The students and others are doing their things in the dorms, mostly playing or chatting with friends. Then the mail came into RWBY's dorm. Excited, Ruby called both of her brothers and they came to investigate.

They came in and it is a letter, from their father. When they open it, they were surprised that it is Zwei. Blake, being a cat, naturally got up to a bed and tried her best to stay away from Zwei. Weiss makes a sarcastic comment on the dog being mailed in an envelope. Continue reading the note from their father, it read, "

Dear Boys and Girls,

As of now, your mother, uncle and I are headed out for a long Mission and therefore we have to leave the island. I have left you all with Zwei, along with his food for a good few days."

Yang proceeds tipping the envelope down and a lot of cans fall out of it. Owen commented, "Looks like Pa just found away to warp reality, by simply putting that many cans and Zwei into an envelope that wouldn't be physically possible." The others giggle by his comment based on how ridiculous it is. Then Professor Goodwitch spoke in the PA, "Will all first year students come to the auditorium?" After that, they had an argument of leaving Zwei in the room. Owen suggests that the windows have to be close so the dog can't go anywhere else than stay in. They finally settled on leaving Zwei with the windows closed.

They walk out of the dorm and into the auditorium for Ozpin to announce some new students:

Ozpin: Thank you all for coming here. Today, we have some new students with us that have recently started to attend to Beacon Academy. As of now, you all know we have the Operators as Team OPRATR - Now we have another Operator team this time it's Special. But before we get started, I'll need Team OPRATR to be on stage, please.

[OPRATR proceeds to walked up to the stage]

Ozpin: Thank you. Today, these students shall be another Operator group. Today I shall call out: Sarah Collins, Percy Trina, Ellanor Rya, Carlie Hegan, Arlay Kilo and finally Lenora Lennox. These six girls is the second operator group, but today these shall be called Team SPECAL with Sarah Collins as the group's leader.

[Everyone cheers then settles down]

Ozpin: The reason why I called Team OPRATR, because these 2 teams would become Beacon's first Task force and today, these 12 shall be known as Task Force SPECAL OPRATRs.

Everyone erupts into a cheer after Ozpin's speech, after the witness the creation of Beacon's first Task Force. Today marks the largest team the academy, or really any academy, has ever made. At that point they should have been split up into three teams of 4, however, revisions were made that resulted into Ozpin deciding on making Beacon's first Task force.

The OPRATR's were called again, this time it had to do with a tribe in Anima to settle some negotiations. The Operators are task to head to the tribe in Anima and strike a deal with the leader to keep it from ruining the Mistral. However, they'll be accompanied by Mistral's limited Huntsman, Dee Dee and Dudley. The Operators groans from the fact that they have to deal with them yet again.

Mistral

The OPRATRs are brought into the bullhead along with the Limited Huntsmen. Let's just say, they have some history. The OPRATRs were checking their weapons if things go south, meanwhile, within the minds of, the Limited Huntsmen have a deeper goal: to protect the Mistral. The Huntsmen are protected by the Mistral Government, however, the OPRATRs are protected by most of the governments - specifically the Atlas and Vale Council.

While they were flying, Dee dee was pressing a few buttons on his scroll, when an shock happened. The pilot of the bullhead exclaimed, "Left engine hit!" This immediately starts a panic within the aircraft and with the left engine hit, resulted in the aircraft to fall to the ground. Everyone wore their seatbelts as tightly as they could moments before the crash. The bullhead hits a tree, which proceeds by banking left and finally crash nose first. The resultant crash knockout the passengers on board and kill the pilot upon impact.

Birds flew from the sound of the roaring fire as the engine smoke from the crash that the passengers endured. While it's smoking, it attract a few of the bandit tribes, including one. The doors were abruptly open as a figure, wearing a mask, walks in to see the unconscious passengers, along with her men. She touched the neck on one of the passengers, then ordered her men to gather the materials of the ship, but not to rob the passengers' belongings. She then looks at the weapon and smiled within her mask. The men open the seatbelts and dragged the passengers outside and stole any and all materials within the bullhead.

Some time had passed and Alpha started to wake up. He sees his stuff on his left along with his team and the Huntsmen. To his right a woman sat right beside him, wearing a mask. At first the woman looks familiar with her long, black hair; clothing of Black with red accents and armor; and the Grimm mask. Her hair is that of Yang, but black like Ruby's although she doesn't have any red accents on it. "You know you would've died if it weren't for me", she said to Alpha as he is getting up. He thanked the woman for saving them and ask, "Where are we?", the woman answers, "In a tent. Well technically it is a medical bay."

Men then came into the tent and inform their leader that the situation in Mistral is growing tiresome. They did warn her about the Mistral kingdom going declare its Marshall Law if the negotiations team is not back within 24 hours. She sigh and tells the men to prepare to leave. They went out and she came back to Alpha, who is piecing the pieces together.

