Rancor :" How do you know that name?", he asked her with a low growl.

Ruby : " I know that because we both were going back to Signal Academy together. I'm Ruby Rose and she's Yang Xiao Long, the ones that were your friends back then.", she said to him calmly.

(A/n: And now the continuation)

(A/n : Author's POV)

Rancor : " * crosses his arms * Why exactly did you come here * looks at the others * and who are they? ", he said them in an inquisitive manner since he was still quite suspicious of the fact that Ruby and Yang were with the heiress of the Schnee family of all people.

Yang :" * chuckles nervously * Well since we have managed to be students in Beacon we were getting to form our teams with the ones that we had first set our eyes upon in our Initiation day.", she said to him calmly, albeit hiding the fact that the initiations were not an easy matter since there were some times when they had seen that some of their future classmates were killed by the Grimm.

Rancor :" * nods * I see, but if my memory doesn't deceive me, weren't the teams in the academies supposed to be formed by four students? I'm asking since with you and the other three I'm basically counting five.", he said to her, looking towards Y/n, his analytic bright orange eyes met violet ones.

Y/n :" I was a late transfer student, so Ozpin had basically said that I would be with the team RWBY until other students came by so that I could be in a team. ", he said to him calmly yet in an informative way.

Ruby : " * looks at Rancor * Also there's the fact that Ozpin has requested your presence back to Beacon which means that it was needed for us to come and find you based on the last place you were at. ", she said to him calmly, making Rancor to sigh.

Rancor : " Lead the way then ", he said to them as they had started walking back to Beacon.

Rancor's POV

After some time walking, we had arrived at the place were Beacon was, but there was the fact that along the way one of Ruby's team members, was looking towards my direction and the thing is that when I looked at her she had blushed slightly from embarrassment and turned away, the black bow that was on her head had twitched slightly, meaning that she was probably a faunus like me.

The weird thing is that I had noted that she was looking at me probably during the conversation with Ruby and Yang as well and I was having a strange feeling in me as if I was feeling butterflies in my stomach. Was I starting to fall in love with her?

As much as I wanted to ponder slightly more at those things, we had stopped, but for some reason we hadn't stopped on Beacon, but at the cliff below it.

Me : " Why exactly did we stopped here?", I asked them, waiting for a response, but the thing is that I had seen Y/n laughing, well... more like chuckled slightly at my question, backing up quite a bit from the rest of us.

Y/n : " * has his eyes closed * Well Rancor on our way here you wanted to learn as to what kind of Semblance I have and since you asked, you shall receive.", he said to me opening his eyes, but for some reason they weren't having their normal violet color. They were crimson.

Me : ' *In his mind * Well he probably has a Semblance similar to Yang as it seems.', I thought to myself, but to my surprise he was getting TALLER by the second.

(A/n : Stop the previous music and begin with this one)

Me : " What the heck is going on!?", said more likely yelled as it seems when I had seen that he had knelt down, a move as simple as that had made a gale like wind towards us.

Ruby : " * chuckles nervously * Well, there's the fact that Y/n's Semblance has more than one abilities, one of which is that he can basically be a giant.", she said to me and we had heard a booming sound that was similar to a thunder, which was impossible since it wasn't raining.

Y/n :" Well that's pretty much my Semblance if I do say so myself. ", he said to us and it appeared that the booming sound was his chuckle.

Weiss : " * sighs * I've heard enough about your words in between the two of you so are you going to get us to Beacon or not?", she said to him a bit irritated about it and it seems that not even the fact that someone can turn into a literal, skyscraper-sized, giant isn't going to stop a Schnee from whining all the time.

Thankfully enough, instead of a possible bad reaction, Y/n's reaction was to roll his crimson eyes playfully to her and place his massive hand, palm up on the ground below. I was going to as him as to why he did it, but I had seen that Yang and Ruby were already on his hand.

Ruby : " * looks at Rancor * Come on then, get on!", she said.

Author's POV

Rancor : " * chuckles nervously * Well as much as I wanted to still be with you, it seems that I'll have to get Ozpin to wait more for me since I think that I might have forgotten about something back at the abandoned mansion. ", he said to them nervously.

He wasn't a coward, but it's just the fact that for some people, getting willingly on someone's open palm, especially when the palm itself is close to a quarter of the size of a small classroom, FINGERS excluded was a scary thing to do. (A/n : You can find Y/n's size if you do the math)

He had yelped in surprise seeing that BLAKE out of all had basically enough of him and comically enough by lifting him up from the ground and basically YEETed him on top of Y/n's palm, basically face planting on the leathery surface.

