I woke up to my room filled up with multicolored balloons spread around my room and cards attached to some of them. Aspen ran in my room and pulled a confetti popper and smiled.

"Happy birthday teetee." Her ghetto self yelled trying to climb on my bed. I helped her up as she wrapped her arms around my neck still yelling.

"Thank you auntie baby." I smiled as she continued squeezing my neck.

"Come on, so you see gifts." She jumped down tugging my hand.

I let her drag me all the way downstairs while she giggled making me laugh. As soon as I walked in the living room everybody was standing there while Ralph held a ice cream cake in his hand.

"Happy birthday RemyMa!" They all yelled making me laugh.

"Thank y'all." I covered my face smiling since they were also recording.

"Is that a smile we got out her mean ass?" Journee smirked.

"Bitch you 21, take ya first shot of the day. We doing these all day." Mulan yelled handing me a shot glass.

"What is this?" I asked taking it from her.

"Grey Goose baby!" Memo mocked the old man from the video making me laugh.

I downed the shot opening my mouth while closing my eyes as this strong ass liquor went down. I blew out the candle making a wish then sat down as Aspen ran to me.

"I get you something teetee, open open." She pushed a box that was wrapped towards me. I looked at her, purposely unwrapping the box slowly. "Teetee, faster!"

I laughed quickening my pace then opened the box once it was unwrapped. It was a charm bracelet with leaves as a charm and a bottle. I laughed looking at her.

"Leaves are for me, they're Aspen leaves. Daddy say you named after bottle so I put bottle up there." She explained making me smile.

"Aww, Aspy." I hugged her as she laughed.

"Wait I not done." She dug in the box pulling a picture out. "This me, you, uncle Josh and the baby y'all are going to have."

My heart started to swell as she said that, I put my head down blinking away my tears. She ran into my arms again making me laugh and smile as she did the same.

"You like them?"

"I love them, nobody can top this." I flicked her nose as she kissed me on my cheek.

"You ain't even do all this on my birthday, I got a flemsy ass macaroni necklace." Memo rolled her eyes making us laugh.

"I love teetee Remy."

"And you don't love me? Wow, okay alright."

"I love you more mommy." She giggled going to hug Memo.

"Go get dress, we going to the spa bitch." Nyasia big ass said as Avery helped her up.

"I go?" Aspy asked looking at me.

"Of course princess." I smiled as she went to get dress.

"What we doing today?" Journee asked finishing Jade hair.

"After the spa, I don't know. Remy not coming with us though, she got a date." Mulan smirked as I rolled my eyes.

"It's not a date Mulan." I laughed.

"So what you call a boy taking you out then?"

"Two friends having a adult conversation while eating." I smirked.

"Wait with who?" Avery asked.

"Zaydrien." Nyasia, Mulan and Memo all said in unison with smiles on their face.

"I don't approve." Avery said.

"And I'm telling Josh." Ralph finished for him.

"Telling him that I have friends? Go head." I laughed. "Plus I'm single."

"Not what his Instagram say." Mulan mocked sipping her tea.

"Why you on dick watching his Instagram?" I laughed.

"Um, try again. It was on the shaderoom."

"Let me see." I said since I left my phone upstairs. She handed me the phone as I read the words.

"Aw." I mumbled looking at the picture he chose. "This a cute ass picture of me, why I never saw this? He gotta send me this to me."

"That's all you gotta say about it?" Ralph asked as they all looked at me.

"What the hell I suppose to say?"

"Thank you, I love you too. That's could of been a start." Avery thumped me in my head.

"He knows I love him." I shrugged going upstairs to get dress.

After the spa I felt relax and fresh, although my little girl down there was kind of throbbing because Mulan thought​ it would be a good idea to get Brazilian Waxes. I will never let her talk me into something again, nevermind I probably will.

"Where we going?" I asked Memo as we got off the intersection.

"To drop Aspy off to Josiah."

"I'm staying in the car."

"Fine with me." She shrugged getting out the car as did Ny, Mu and Journee leaving me by myself.

I sat there for around ten minutes then got annoyed cause it was hot in the car. I put on my Versace shades and walked into the arena only seeing the security guard right here, he opened the door giving me a hug.

