Omniscient (Ten years later)

"Aspen come here!" Memo yelled up the stairs as she came down the stairs typing on her phone. 

"Yes mommy?" She asked never taking her eyes off her phone. 

"I'm about to leave." Saying that made Aspen look up. 

"Where you going? And where daddy?" 

"I'm going with ya aunts and uncles, he's already there. Emma is in the kitchen but by time I come home, y'all all better be in bed." Memo said referring to all four of her kids. 

"Did you cook?" 

"No, you can cook something or order food but order for everybody, you know you stingy." 

Lowkey rolling her eyes, she giggled. "Okay, you look pretty by the way."

"Mhm, what you want?" 

"I can't tell my mom, the woman who went through fifteen hours of labor with me, she looks pretty?" 

"No, what you want?" 

"A boy asked me out and I want to go but daddy said I couldn't date until I was 21 and I don't wanna disrespect him by going against his wishes but I thought I'll ask anyway." 

Memo heart tugged at that as she smiled, even at 14 Aspen was still the biggest daddy's girl and was very mature and responsible for her age. At age 6 she was declared a genius, she skipped three grades putting her the only 6 year old in fourth grade. She was now a senior in all honor classes. She never get in trouble and she barely went out because she was always studying, she was aiming to be the first African American who cured diseases, preferably Lupus for her papa Tac, and that meant no days off. 

"I'll talk it over with your father but you most likely can go baby." 

"Okay, I'll respect your decision even if it's not what I wanna hear. Y'all know more than I do so I would understand." She shrugged and Memo nodded. 

She's going on that date, Memo thought. 

"Okay Poof, I won't be here to say goodnight to y'all so be good for Emma and make sure the rest of the demons be good for her." 

"Okay mommy, I love you." 

"I love you more Poof." Memo kissed her cheek.

She walked in the living room seeing her three babies in the living room watching TV. Harlem was conceived three months after Jo and Ivy made it official, he was nine years old and he took after his father. He looked exactly like Jo, had the same attitude and prayed to be in the NBA just like his dad. His dad was his role model and you never saw Josiah without seeing Harlem.

Allure was the next one coming in at five years old, she was so sweet and nice. She was an everybody person, she loved being center of attention and most definitely spoiled. She was into gymnastics and all types of dancing, you can't pay her enough to keep still when she hears music. She was just in a music video dancing as a background and has more coming up, she was only five and building her career.

Lastly was Kashmere but Kash for short. He was the total mommas boy and Josiah hated it, but Memo loved it. The same way Aspen would act towards Memo when she was a baby was how he acted towards Jo. He was only one years old but already talking, walking and on the way to using the big boy potty.

"Come give mommy some love so she can leave." Memo said as all of them got up coming to hug and kiss her. "Make sure, y'all do y'all homework. I will check and bed at 8, 9 the latest." 

"Okay mommy." Allure said going to sit back on the couch with her brothers. 

Memo made sure Emma was okay and knew what to do before she left, after knowing everything was okay she requested an Lyft since she didn't feel like driving. Once it got there, she grabbed her coat and purse making sure she had everything. Just as she was getting in the car she was getting a text from Avery making sure she was okay since she was supposed to be there almost thirty minutes ago. 

Pulling up to the restaurant they was at, she got out seeing they rented the restaurant out and she was grateful. Every time everyone was together, people want pictures or autographs and tonight she just wanted to relax so she was real grateful. 

Walking in to the restaurant she saw Remy, Josh, Mulan, Jaylen, Avery, Nyasia, Journee, Tay, Skylee, Ralphel, Zay and his fiancé Shylin, NeeNee, Zayyir and lastly Josiah. They all turned to look at Memo as she walked in.

"Finally, bitch damn." Mulan spoke up. She was hungry as fuck and nobody wanted to start eating without Memo.

"You always talk when it's not necessary." Remy scrunched her face up.

"Girl, suck me." Mulan waved her off.

Josiah stood up to pull Memo seat out, once she sat down he pushed her seat in then going back to his seat. He looked at her admiring how good she looked, she was 31 and still didn't age one bit. His wife was honestly the most beautiful women he ever laid eyes on.

"Why didn't y'all order? Nobody had to wait for me." She spoke looking at the menu.

"It's our birthday dinner, why would we eat without you?" Remy asked.

"I would have if I was hungry, my hunger waits for no one." Memo stated making them laugh.

"Can you order the steak just in case I don't like the chicken?" Remy asked looking at Josh.

