needs.

Also, in case anybody doesn't know what cystic fibrosis is, well let's just say... it's a condition caused by a recessive gene, it's frequency is 1 in 3000 and normally, the life expectancy is between 42 and 50. There are lucky and unlucky expectations, but those are normalities if they're in a developed country.