"Happy birthday Remy." He smiled as we let go each other.

"Thank you." I smiled going towards the locker room since they weren't on the court.

I waved to a few of the players and said thank you since majority of them wished me a happy birthday. I was getting aggravated talking to people or saying thank you, I barely liked people enough to be smiling.

"Remy Ma!" Olem yelled making the attention get on me as soon as I walked in the locker room. 

"Wassup O." I smiled hugging him. "I almost missed you."

"You know I'm ya favorite." He smiled then coming to give me a hug. "Happy birthday sis, you saw my post on IG?" 

"Nah, I haven't saw nobody post. I don't check my phone on my birthday." 

"You like the only person I know that's mean as hell 25/8, it's your birthday, enjoy people talking to you."

"Why I'm acting fake because it's my birthday? I don't like people."

They laughed like I said something funny as Aspy ran over to me, she pulled my arm leading me to Joshua and Josiah but before she fully got me there, Coach Mike came in pulling me into a hug and handing me a gift bag.

"From all of us to you, happy birthday Remy." He smiled as I took it from him smiling.

"Y'all love me." I smiled looking in the bag to pull out the new MacBook with unlimited gigabytes. My mouth dropped leaving me speechless.

"Guessing she like it." Coach Mike said as I jumped up and down hugging him.

"I needed this, thank y'all for real." I smiled really grateful.

"What you doing tonight?" A player named Rico asked.

"She has a date but not with uncle Josh." Aspen answered before I could making everybody look at me while I glared at her.

"Don't look at her like that, you know my baby got a big mouth. Stop talking around her if you don't want ya secrets out." Josiah said making me give him the finger.

"It's not a date or a secret so I don't care." I spoke glancing at Josh but quickly looking away as he gathered his stuff to leave.

Everybody noticed making it awkward, I sighed, I should of just stayed in the car. Josh put his gym bag over his shoulder limping over towards me. He handed me a bag then kissed me on my forehead walking away without saying anything.

I watched him walk away feeling my heart beating harder than it should be, I debated if I should go after him or let him go. I ran my fingers through my hair still looking at the door.

"Bitch go damn!" Mulan said just as I started walking behind him. 

I rushed out the locker room trying to catch up with him. "Josh!" I called making him stop, he didn't turn around though. He stood right there with his back still facing me.

"Wassup Remy?" He asked making me sigh. I walked in front of him looking in his eyes almost making me cry, he looked so defeated.

"Where you going?" I asked.

"Home, I been here since 5 ina morning."

"Oh okay, thank you for the gift, I didn't open it yet but just thank you because you didn't have to do this."

"I didn't? Last time I didn't have to give you a gift, you left me at a unknown place with no phone, keys or money." 

"It was our two year anniversary, why wouldn't you get me a gift anyway?" We both laughed as he shook his head. 

"Well I learned my lesson."

"I um-you called me your fiancé." I mumbled. 

"I know, that's what you are to me."

"You couldn't even tell me I was what you wanted and you expect me to just forget about that? Josh I was serious when I gave back the ring."

"So then why you chase me out here? You trying to act like this what you want but it's not Remy and you know it's not."

"I'm not acting like anything, if you can't tell me-"

"Remy you're all I want, you're all I ever want! I shouldn't have to tell you that because you know it, not only do I let it be known, I show it to you too! So stop acting like that mattered!"

"It did matter, we were arguing and we haven't talked for almost two weeks. A lot could happen during that Joshua! I just wanted to know were you still in love as you say you are and you couldn't even fucking say it."

"I didn't know that, I wanted to be petty. Don't ever question my love for you Rem, I love you more than any girl I ever came in contact with. Nobody competes with you baby."

He reached up and wiped my face making me back up and cross my arms across my chest. I tuned my head the other way seeing Aspen run to us, that caught his attention too. He put his bag down and bent down picking her up as she ran into his arms.

"Teetee why you cry?" She asked reaching for me as I tried to stop crying.

"Let's give teetee a hug baby." Josh said pulling me into him as him and Aspen hugged me tight making me laugh. I wrapped my arms back around them as Josh wiped my face.

