3rd POV
Aego's eyes slowly opened again, his wounds were still healing. He looked at the clock, realizing he has been asleep for two days.
Aego: so Amanda left and I went back to sleep....she always did put me to sleep with her talks.
He sat up, looking at the wound on his chest.
Aego: this wound must've been pretty deep if I'm still healing. That creature......that had to have been that Ghidorah Y/N made mention of a few times.
The door opened to the room, it was a nurse.
Nurse: oh good you're up. You need more morphine for the pain?
Aego: well.....that explains one thing....no thank you. I'll just let nature take its course with the pain.
Nurse: well since it's the first time you've been awake in two days, would you like to use the restroom and fill out an order to eat.
Aego: you know what.....I think I'd like that.
The Nurse helped Aego to his feet and helped him over to the bathroom. He went in and closed the door, and quickly went. After some moments the toilet flushed and went to wash his hands. Quickly drying his hand and walking over to the Nurse.
Nurse: what would you like for lunch?
Aego: Burger and Fries would be very nice. Load that baby up with cheese. And the fries to. I haven't had cheese fries in weeks.
The nurse helped him into bed and got him set back up.
Nurse: your food will be with you shortly.
The nurse walked out as Aego leaned back, he looked at the wound and then held his breath. With heavy concentration the wound began to heal, the morphine was numbing the pain, but it also caused his wounds to heal exponentially slower. The wound finished healing, leaving a nasty looking scar however.
Aego: that's going to take a little bit longer to heal than the legit wound.
The door opened again, this time it was Yang.
Yang: Aego!
Yang went over and hugged him.
Weiss: hey Aego.
Aego: hey you two....where's Blake?
Weiss: she had to do a quick Job, she'll be by to say hi to you when she's finished. But I have to ask, what the hell?
Aego: is that meaning for Ghidorah and what he did to me. I can explain that.
Yang: you were on a date.
Aego: and I felt balance was needed. But hey, atleast the little girl was alright. That was the same little girl from before. She's a nice little thing.
Yang: I know you love seeing little girls smile, I know you want a daughter when the time comes. But she could've been hurt, and you're in a hospital.
Aego: while you're right about the first part, but I'm in a hospital with lots of smiles. A burger is coming and some cheese fries.
Weiss: listen Aego....we were just worried. Ghidorah has shown massive power, while this one is definitely smaller, but it holds a lot of power.
Two more people entered the room.
Arashi: holy shit man, you look terrible.
Aego: I'm prettier than you.
Yuko: hey Aego...I didn't know where you were when it happened. I was told by Mrs. Weiss.
Aego: I'm glad you are safe. I got pretty messed up didn't I.
Arashi looked at Aego and smirked.
Arashi: excuse me Mrs. Yang and Mrs. Weiss, could you help me pull packages out of my car, I need to get Aego his gift. Yuko why don't you keep him some company.
Yuko: o-ok.
