Y/n's POV

I opened my eyes to find myself in a dark void with the only light being the floor.

Y/n: I'm here again...

I began walking forward as a voice began to speak.

???: You have power inside you...if you give it form...it can give you strength.

Three weapons—a sword, a staff, and a shield—appeared on pedestals. I walked to the sword, and the voice spoke again.

???: The power of the warrior. Invincible courage. A sword of terrible destruction. Is this the power you seek?

Y/n: Yes.

The sword vanishes in my hands as the voice speaks again.

???: Your path is set. Now, what will you give up in exchange?

I walked towards the staff and picked it up as the voice spoke again.

???: The power of the mystic. Inner strength. A staff of wonder and ruin. Will you give up this power?

Y/n: Yes.

The staff vanished in my hands just like the sword and the voice spoke one last time.

???: You've chosen the power of the warrior. You've given up the power of the mystic. Is this the form you choose?

Y/n: Yes.

???: Good luck on your adventure, young guardian.

Y/n: Wha-?

???2: Y/n, wake up.

Suddenly, I opened my eyes to find myself in one of my classes and saw Rias, one of my classmates.

Y/n: *Yawns* Did I miss anything?

Rias: No, we're going to our next class and you fell asleep.

I got up and went to my next class with Rias following me. Once we made it, Ms. Goodwitch was taking our attendance and saw us.

Goodwitch: Mr. L/n and Ms. Gemory, what excuse do you have for being late to my class?

Y/n: *Bows* Forgive us, Ms. Goodwitch. I fell asleep and Rias woke me up so please don't punish her.

Goodwitch: *Smiles warmly* I appreciate your honesty, Mr. L/n. Just be sure not to make this a habit.

I nodded my head and sat down in the free seats while Rias sat with her team. I was paying attention in class until...

Y/n: *Gif below* !!

Izumi: Y/n, is something wrong?

I didn't respond and bolted out of the classroom, quickly summoning my keyblade to transform it into my gilder, and made my way to Mech-Master 5,000 Race.

3rd POV

Asia: What's gotten into him?

Isami: I don't know, but I have a feeling it has something to do with his friends.

Ruby: Then if his friends need help, we'll help too!

Weiss: You dolt! We don't have our hero licenses, we can get in trouble!

???: So you're just going to stand aside and allow your friend to get hurt?

Glynda: Who's there?

A dark portal appears, and someone steps out. The person is wearing a black coat and mask and seems to be around Y/n's age.

???: If you really value your friendship with that idiot, you'll help him no matter what? Right?

Isami: That has nothing to do with you.

???: Does it? Because Y/n plays a very key role in our plans.

Everyone: "Our" plans?

Suddenly, more dark portals emerge as more hooded figures surround the students and the combat teacher.

???: I'd recommend you stay out of our way before you get hurt.

Izumi: No way! If you mess with Y/n then you mess with all of us!

???: We'll see about that.

The masked boy held his hand out and a keyblade appeared shocking the whole room.

Glynda: *Shocked* How do you have that?!

The boy said nothing and got into a battle position before teleporting to Team RWBY and attempting to attack Ruby but she managed to dodge and get her scythe out.

???: Good. Let's see what you're made of.

Ruby goes for the attack and manages to land a few hits but the boy stands still before appearing above her.

???: Gotcha!

His keyblade was blocked just in time as Ruby used her semblance giving her an opening. She attempted to attack but the boy backflipped and fired a ball of fire from his hand but was destroyed by a chunk of ice created by Weiss as the heiress stood ready to fight.

Weiss: I have no idea who you are, but no one hurts my friends!

???: So what? Do you think because you're the heiress to the Schnee Dust Company makes you special? One day, your father will choose your brother over you for a mistake like crushing on that H/c idiot.

That comment pissed off Weiss and she attempts to strike the boy but it was a trick he caught her blade and had his keyblade pointed at her making Weiss' eyes widen in fear but was saved by Yang as she punched the boy with enough force to launch him.

Yang: You okay?

Weiss: I-I didn't need your help!

Yang: You're welcome. Now *looks back to the masked boy and is shocked* Tha-That face...

When the boy got up, his mask was damaged and revealed part of his face which looked eerily similar to Y/n's.

???: Damn. That was something but not bad. You really are Raven's child.

Yang: *Angry* What?

???: Don't act like you don't know. Your mother is a bandit, coldhearted, and willing to strike down her foes in any way she sees fit, just like you if pushed.

Yang: *Eyes turn red* YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ME!!

???: You're just proving my point. But I think I had enough fun.

(Stop the music)

Rias: What are you planning?

???: Nothing too exciting. Just the second Keyblade War. See ya.

Ruby: Wait!

The boy leaves through a dark portal as the other hooded figures follow leaving everyone confused. Back with Y/n, he was in some train tunnels heading towards Imperium before seeing one of the cars, his friends and a familiar ninja.

Y/n: No way...

It was Lloyd, the Green Ninja. He was rescuing Arin and Sora. Once he got closer, Y/n heard the following.

Arin: What do we do now, Master Lloyd?

Lloyd: I'm no master. I'm just Lloyd. And to answer your question, we jump.