After that, along with the fact that he had taken an 'okay' sign from Ruby, Y/n had cupped his ginormous hand and steadily lifted it above the ground, before placing them on the ground, except for the rather cuddly red caped girl who thought that it would be a good idea to snuggle with Y/n's massive thumb, falling asleep since the whole process of being gently lifted up along with her friends and sister by her massive boyfriend was kind of soothing for her.

Y/n on the other hand had chuckled slightly at Ruby's adorable shenanigans and proceeded to slowly get back to his normal, more human-like size, repositioning her so that he was holding her bridal style, which made Ruby to wake up and basically blush HARD from embarrassment, having a face redder than her cape.

Ruby : " * hides her face * Y-Y/n could you please let me go?", she asked him politely, hoping that he wasn't in a teasing mood, but seeing that teasing smirk on his face it was enough to let her know that she was in for more than that moment of teasing.

Y/n : " Well, I think that I'm going to keep holding you like this just because you find me comfortable enough to sleep on.", he said to her calmly with a small wink, making Ruby's blush to darken.

Ruby : " N-Nu! Just put me down already!!!", she said to him with a pout, puffing her cheeks as she was struggling in his hands, making the ex-pharaoh to lightly chuckle and place her down. His violet colored eyes, similar to two fine amethysts cut and polished by nature itself, had widened slightly in surprise seeing that Ruby was slightly shorter than she usually was.

(A/n : Timeskip to the night since the events of finding Rancor and introducing him to Ozpin were happening in the span of the time from late noon to about late afternoon)

Y/n and Rancor were actually parts of the same team since they were only but two, which meant that in the near future was a possibility of having two more people that were going to enter either by being found by them or by entering into Beacon as late transfers willingly by themselves.

After that they had entered their dorm, they had seen that it was rather spacious consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. Kitchen unfortunately enough wasn't a thing, because of the fact that at Beacon the students were eating their meals together in the cafeteria room which although couldn't stop the non-necessary-to-exist bickering or worse bullying in some cases it was inevitable since they were having them to eat together. Fortunately enough, the time spent in there was enough to basically allow some students to have a nice time to chit-chat with their friends and teammates.

Y/n had yawned slightly, getting tired since it was a rather long and tiresome day, but the good news were that he had found a new friend or to be more specific about it, a teammate in the new faunus student, Rancor. After he was dressed in his pajamas which consisted of a white t-shirt and black shorts along with the fact that they had said their good nights they had went to their separate bedrooms to fall asleep.

Y/n was going to fall asleep until a small knock could be heard outside of the dorm's door that lead to the hallway that connected it to the rest of the dorms in Beacon. He had touched the metallic doorknob and had opened the door to see someone that he was expecting and was worried about. His girlfriend, Ruby Rose.

Y/n : " What's the matter shortie?", he asked her politely about it, albeit in a teasing towards Ruby way with a small smile.

Ruby : " * looks at him * I had seen a nightmare, can I sleep with you?", she asked him politely about it, looking shyly in his eyes, silver locking with violet waiting for him to answer.

Y/n : " * chuckles softly * Does a boyfriend need another word in order to sleep with his girlfriend? ", he asked her politely about it, albeit quite teasingly by the fact that Ruby's fair colored cheeks had a pinkish tint on them.

Once they were getting towards his room, Y/n was quite surprised by the fact that Ruby was still getting shorter from just a few inches shorter than usual, which basically made her to be two heads shorter than he was and due to the fact that he was already taller than she originally was, this was an obvious difference.

Ruby : " * her eyes widened slightly in surprise * Y/n? Where you always that much taller?", she asked him politely, seeing that she was actually below the height of his shoulders compared to him.

Y/n : " * looks at her * I think that it's possible that due to the fact that I needed to get myself back to my normal size when you were cuddling my thumb in your sleep, you might have started shrinking as well.", he said to her calmly in a hypothetical matter and seeing that she had actually tensed by his words, he had hugged her close to him in a reassuring way as he had sat down on the bed with her.

Ruby :" Is my condition going to be a permanent one? ", she asked him about it, hoping that it wasn't since she had plans for her life, but she didn't want to lose them by being shrunk more than that.

Also there was another question buzzing in her mind : If Y/n had seen her being that small, would he hurt her or help her?, that question alone was sending shivers of pure displeasure down her spine.

Y/n : " * chuckles softly* Don't worry about it little one, just take some sleep and I'll be here for you.", he said to her calmly.

Ruby : " I swear that you and my sister are exactly the same when it comes to puns.", she said to him calmly, albeit a bit jokingly, making the tricolor haired teen to chuckle slightly before he fell asleep snuggling with her in his sleep.

