One of the fliers from the Flying Aces club texted me about a Carbon Z Cub he had - and no longer wanted.  I got a great deal on this one!  She's in the garage waiting for aCarbon Tube for the wing.  Two Meter Wingspan and uses a 6S LiPo battery!

Made additional flights in the P-39, Turbo Timber, Twin Otter with the only issues of bouncy/rough landings and the nose wheel on the latter two needs regular attention.

One of the RC Groups members and I have been chatting on and off about the Phase 3 U-2.  When I updated him on the status of mine (still in repair/modifications), he offered me one of his!  It's almost stock, in that it only has Ailerons and Elevator.  Seems like it has an upgraded ESC and EDF.  I put a Spektrum AR620 in it, put a 45 Amp ESC in and rerouted the wiring, and took her up for a flight the last Saturday in July.  Sorta windy and she struggled a bit.  Next day I had two flights and it was very gusty.  So far so good!

Work continues on the older U-2, I am going to have to cut the belly off to access the inside to finish fitting the forward landing gear.  After that is securing the ESC, testing the thrust tube (likely get removed), align rear landing gear, and then ground test it.
