This is Scrapnel or just Nell for short. She's from another human world and is a descendant of the mad gods, who were Canis who survived dying after their horns were severed. They were originally planned for use as weapons but it turns out they were really unhelpful and attempting to use Canis horns as an energy source makes things blow up