"Your hard ass hands gon wipe my makeup off." 

"Aspy tell teetee to go out with me tonight." 

"Teetee go out with Uncle Josh, he just want to take you out." She spoke making both of us laugh. "Wait Uncle Josh she going out already."

"Tell ya uncle Josh I'll drop everything for him." I told her looking directly at him.

"Aspen cover ya eyes." 

She giggled covering her eyes as he leaned down grabbing the back of my neck and kissing me making me smile into his mouth. I grabbed his waist pulling him closer, missing the feeling of his lips.

"Eww how y'all doing this with my baby in the middle?" Memo asked as we continued kissing.

"They in they own world, they ain't paying attention to y'all." Olem said making them laugh.

"That makeup sex bout to be bomb." Ny said making them agree.

"I might as well not go home tonight." Josiah said as we finally pulled away.

"Please don't come home." Josh looked at him making all of us laugh. 

"Y'all aggravating." I laughed.

"Wait before you go, please take this." Mulan handed me a mini water bottle but it wasn't water.

"What is this?" Josh asked taking a swig. "She don't like Hennessy." 

"I know and I don't care, she taking a shot of every liquor for a week."

"Huh boy." I mumbled taking it to the head then squinting. "Hennessy so damn nasty, ewk."

"We'll see you tomorrow, maybe." 

"Nah, you'll see her in like two days." Josh said making all of us laugh.

"Oh nah, I'm coming home tomorrow so she will leave tomorrow." Josiah said.

"Boy bye, you love ya sister in law." I hugged him squishing our face together as he tried to make me move.

"I don't." 

"Whatever, bye y'all."

I grabbed Josh hand, intertwining our fingers swinging them back and forth as he laughed. We walked to his car quickly turning on the AC since his car was hot as hell. He pulled off getting on the highway.

"Wait we have to stop at my house because I have no clothes there." I spoke.

"And who fault is that? Ya dramatic ass really packed everything that was yours like this was over." 

"It was."

"Where you going?"

"No where."

"That's what I thought." My phone started ringing making me groan, it's like people won't leave me alone today. I looked at the caller ID and smiled putting it on speaker. 

"Happy birthday to you lil cousin." She spoke making Josh scrunch his face up.

"Thanks Sky baby." 

"What we doing tonight?"

"Well, tonight I'm spending it with Josh but tomorrow we lit. I'll give you the details."

"Bitch gimme my money, told you y'all be back to normal by ya birthday."

"Where she was going Sky?" Josh called out making both of them laugh.

"No fucking where!" She yelled.

"Y'all both annoying." I laughed. "Sky lemme call you back,  Zaydrien calling."

"Alright, just text me babes."

"Bet, hello?"

"Happy birthday lil baby who listen." He spoke making me laugh.

"Thank you Kodak De."

"We still on for tonight?"

"Nah, I was just going to call you. I'm spending tonight with Josh but tomorrow we all going out and you better be there."

"Josh? You finally done acting like you don't need him?" He laughed making me roll my eyes.

"You aggravating but you knew it wouldn't be long."

"Facts but tell bro I said wassgood, I'll see y'all tomorrow. Text me the details."

"Alright, talk to you later reflection of me."

"Ayoo." He laughed. "Ard lil baby who listen, happy birthday again."

I hung up still laughing, boy was a whole clown. I looked over at Josh and kissed the side of his face. He glanced at me then back at the road smiling and shaking his head.

"Stop being weird." He smiled.

"Whatever, you know De just my friend right?"

"I gave a face or something?"

"No, I'm just letting you know before you assume and we start arguing again. He really my friend and just that."

"I believe you." 

"Oh okay good, now gimme kiss on camera so everybody know you mine again." I said going on Snapchat making him laugh.

"Fuck you mean again? You never stopped fuck you mean?" He asked unaware that I was recording making me laugh.

He grabbed my face roughly and kissed me adding tongue just showing out for the camera making me get a little too happy off this one kiss. I pulled back still looking at him in admiration, he laughed knowing egg-zactly what he was doing.

I missed him a little too much.
