No, I don't know why I still call them daily doodles. They're not daily.

Anyhow just trying to balance friends, family, the nine books I checked out from the library for the break, and my NaNo. I think I'm more or less on schedule to finish by the thirtieth but it is going to be a rocky ride to say the least.

Anyhow she might look like your average protagonist but she's really a rogue seraph whose universe was destroyed, so she created an entirely new planet and occasionally dips in to play with the inhabitants. This is her newest game, so to speak. Children are always the most interesting.

I'm considering calling her Sorbet, which is an ironically cute name given that she's a Pandemonium Canira and those orbs are actually souls. The Pandemonium Canira is a specialized breed, most closely related to the Mirage Canira (Llore). A Pandemonium Canira's powers involve taking souls from the recently deceased and wielding them through various methods. A soul orb can be turned into a physical weapon (think giant light sword) or enable the user to mimic powers of the dead.

More hauntingly, talented or perhaps simply crueler Pandemonium Canira can often mimic the voice of the souls contained within, even though the 'soul' generally only encompasses the magic of any given Sentient (and not the personality). 

In times of peace, Pandemonium Canira are hated and feared for the immense power they can accumulate and how they go about it, but in the times of the Second Interdimensional War, also known as the Dragon's War, Pandemonium Canira proved incredibly useful. They would charge the field after their allies and harvest the souls of the dead, then take revenge on the aggrieving dragons.

"Sorbet" may or may not be a character in another book I'm planning (possibly 11th grade NaNo? all that is up in the air right now). She gained her orbs through one promise, one failure, and one mistake.
