"Guys," both Yuta and Jaemin glance at Mark who just entered the kitchen, raising their brows signaling him to continue on what he's about to say.
"I just had the weirdest dream last night."
"You always have weird shit going on in your mind, Minhyung." Yuta retorts with a scoff, flipping through the pages of the report that was given this morning by Sungchan.
The younger man grunts at his response, stomping around the room as he takes a knife from the knife holder. "Don't even try, Mark."
Hearing Yuta saying that without even having to turn over his shoulder to look at him, Mark bites his inner cheek in annoyance.
He lowers the knife and instead grabs some slices of bread, soon reaching out to pick a flavor of spreads he wants to try.
Jaemin watches him aggressively makes his sandwiches behind Yuta's figure, snickering quietly at his dismay whilst calmly finishing his bowl of oats.
"I'll see you guys later, I'm going to be late for school." He announces, standing up from his seat carrying his dishes and places them in the sink. "Wash them for me, will you?"
Mark glares at him, "I'm not your servant, what the hell."
"And I'm not going to waste more time by cleaning my dishes when you can just do it for me since you're going to have to clean that knife as well." Jaemin remarks with a sly grin.
The elder boy groans, about to snap back due to Jaemin adding more fuel to his small fire because of Yuta ruining his morning mood.
But Yuta beats him to it, "just clean it up and deal with him later, I don't have time for your bickerings this morning."
"Yeah right–"
"I'm leaving." Jaemin quietly excuses himself once Mark started rambling on about how Yuta was being a jerk this morning.
He takes his school bag and checks the time, rolling his eyes when he hears Mark scream in annoyance before stepping out of the house.
He's not that bothered, sure he's annoyed but he doesn't really care about his teammates' current problem. That's theirs, not his.
He will spare you the details, but let's just say those two boys back at the house, had been going off at each other since last night when they came home from a different assignment.

"I told you, you didn't have to pay for my lunch, hyung." Jeno pouts, quite annoyed with the raven haired boy sitting from across the table.
"And I insisted, didn't I?" Jaemin raises a brow, challenging him to fight back in this situation of generosity and kindness.
"Still, I could've paid for it with my own money." He wasn't that surprised when Jeno did in fact, argued back.
With a person who's mostly been nothing but kind towards others and refusing their offers politely, feeling bad for receiving them in a way, Jaemin is not surprised.
Jeno is argumentative when it comes to these very simple things, and so is Jaemin– just without the simple part.
"But you didn't."
"Because you–"
"Like I said, I insisted. So be thankful for it at least, hm?" Jaemin cuts him off before taking another bite of his bagel.
The blond haired boy scoffs, clicking his tongue as he looks down on his food.
Honestly, this is the first time Jaemin has seen Jeno this annoyed and upset with him despite doing this for weeks now.
"Eat your food, Jeno." He sighs, waiting for the younger boy to do as told.
Jeno grunts on the spot, muttering about a few incoherent things as he feeds himself nonetheless.
Seeing the younger boy sulking quietly, Jaemin purses his lips before reaching a hand out to place it on top of Jeno's. "Are you mad?"
Getting a small nod, Jaemin signals for Jeno to say something. He finally did when he finished his lunch that was paid by Jaemin, voluntarily and certainly without Jeno's permission.
"I told you hyung, I thought we agreed to this?"
"Agreed to what?"
"The next time you'll pay for the food is... You know what, for the meantime I'll be the one to pay for my own food." Jeno felt a little shy and embarrassed to mention the specific word just because.
Jaemin, who knew what he meant, snorts in response. "You mean our date?" Raising a brow, but the smirk on his face made it clear he was teasing the younger boy.
Jeno huffs through his nose and looks away, nodding off afterwards since his throat felt somewhat dry. Curse Na Jaemin, he has music class after this and not to mention, they are supposedly singing or something.
"But don't you want this to be our dates?" Jaemin emphasizes, glancing down to their hands as he gives a small squeeze that gets a reaction from Jeno.
The latter widens his eyes after Jaemin blurts out those words, puzzled but most likely shook to the core with his cheeks turning beetroot red once he processed it all.
"Err..." He stammers, quite frozen and unsure of what he's supposed to reply. Unblinking as he stares at Jaemin's handsome face for God knows how long.
The bell rings, snapping him out of his daze and finally able to blink whilst realizing the smirk on Jaemin's face had grew wider.
He's definitely amused.
Can you blame him? He just simply flirts with Jeno, even in the tiniest bits of moves and pickup lines; it almost instantly results the younger boy to become a flustered and blushing mess.
Chuckling at Jeno not able to let a word out, to argue back or something; a total opposite of just a minute ago, Jaemin shakes his head at him.
Standing up, he takes the blond haired boy's hand and pulls him up to his feet, stifling a laugh when Jeno squeaks quietly due to his sudden jelly-like legs.
"Let me walk you to your next class," he could only stay silent as Jaemin leads the way, his whole body and soul still having an aftershock over some stupid and small statement.
