*Jane's pov*

I walked into the room quietly so I didn't wake Alexis or Missy. I grabbed my clothes for work and changed hopping that Missy didn't wake up soon. I looked at her, and she looked so lonely in the bed, and she also looked beautiful. I wasn't mad at her has much, but I still wasn't going to let her get away with the things she said. I walked downstairs and waited for Lisa to come pick up the kids.

Lisa worked at a day care, so that is usually where Alexis and Brayson go when we are at work. She walked in and took the two, and Missy come down wearing a green top and black pants. Her shoes looked nice with the outfit, and she saw me her face lit up a bit, then went back to the way it was.

"Hi Patrick," she told me sitting down in a chair. I walked over and sat in another close to her.

"Hi Missy," I said back. She looked down at her hands, thinking about what she would say.

"Patrick, I'm sorry about some of the things I said. I didn't mean all of it, and some of the things come out wrong. I know they hurt you, but you were making me so mad that I just, don't know. I know that-"

I pulled her close to me, then kissed her. She looked surprise at the action before kissing back. I wasn't mad after I heard she was sorry. She might of had a little truth behind the words, but she was sorry after all. I pulled away and pushed a piece of hair out of her face and moved her chin so she could see me.

"I could never stay mad at you," I told her and she smiled.

"I felt awful once you left," she said.

"Well I'm back, so don't feel awful because you're not. Your wonderful, and you should feel wonderful."

"Thank you."

"You're welcome. Now let's go, okay?"

"Okay."

I lead her to the car to go to the job. Once there Lisbon told me that I had to go with Rigsby and Cho to the school and try to figure out what we could about Lucy's murder. We left, and I had a few people I wanted to talk to.

"So what do we do?" Rigsby asked. He looked at Cho, who looked at me.

"I would like to talk to Summer again, and maybe see who she hangs around," I answered and walked into the school. Children were walking and talking with one another. A few were making out, just like a normal high school. I spotted Summer talking to a boy and she was holding his hand.

"Excuse me, Summer!" I called and she looked up. The last time we talked I really didn't get to say much because I was looking at her things to see if she killed Lucy. So far, she could have or she couldn't have had.

"Yes?" she asked sweetly, putting on her mask she did when an adult was around. The mask of a sweet, kind girl, but in real life she was a cold, heartless person who only cared about herself and maybe this boy.

"Who is this?" the boy asked.

"I'm Patrick Jane," I told him looking him up and down.

"Well what do you want with my girl?"

"Your girl? You can stop acting tough, because I know that if you were to try and fight me I could outwit you easily. You're nothing but a dog who's bark is worse than their bit. You also don't care about Summer here has much has you say."

"What do you mean?" I looked into his locker and saw a tissue with blood on it. It looked like the same thing the card Missy found looked like.

"Where did you get that?" I asked, and he looked over and slammed the door shut.

"None of your damn business. Come on Summer, we don't have to listen to this."

"Steven, I have to work for him. He is going to find Lucy's killer," Summer told him. A perfect act, and well done. Steven's face fall and he glared at me.

"I think he should leave well enough alone. Lucy was a pain in the ass, and that's that."

"I can't do that," I told him. "It's my job to find her."

"Well don't look at my Summer to be the killer. She isn't."

"How do you know?"

"Stop asking me questions!"

"Why don't you answer them?"

I knew I was making him mad. I didn't know that he punches things when he got angry. The next thing I know I am on the floor with blood coming out from my nose, and then a kick in the stomach making taking the wind from me. I laid their with Steven over me.

"You should learn to keep your mouth shut," he said harshly, and started to kick me again, but this time a woman grabbed his leg and he looked up and looked confused. I was still trying to catch my breath.

"Leave him alone," the woman said and he tried to punch her, but she caught his fist and handcuffed him and dragged him to the edge of the crowed that gathered, and handed him to Cho and Rigsby. "Go give him to the boss, I'll take care of Patrick," she told them, and then came and picked me up. I was looking into the green eyes of my angel Missy.

"Missy?" I asked and she said nothing, only smiled. She opened a door and I saw it was the nurses office.

"Can I get some ice please?" she asked, and the woman in the room said yes, and gave her a cloth to clean the blood off. She gently patted my nose and got most of the blood off my skin and gave me the ice. I put it on my nose, and looked at her.

"When did you get here?" I asked her.

"Lisbon told VanPelt and I that we had to come down here and get Rigsby or Cho," she answered. "Lisbon is here too."

"I see. Do you think you can take me to a hospital, I think my nose is broken."

"Sure," she said and kissed my cheek, and I smiled. She helped me up for my stomach still hurt, and Missy told Lisbon what we were doing, and she agreed. My nose luckily wasn't broken, and the doctor told me to put ice on it for about twenty minutes a day. I agreed and Missy took me home.

Brayson and Alexis where there with Lisa, and she asked if she was supposed to leave and not come back today. Missy said yes, and Lisa gave her a good bye hug and left. I played with Brayson like I said I would, and spent the rest of the day at home while Missy went back to work. 

Here's the double update! So my dad had a meeting, and it was out of town. Someone else was paying for the room, so we decide to do some stuff together and have fun. We mostly swam in the pool that is indoors. That is about all I can say about it really, cause that is all we did. So yeah. Nothing else to say, so peace out my Stars!