"Just order both cause I want oxtails." He told her looking at her.

"Okay, sounds like a plan cause I want some of ya oxtails." She smiled.

At age 31, Remy was happily married with three kids, two boys and a girl. It surprised people when she gotten pregnant after her first son but once she felt the love of being an mother she wanted that feeling forever. She understood why Alyssa wanted more kids, there is literally no better feeling than your kids loving you.

Remy still working for the government with her yearly income more than two million was living wonderful. Her and Josh owned their own seven bedroom house, multiple cars and she had plenty of charities and always gave back. She was still crazy as ever but who expected that to change?

"I feel like I never see nobody no more." Ralph said making them agree.

"We all be so busy." Nyasia shook her head.

"I barely got time for my kids." Remy spoke making them laugh.

"Mother of the year." Avery clapped.

"Thank you." She smiled sticking her tongue out.

"I can't believe we're 31." Mulan said still in shock.

At 31, Mulan had her own practice that she build from the ground up on her own with no help and she was proud of her success. She was an criminal defense lawyer but for minors and people in their early twenties. She felt as if she could relate to kids who got in trouble, the daily stories she heard made her want to change the justice system that was so broken.

She wasn't like other lawyers who were money hungry, she came from money so that wasn't her concern, she genuinely cared. One thing she didn't tolerate was lying, she gave her clients two chances to lie to her and if they went passed that she would drop the case. Another reason why her practice was so popular was because she didn't charge unless she won the case or helped reduced time.

Besides work, her marriage to Jaylen was going perfect. Around six years ago she went to the doctor to get surgery so she can fix her chances of having kids. She currently have a five year old boy and a one year old girl but both pregnancies put so much distress on her body that they both agreed they were happy with their two kids. Jaylen couldn't fathom losing his wife.

"Really." Nyasia smiled. "Just yesterday we were 16 fighting at parties."

"Them parties changed my life." Memo laughed. "Met both of my baby daddies at them."

"I forgot we met at a party." Zay laughed. "Damn, shit seem forever ago."

After his heartbreak with Memo, he went into depression and took it real hard. He was angry, sad, confused, he felt every emotion and didn't know how to get over it. He started therapy and learned how to deal with his feelings. He went away for almost a year with no contact with anyone. That's where he met his fiancé, Shylin. They dated for four years before he proposed.

A lot of times in his relationship he was insecure because of everything he went through with Memo and she hated it but she proved to him she wasn't Memo. Shylin was everything he looked for and he loved her so much and the feelings were mutual. They were currently working on kids since they wanted to start their family.

Zay was a veteran still receiving benefits but he was now a detective. He was very respected and he always had a successful case, he loved his job and he loved that he can help people and their family. Shylin being in the same field as a district attorney made them get each other even more.

"That party was lit though." Jaylen laughed.

"It was, we was so lit until we had to fight." Mulan shook her head.

"We always had to fight." Avery laughed.

"A lot of our fights was pointless though." Remy said.

"I was thinking that the other day, we would fight over anything and looking at us today, no one would ever think that." Memo added.

"Seriously, I remember I dragged a girl by her hair because she bumped into me in the hallway." Remy chuckled.

"No, I remember that." Avery laughed. "That's fucked up and it was your birthday."

"Nah, the most pointless fight was Mulan, Remy and Memo." Ralph said.

"Oh God." They all laughed sipping their wine.

"I hated that because I didn't wanna pick sides." Nyasia looked at them.

Nyasia and Avery were married with two kids and happy as ever. Nyasia was a motivational speaker while owning shelters, group homes and orphanages all over the world. She never wanted any child to go through what she went through. She picked her staff so there wasn't any shady shit going on and no abusive shit. All her paychecks went into the kids, she bought them food, clothes, shoes, hygiene products, anything you could name she got it for them.

Avery was a successful business man, he and Ralph had barbershops in a total of seven states and more to come. He loved what he did and owed it to Nyasia for helping him get back on his feet. He disappointed many people cause they thought he would be more than what he is but he didn't care about their opinions, he wouldn't change his career for nobody cause he was still getting money.

"Now I think about it our little beef was stupid." Remy nodded. "Even though, you told me to smack you I shouldn't have."

"Hey man, shit already happened." Mulan laughed.

"Nah, this stupidest pettiest beef is Mulan and Zylexia." Skylee jumped in making everybody groan.

