Lynette (POV)

The last thing I remember was voices.

My head hurts Jake I can't do this.

"You don't have to worry I'm right here for you."

Voices someone is talking about how they need more patients to see if the drug really works.

The voices I know that voice.

I know the voice I just can't place the face to the voice.

What's wrong with me I just can't seem to think, and I've had a splitting headache since I've been here.

My head feels like someone is trying to squeeze my head together in a vice grip.

The pain is so intense that I put my hands on my head and scream" How could you? I don't understand.
Jake why did you push me?

Why would you try to kill me if you claim to love me.

Someone starts knocking on the door, Oh my God why do I see two Jakes.

I'm going crazy what wrong with me.

"Calm down Lynette this is Jacob my identical twin brother he's also works with me."

Jake why didn't you tell me earlier.

"Lynette I already told you I couldn't he was undercover."

Jacob responds"That reminds me Jake why didn't you meet me in the stairwell with Lynette?"

"You better be lucky big brother the doctor had a call to go to surgery."

"I guess you know what I'm going to say next."

"Let's get out of here before the doctor gets out of surgery. "

As I'm looking at them both confused now "Who pushed me ?Tell me now!"

Jacob looks at me now, "I did it, but it was to save your life not to take your life.

" I push out of the way of the dagger that was aimed at your heart.

"Someone wants you dead."
Lynette whispers "What have I ever done to anyone? That's worth my life. Jake's face starts to turn hard and cold looking and in a calm voice responds
"I don't know why but we'll find out."
Lynette look at me you must understand Jake's my brother.
"I would never kill you my brother loves you too much."

"Ok now that's out of the way it's time to get out of here."

Someone knocks on the door and Drew comes in to see both brothers.

"How's your cover treating you partner?"

Jacob responds "Well you know how things can be."

"We have to get Lynette out of here, she's in danger."

Drew responds "No problem do you need help with anything. "

"I'll help get the process started so everything will be ready for y'all . It's the same house in the secret place right."

Jake responds "I would really appreciate it this has been a crazy day."

"No problem everything will be ok , no harm will come to her."

"Jake starts helping Lynette out of the bed."

Wait I say in a quiet voice something's wrong.

A sharp pain shoots through my side , and I grab the left side and look at Jake "Something's wrong with me my side hurts really bad. I suddenly feel light headed. I touch my side where the pain is the most intense. That's when I notice my hand feels wet , and that when I look at my hand noticing my hand is covered in blood.

Jake looks at me in shock "Your bleeding whats going on . "