That's when he realized. "I have never thought of you would come back to us, Raven." This made Raven chuckle, expressing that she has finally embrace Alpha (Owen Rose) into her life as when he was so small. During this rather short moment, the rest woke up from the coma. The Huntsmen saw Raven, then immediately grab their weapons and making a dash towards her, causing Alpha to shield his aunt with his Shield. They strike the shield, but it does nothing and then Alpha strikes them with the shield. The Operators got up and pinned the Huntsmen down with their guns pointing at them. Alpha walks towards them and then makes a statement to them, "This is a negotiation, not to start a war. If you attack this clan, you are making an act of war. Oh and one more thing, if you ever hurt anyone in my family, or theirs', I would personality torture you till you see the meaning of our pain. Copy?" The Huntsmen nodded and they were let go, though under the eyes of Bravo, Delta, Echo and Foxtrot.

They went outside, while Alpha and Charlie stayed in the tent to make a deal with their Aunt:

Raven: So, what do my son and nephew want from me?

Alpha: We've been ordered to negotiate a treaty, in which your tribe won't cause trouble further north of Anima and into the City of Mistral. We need to know what do you want, then we can try settle some sort of an agreement so long as both contribute to the agreement.

Raven: Look, I'm okay as long as the tribe and you are okay with it.

Charlie: Never in my life I have ever seen you this dedicated into protecting your "biological" family.

Raven: They're the only family I've ever known.

Alpha: Hmm, it looks like you have some Huntsmen problems, yes?

Raven: I've never told anyone in the family this, but the real reason why your uncle and I attended Beacon, so the tribe can learn how to defend itself from Huntsmen and Huntresses.

Alpha: And I'm assuming you mean kill Huntsmen and Huntresses.

Raven: Yes, but after I fell in love with your father, then make friends with your mother, from that she became my sister-in-law, I decided to stay and watch you grow. I knew you two have potential, but Tai never see it that way.

Charlie: That's one way to jump to conclusions.

Alpha: Look, forget what has happened, you can't change that, instead look towards the future and what you can do to achieve it.

Charlie: Just tell us the demands and if it's viable, then we can give your request and your tribe won't be marching towards the Capital.

Raven: Look, we never venture out that far to the capital. It's another tribe call the Shira Tribe.

Alpha: Okay, here's the deal: You give us the location of the White Fang HQ and help us take care of this Tribe then we won't tell anyone about the tribe's location.

Raven: You forgive me?

Charlie: Yep.

Alpha: Your our aunt. You should come back, the family were worried about you when you left. Well then, do we have a deal?

Raven: Remember, this is a family thing, so I'll allow it. Yes, yes it's a deal.

Just then they heard screaming and shouting form outside. They rush out and saw what cause it: The Huntsmen tried to kill a family within the tribe and the 4 Operators tried to access the situation. "Woah woah, what's going on here", Alpha asked them and Delta replied, "This [points to the family then the Huntsmen]." Alpha sigh, knowing if this were to go on, it would mean chaos. Alpha contacted the Mistral council and they agree that the Branwen tribe is to not be terminated. The Council gave the kill order and soon the tribe of Shira is destroyed with some being captured by Raven's people and the government. Alpha did advise them to keep a very keen eye on the Huntsmen.

They went back on their bullhead as the day rest to night - that's when they received a message. It was sent by Golf and it said, "OPRATRs we have a problem. While on routine, we spotted the White Fang as well as a few Paladins. We need reinforcements fast as we do not know how many they can muster." Echo speeds up the VTOL to the base and they pick up a weapon that could definitely defeat the Paladin.

As they were flying, the VTOL got struck by a missile from one of the 3 Paladins. Echo manages to land the VTOL before the OPRATRs join the group. Yang manages to successfully destroy one of the Paladins but 2 are still in the area. Delta hangs back with the weapon as the rest draws the mech's fire upon them and away from Delta. One shot is fired at the rear to where the generator is. *Ding* then after a few moments the Paladin blows up. The third came by and attack Delta, but he manages to flee before more damage is done to him.

Focusing on the third Paladin, Delta tries to shoot it, but White Fang soldiers open fire and attack his position. The rest tries their best to keep Delta out of sight and stop the Soldiers, however, they just kept on coming. Alpha then sparks an Idea. He told everyone to split into 2 with some of the OPRATR - including Alpha- and SPECAL focusing on the Paladin while the rest deal with the soldiers.

Alpha tells Bravo to rush in and open the hatch while the rest draws the mech's fire. Bravo jumped on and began to pry open the mech's cockpit. The machine began to flail around, causing some property damage. Eventually, he manages to open the cockpit, but is immediately shot by a red dust. However, he did grab the pilot and threw it out of the cockpit to allow him to control the machine.

It was non other than Roman. He was on the ground, dusting himself, before standing up and smirks after saying, "I just got got this clean. Well, looks like playtime's over." Then a small girl, with brown and pink outfit with some white on it, jumps down with her parasol next to Roman. Moments later, Yang punched the girl only for the entire picture to shatter like glass. Charlie clearly remembered the Kid, though he doubt that the kid is Neo.

Afterwards, the intact Paladin is sent back to Atlas and the teams have a day off. During this resting period, the Task Force is planning on something bigger