Skylee loved being around her cousins so much that Zylexia didn't wanna be around her anymore. That only made them closer, she was over the petty beef. She was still a model, a successful one. She was just on the cover on Vogue, GC, and many more magazines. She was recently a model for Rihanna fashion show, Kanye fashion line, Mark Anthony and many more.

Yes, her and Ralph finally decided to stop playing and had sex for the first time five years ago. After that, they became friends with benefits and he caught feelings. She didn't wanna catch feelings but she did, they began their relationship three years ago and was very happy.

"That's her miserable ass." Mulan rolled her eyes. "I think she wanna eat my pussy cause she be worried about me too much."

"Ask her." Memo laughed.

"Jaylen and Josiah beef was dumb." NeeNee spoke making everybody laugh.

"Yes, that beef was definitely annoying as fuck." Josh shook his head.

"Shit was funny as fuck." Avery laughed. "That kick to the face in the hospital will always be in my head."

"Avery!" Mulan laughed looking at him clutch over crying.

"Chill." Josiah chuckled.

Josiah and Jaylen beef ended a few months after Memo got pregnant, Jaylen saw how genuine Josiah was and he started to back up. They were back close friends and you wouldn't think they would of been beefing like that if you saw them now.

Jaylen, Josh and Jaylen were still in the NBA still playing for the Hawks. They signed a no draft contract so they couldn't be traded or drafted to another team. They made almost 65 million each with endorsements with Nike, Adidas and more. They were living the life they always wanted.

"You okay?" Josiah asked touching Memo thigh as everyone laughed and went into their own conversations.

Moving his hand, she nodded making him sigh. He was about to say something until Journee spoke to Memo making both of their attention go to her.

"How my godbaby?" She asked referring to Aspy.

"She just texted me earlier." Remy drunk her wine.

"She's starting to look at prom dresses and deciding on colleges. I think she's growing up too fast but she says she can handle everything."

"She's a senior? I thought she was only 14." Shy spoke.

"She is, she's a genius. She's been skipping grades since she was 6, I was always against it but I let her make her own decisions."

"Any boys in-"

"No." All the boys cut her off making the girl roll their eyes.

"Actually, she got asked on a date and she asked for permission. I'm going to say yes to it cause she need to go out."

"No you not." Josiah scrunched up his face.

"Yes I am, it's nothing wrong with her going on a date. She's responsible and she looked like she really wanted to go."

"So what! Dates start off all innocent until she having sex and shit. No Ivory."

"It's one fucking date! She knows what sex is and she know the consequences for sex. You can not prevent her having sex, she gon do it whether we want her to or not. I would rather her tell me about it whether than her feeling as if she in trouble for something that's natural."

"I mean I kind of agree." Ralph nodded. "You can't shame her if she decided to have sex, that's going to make her feel bad about herself and shit."

"I'm not saying that."

"Then what are you saying? I waited until was 16 to have sex and-"

"Exactly, I don't want her to be like you." He said making her stop and put her head down.

"Too far." Josh told him.

Sighing Josiah almost hit his self for putting his foot in his mouth. It came out too fast and he couldn't stop it, he didn't mean it how it sounded but he knew her feelings were hurt.

"Excuse me." Memo got up.

"Ivory." He called her name about to chase after her but the girls beat him to it.

"You want me to poison him? My mom got these drops that'll make his body feel like he's getting stabbed over and over." Skylee asked making Remy look at her.

"Seriously? I'm bout to call Aubree." She said pulling out her phone.

"Can it kill him? I think I need to use a few drops." Mulan said.

"No, daddy still here."

"But Ace retarded, he not normal so I don't know bout that." NeeNee said.

"Memo, are you okay?" Journee asked glaring at them since they got off tasked.

"Oh yeah, almost forgot why we came in here." Mulan shook her head looking at Memo.

"I mean my feelings hurt but it's cool." She shrugged.

"Y'all still beefing?" Sky asked.

"Yeah, we haven't slept in the same bed in almost two weeks."

"Why though?" Remy asked.

"Remy, he could be cheating on me." She looked at her blankly.

"But he's not."

"And how do you know that for sure?"

"Is he giving you any signs that he cheating?" Mulan asked.

"No and that's why I'm so confused, this girl came to me and told me. She didn't go to theshaderoom, TMZ or any other blog, she isn't blackmailing, she really just came to me."

"What do he have to say about it?" Journee asked.

"He said he doesn't even know who I'm talking about."

"And that's where I come in at dummy." Remy looked at her blankly then pulling out her phone. "Why wouldn't you tell me to look into it?"