Y/n had woken up earlier from the two and for some weird reason, he couldn't seem to be with Ruby or to be more specific about it, see her close to him.

He had slowly started to stand up and looked around in the room, his violet eyes were looking towards every corner of the room, until he had seen some small movement on the pillow next to the one that he was at and his eyes had widened slightly in surprise seeing that the one on top of it was actually Ruby's sleeping form, the only difference was that she was actually two inches tall compared to him!!

He had then gently slid the fingers of his right hand beneath her, gently scooping her delicate body up on his palm and got her closer to his chest, cupping his hand protectively around her, a protective sense had washed over him seeing her that small.

He was even making sure that he wasn't holding her tight or made even the slightest not gentle move seeing as to how fragile she looked so he had decided that it would be for the better to keep her close to him for now, at least until she woke up.

He was looking outside of the half closed window, his violet eyes were looking towards the sky that had black clouds appearing seemingly out of nowhere and by the mysteriously familiar presence he had felt along with the feeling in his gut, things were going to get a rather tricky turn.

(A/n : In another place far from Beacon. Still in Author's POV )

We're far away from Beacon and Vale in general, basically back to the planet where Y/n had came from. Earth. The time of the day was night and we can see a lone teen around the age of 17 years old was taking a small walk in the streets of a small city.

His outfit consisted of a blue jacket, a black t-shirt, blue jeans that were kept stable with a black belt and white shoes until surprisingly enough in his mind he had heard an eerie, almost demonic voice talking to him.

??? 1 : " *speaks telepathically to the teen * Find me", the eerie voice said to him, making the teenager's bright blue eyes to widen.

??? 2 : ' *In his mind * What was that!? ", the teen thought to himself, but ironically yet strangely enough, he was driven by the curiosity to find out more about the voice itself.

After some time walking around the place itself, hearing the voice whisper in his head more and more, he knew that he was going to the right place which was the forest outside of the city itself.

He had went through the forest and at a clearing surrounded by trees, he had seen a person who was meditating under the twilight of the full moon, his clothes consisted of a dark short sleeved tunic and pants, leather sandals and a black hooded cape with silver embroidery that was covering his upper body and face. Multiple tattoos were on the muscles of his arms, dating back to the Ancient Egyptian times that were ruled by the pharaohs of old.

??? 2 : " H-Hello?", the teen asked in fear since although the person's face was partially hidden, he was giving an ominously scary vibe. The man had then stopped his meditation by standing up and opened his eyes. His eyes were having a blood red color in them and their pupils were serpentine like.

???2 : " WHAT THE F***?!", the teen had shouted and went to start running away, but the person himself had teleported in front of him, grabbing the screaming teen by the neck and pinned him on a nearby spruce tree, having the teenager's back to touch the bark of the tree.

???1 : " Well, well look what I have here a teen that went to the woods only because he heard a voice in his mind", he said to the teen in an eerie, almost demonic way, making the teenager's eyes to widen in pure terror and start to try to get away since he now knew that the ominous voice was belonging to the man before him.

???2 : " What do you want from me!?", the teen said to him, trying to get his hand off of his neck with all his strength, but the man's grab on him seemed immovable.

???1 : "* chuckles darkly * I wish to get my revenge on someone who had the guts to nearly kill me.
I cursed him, but since he seems to get stronger by the passing second I need a new weapon against him, an acolyte and I've found you, Anthony Caudill", he sneered towards the him, placing a dark orb in Anthony's chest, taking pleasure in hearing the boy writhing in pain, until he used his powers and the tree behind the boy distorted, creating a portal to a far away world, Remnant, in which he had thrown the teen into, closing it behind, in the last moments that the teen could see the man, he had seen that he had a scar along his left eye and cheek, along with a few white bangs that weren't hidden.

???1 : " Hide dormant inside the boy for a while my servant and I'll be the one to call you forth once the time come and the world will remember once again my name....

The name of Zork Necrophages", he said as the last thing that anyone could hear was his dark laughter.

(A/n : At Remnant. Still in Author's POV)

Through the dark sky of Remnant, purple thunder seemed to be shining as the ebony black clouds had parted and a silvery shining sphere had landed in a forest away from any possible major city. The sphere itself dissipated after a while and the body of Anthony Caudill would be seen.

Anthony : " * looks at the sky * Mark my words, I'll find you and I'll take my reveng...", he weakly said but couldn't continue his words since he had felt to the ground unconscious.

Not knowing about where he was, the fact that his eyes were crimson from blue, that he was 100 feet tall and the fact that the energy had manifested as a golden necklace around him.
