This is my third type of plane.  I flew it in February of 2020.  At first, I used AS3X and SAFE, but eventually was able to fly it using the Experience Mode (no assist).  SAFE did not stop it from two crashes that day.  Both times she lost power.  I didn't have the connection tight enough.   The first crash was minor, she landed in some honeysuckle.  But the second crash was major.  It happened as I was about to land, just as she got over the runway at the RC field.  she turned up and to the right, then slammed into the runway.  Tore the front end off.  Prop was pretty much ruined too.

At home, I was able to glue her back together and took it back out. That's when I found out the prop needed replacing. New prop. Never had an issue with her since. I used the DXe transmitter that came with it at first, then a DX8e later.  Scarred, but quite flyable.