"I wasn't even thinking."

"Do you trust Siah?" NeeNee asked.

"With my life." She answered without thinking about it.

"Then you shouldn't even be second guessing y'all relationship." Nyasia said.

"Josiah filed for a restraining order three months ago on a girl name Farrah Saint. On the girl social media, Josiah is all she talk about. She even got pictures of Aspen and the rest of my God babies." Remy told her.

"Is that the girl?" Mulan asked.

"Yes, she told me her name was Amber though so maybe that's why he didn't know her."

"If you claim you trust him then do that, that man in love with you stop doubting him." Skylee said making her agree.

"Alright, well my food should be out so I love you Memo but I'm fucking hungry." Mulan said.

Just as they were about to walk towards the door, Josiah was opening the door. They looked at Memo then back at him, Remy handed Memo her phone as they all walked out leaving just Jo and Memo.

"I know that sounded bad so bad but I really didn't mean it." Josiah said as soon as they walked out.

"Okay." She checked her makeup at the mirror.

"If you didn't get pregnant at 16, I wouldn't have my daughter or you. I meant I don't want her going through the shit we did when you were pregnant. You know the judgmental ass people or the way people looked at you. You cried every time somebody said something to you and I'm the only one who know that. I'm sorry for even saying it."

"I said okay." Her feelings were hurt but she understood what he was saying because they were the only ones who got judged when she was pregnant.

"Can I get a kiss?" He smiled making her laugh.

"No."

"Give me my damn kiss." He grabbed her waist pulling her closer to him. He connected their lips enjoying her lips, he haven't kissed his wife like this in almost two weeks.

"Do you know her?" Memo asked showing Josiah the picture of the girl.

"How you know about her? This bitch crazy Ivory. She always popping up on me, she be at every single game even the out of state games, she'll wait at hotels for me or somehow she always some where I'm at."

"Why didn't you tell me about her? You didn't think this was serious if you got a restraining order out on her?"

"Because all this shit going on with the other fan, I ain't want you to think I fucked her too when I ain't been with nobody but you."

"That's the thing, she is the fan."

"Wait, what?"

"That's the fan that came to me, she told me her name was something different."

"Memo, why didn't you think to show me a picture? She fucking crazy, I'm getting her locked up for real. That bitch a nutcase."

"This is why communication is important, let her come up to me again and imma beat her ass."

"Please do." Josiah shook his head.

"Damn right."

"Can I sleep back in my bed now?"

"Yeah." She nodded.

"Good, I missed you. I want you to know I would never cheat on you, I don't have it in me to hurt you like that again. I took my vows serious and meant every word of them." He said genuinely.

"I know that, I don't know why I was even tripping. I know you didn't cheat on me, I didn't doubt you for one second." She told him truthfully.

"Well, I'm sorry for not talking to you."

"I only accept apologies in bread or head." She smirked making him laugh.

"I mean you could have both, you want a new pair of shoes?"

Wrapping her arms around his neck she pulled him closer to her. "I love you so much."

"I love you more, way more." They kissed again then walked out the bathroom smiling.

"Finally back to positive vibes." Joshua said making everybody look at em.

"Just a little misunderstanding." Memo smiled making them laugh.

"So pass the hotsauce." Nyasia said as they laughed and caught up since they wouldn't know when the next time they would be able to do this.

Remy, Nyasia, Mulan and Ivory been through a lot throughout their years and through everything they realized family were all they ever needed. No matter how troublesome or retarded their family was, that was just them and they wouldn't trade them for no one else. They know their family is--

Filled with drama.

Filled with arguments and fights.

Filled with stupidity.

But that's what made them unique. They were a lot of things but their family was also--

Filled with humor.

Filled with loyalty.

Filled with love.

Their family is their remedy to everything because their family are all they have.

"Jaylen, I'm glad Siah helped you kick start ya new attitude." Avery said making everybody bust out laughing.

I really cried writing this because I've been dealing with the antidote series since I joined Wattpad in 2015 and now it's just over💔💔 Mannn I'll miss this for real

Should I do a reunion like I did for Prescription? 😂 if y'all want me to, drop some questions. You can ask anybody a question, anybody from the Antidote (JC, Mason, Lys...etc) to Remedy (Josiah, Memo, Remy...etc). I'll even allow y'all to ask the Love on the Brain cast questions (Stunna, Sim, Bhris...etc) 😂😂😂 this the last time y'all talk to gang, better ask some lit questions.
