5 FROM 1K

*hyperventilates*

ok the 1k special might be a month or so in the making but besides that HOLY SHIT

also I haven't had time to draw OR write because of crew AND STANDARDIZED TESTING but have this little drabble I came up with in a car:

As you all might have guessed by now, I really love Pokemon. I especially adore the Mystery Dungeon games and lately instead of doing all the work on my Nuzlocke I've been playing Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon instead. Like all the other Mystery Dungeon games, it continues to get rid of all the features that made the game even remotely playable but makes up for it with repetitive gameplay, adorable partners, and a plot that seems so predictable that the twist at the end makes you squint at the screen and then cry for hours.

So, while I'm NOT writing this book, this is what it would have been like...

Have you ever wanted to read a book where

with our compelling main characters:

Eneera, the Treecko- Eneera is a Sceptile Goldeneye who, in a plot twist worthy of a second grader's fanfiction, magically turns into a Pokemon in the Pokemon world. She woke up in the middle of a forest with no memories except for her name and a handful of dank memes, only to be rescued by a shady individual who immediately adopts her. Now she must adapt to the foreign new Pokemon society that... somehow has made an almost human looking city and still has school. Uh... never mind.

Also has an apple allergy.

"I've heard that Eneera has an eight pack. That Eneera is shredded."

Fell, the Riolu- Fell is basically what you'd expect Indy and Orcafin's children to be like. He's quick to forgive and seems like a complete cinnamon roll but would probably actually kill you if you actually managed to piss him off. He somehow always knows where Eneera is and rumor has it that he stands outside her window at night and breathes heavily through the window. This is probably because she is his first friend because all of his classmates are terrified of him.

"It's okay! Just promise never to come here again or I'll bite your heads off and shove them down each others throats!"

Also featuring a plethora of background characters who only get three lines, including but not limited to:

Espurr- Best character in the entire game. Everyone else can go home now.

Salamence- A reformed criminal who has seen better days. One of the strongest members of the team and is absolutely no nonsense. Probably shouldn't be around the children.

Raichu- Hangs back during missions and eats all the food. Has great moves but is basically worthless. Enjoys spamming Quick Attack from a distance. His catchphrase: "-but I am helping!"

Bayleef- An aspiring adventurer who often ends up leading the team on wild goose chases. Everyone loves him but no one wants to sign up for his missions.

Dunsparce- I SWEAR TO ARCEUS IF YOU GET STUCK IN ONE MORE FOREST I WILL LEAVE YOU TO DIE THERE.

NOT TO MENTION ALL 700something POKEMON OUT THERE. YEAH. WE'RE GOING THERE.

Watch as our heroes grow as individuals and deal with the numerous nonsensical plot holes including but not limited to:

Why are all Pokemon named after their species? Wouldn't that be like us calling each other 'human'? What if there are more than one of that one species?

Why does no one in Serene Village know what ghost-types are?

If Revelation Mountain is off limits, how come there are Pokemon crawling all over the dungeons?

Will Game Freak ever stop using amnesia as a plot element?

Why do amnesiacs always remember their own name and everything required to function like a normal individual?

Why is the adult who doesn't want their children running into dangerous situations always portrayed as unreasonable?
If you befriend multiple Pokemon who hate each other and send them on a mission, why don't they so much as notice?

What the heck are emeras?

These are all great questions that will probably never be answered in...

Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon:

Coming in twenty schneventeen!
