The date
A/n: I apologize if it is cliche. By the way this is mostly a filler chapter. Enjoy.

Thank the gods I am friends with Annabeth. I don't own any dresses so she was 'letting me' borrow one. Ok that's a lie. She's forcing me to wear one. Technically speaking, this is my first date.
I never really had time for romance when I was on the run. Even if I did have time, I never dated because I would have to move constantly. I'm pretty sure Annabeth was going to stalk us on this date.
I hugged Jason from behind, a small smirk settled on my face. "So, Jaybird, where are we going this fine afternoon?"
"You'll see."

"A picnic? Yeah, so original. Could you get anymore cliche?" I question.
"Is there something wrong with being cliche?'' Jason asks, are faces inches apart now.
"Of course not." I answer before cautiously placing my lips on his. Slowly he started to kiss back as his hands ran through my hair.
What the Hades have I dragged myself into? I can handle maniacs, but I'm useless when it comes to romance. Thank Zeus Annabeth is my friend, or I would be completely and utterly lost.
