~2~

I loved footie. I've always loved playing it since I was a kid. My friends and I would always play in the back of my house when we were younger. Which was why I had joined the soccer team. I was on the team since my first year of school.

"Tommo!?" Coach calls.

I look up at him as I run across the field. "Focus! you're gonna make us lose the bloody game!" He shouts, throwing his hand up.

I wasn't really the best player on the team. I'm not saying I wasn't good at soccer, but I had some nervousness when playing. Everyone was watching me. I had people running around me, which made me even more nervous because I would constantly picture them chasing me. My coach at that time, was the only one who would bring me back to reality with his constant yelling.

I keep running and kept kicking the ball as I dodge other players. I quickly kick the ball into the net, and the crowd cheers.

I looked up at the crowd and searched for a particular someone. I saw the familiar head of curls almost immediately. He was sitting in the front row with his friend, Niall. I wave at him and he waves back.

After Harry and I had met in the cafeteria a few weeks back, we had became closer. I had to also learn sign language to talk to Niall, but it was not a fast process, so Harry would always help me out. He could read lips but it was my idea to try learning. He was a really sweet lad, and was also kind of funny. He made jokes here and there, and was always in a happy mood.

The game ends, and we head back to the locker room. After showering and getting changed, I head back out to meet with Harry and Niall. They were standing by the bleachers where we always meet.

"Hey, Tommo." Niall signs.

"Hey, Nialler." I sign back. I hug them both, and we begin walking home.

We didn't live close to each other, but Harry and Niall did, and they would always walk home together. I, however, would take the bus home.

"I didn't pass my Science test." Harry says, signing.

"Really? but I thought you studied?" I replied, signing.

"I did, but I guess I didn't study hard enough." He says, frowning.

"I'm sure you will ace next time. You were probably just anxious." Niall signs.

He nods and signs, "Yeah, I guess so."

"Just try not to stress. You'll surely ace the next test, I have faith in you." I encouraged.

"Hopefully." As we reach the bus stop, we go our separate ways.

At some point, Harry and I had made things official. We would go on walks in the park, and we'd also go on picnic dates and to films.

"I went on vacation to Italy a few years ago with my mum and dad, and sister. It was a nice vacation, and I had a great time there. Italy is a beautiful place. I would love to go back someday. If I could." Harry says to me, whispering the last part which I couldn't hear.

"Sorry, what?"

"I said I would love to visit Italy again." He answers, but something seemed off when he said it. Like he doesn't want me to know what else he said.

"Maybe we could go in the future." I suggest, ignoring it.

"Why not now?" He asks, a slight frown on his face.

"Well, I mean we could, but we don't know each other's parents. Will they even allow us to go alone?"

He shrugs. "I don't know. I've travelled alone before, don't think it's a problem."

I thought for a moment. "How about this? if there is a point in time where we get married-"

"Married?" He raises his brows in surprise.

"Yes, maybe we could go to Italy for our honeymoon." I suggest. "It's only a suggestion, so."

He frowns again and looks down.

"What's wrong?" I ask him, concerned.

He opens his mouth, and then closes it. He opens it again and says, "I-...we can't-" He struggles to say.

"What? you don't want to get married?" I asked in confusion.

He frowns even more. "No umm, I do, it's just that...don't you think it's too early to be talking about marriage? we're too young right now."

I chuckled, nodding. "I know it is, but I'm just saying it just in case we don't get to go now."

"But what if we break up?"

"Then...we break up I guess?"

"Oh."

Silence takes over after that. I reach over and grab a grape. Without thinking, I randomly put the grape into his mouth.

He was shocked at first, but then began chewing slowly. It leads to us feeding each other grapes, and laughing as we try to catch the grapes in our mouths.

Meeting each others parents had gone really well. They were so kind and treated me as if I was family.

"It's so nice to finally meet you!" Harry's mum exclaims, greeting me. She opens her arms and pulls me into a hug. "Harry has told me so much about you." She says, still hugging me.

"Really?" I question, raising a brow. We pull away and she looks at me.

"Yes, he talks about you all the time. In a positive way of course." She lightly laughs at the end.

"That's good to hear." I respond, chuckling as well.

Harry then meets my parents, and they meet each other, and then we sat around the table for dinner.

Hope you liked this chapter! decided to keep this one a little short because of the next chapter I had planned. Also, dinner scenes are kind of boring to write😂
