This is Jones-Emberson (like the nebula). He is a seraph
whose resident dimension was destroyed so now he's a mercenary in charge of taking down angels, other seraphim, and in the meantime he gets really drunk and tries to forget his entire purpose for existing is gone and he failed

Andromeda is another OC I made up on the spot in a writing prompt. She's a Defender who used to smuggle humans across the Firewall in weaker dimensions. She also had a lot of illegal magic harvesting going on. She never would have been caught but then there was an accident with a Pandemonium Canira and some necromancy so now as repentance for her crimes she's a Defender and is actually doing an okay job
She and Emberson have a history. He has a history of doing bad things for the right reasons and she has a history of not arresting him.
They totally hit it off