Sora: No! We can't leave the dragon!

Lloyd: *Confused* There's a dragon here, too?

Then all four heard someone shouting.

???: No one escapes from Rapton!

Lloyd: *Confused* Huh? What's a "Rapton"?

Rapton: Me! I am Rapton!

Lloyd: What?

Rapton: I am Rapton!

Lloyd: *To Arin and Sora* Why do bad guys always feel the need to talk in the third person?

Y/n: *Sneaks up behind Lloyd* No clue but just live it.

Lloyd sightly jumps when he heard Y/n but then stared at him and the H/c boy did the same. This is the first time they met but yet, it feels like they've known each other but was interrupted as more Claws of Imperium jumped to prevent our heroes from esacping as Arin flips his hood on.

Arin: I can take these guys.

He stretches before using Spinjitzu surprising Lloyd.

Lloyd: That was him. *To Sora* Who'd he train under?

Sora: He taught himself.

Y/n: Yeah, he did. It was when we were kids.

Lloyd: Spinjitzu was the single most important ninja technique. It took me years to learn with an incredible teacher. That shouldn't be possible.

Y/n: Well, it's possible.

Sora: He's not the only one with skills. *Flips her hood on* I just learned I can do this!

She puts her hands forward almost like she was using elemental powers but nothing happened.

Lloyd: Was something supposed to happen?

Sora: So..Something's wrong. It worked before!

Lloyd: Got anything else?

Rapton: Get them!

Amongst the chaos, Sora's shadow moved and it jumped out to attack her causing Y/n to act on intsict to attack it. It was a small black creature with yellow eyes.

Y/n: Sora! You okay?

Sora: *A bit scared* Y-Yeah, I'm fine!

Y/n kept the strange creature down as it tried to escape before it did by submerging into the ground like a shadow and tried to attack Y/n but he sliced through it and Sora was trying to use some sort of powers.

Sora: Oh, come on, weird powers, why won't you work now?

While Sora was struggling to use her powers, Arin might have figured out the problem.

Arin: I think I might know what the problem is, Sora! Be right back!

Sora: Huh?

Arin got out his grappling hook as a Claw of Imperium was about to catch him off guard but was saved by Sora and Y/n. Arin made his way to one of cargo, confusing Lloyd.

Lloyd: DId he just leave?

Y/n: I wouldn't count on it.

Arin opened one of the cargos and inside was a baby dragon as it jumps on him and licked him on the face like a puppy.

Arin: *Laughing* Right, right. Happy to see you too, buddy. Come on, we got work to do.

Back at the fight, Y/n was defending Sora from the claws of Imperium before being pinned down as she looked on fear before the Arin and the baby dragon arrived as the dragon's eyes turned white and a strange energy came from its chest to Sora and her eyes changed to bright pink causing a small shockwave, pushing off the claw off Y/n and Sora turns to Lloyd.

Sora: This is what I was trying to show you, Lloyd.

A claw was attempting to strike Sora but it was his biggest mistake because as she grabbed it, Sora threw him off board with a small shockwave.

Lloyd: Elemental Powers?

Suddenly, the weapon Sora was holding started to rapidly tick along with the other weapons as Rapton gasped.

Sora: Uh, guys? I think I made a bomb. *Throws it to Raptin* Here, catch!

Y/n, Lloyd, Arin, the baby dragon, and Sora jumped off the train before landing roughly. Y/n instantly ran to Sora's side to make sure she was okay but she was, the rest got up with no injuries as the green ninja began talking.

Lloyd: *To Arin* It's supposed to be impossible to learn Spinjitzu by yourself, but... I mean, it was a really weird version, but it was still Spinjitzu. *To Y/n* I've never seen anyone use a weapon like that before. *To Sora* And you definitely have an Elemental Power. It's not Fire or Ice, or some others I've seen. but... Maybe Tech Power?

Arin: Told you, Sora

Lloyd: and it's somehow connected to this little dragon? *To Sora* Did one of your parents have powers?

Sora: Not that I know of.

Lloyd: This makes no sense Where'd he come from?

Arin: We don't know. We found him when those jerks were hunting him. And we heard some tiger guy threatened to hunt down his whole family.

The last sentence made Y/n angry, he cared about small creatures but someone threating to hurt people were just cruel but a tiger guy? He thought that another series from Ninjago's Past was being brought back?

Lloyd: There's a tiger guy now?

Sora: We need to warn her herd. There's gotta be a way to find his home.

The baby dragon started making formations with some of the debris from the explosion.

Arin: Look, I'm all for making rock sculptures, but we don't have a lot of time here, little buddy.

The baby dragon showed the rocks that were formed to make mountains and both Y/n and Lloyd figured out what meant to be.

Lloyd: That's not a rock sculpture.

Y/n: He's telling us where his home is!

The dragon smiled as the group started exiting the tunnels but Y/n looked back because he felt like someone was spying on him from the shadows but kept walking. Who were the mysterious black hooded figures and what do they want with Y/n? Why were the Claws of Imperium taking a baby dragon? Who is the masked boy and why did he share a similar face to Y/n?
