Finally, A Family.

Babies.

They can be quite the handful. Pitch and Jack were realizing this as they were staying up all night taking turns as they fussed. They were still at the North Pole, hoping to head home within the month. But they don't know if they were prepared to go back home with all this caring and people around them.

Tooth kept fussing over the twins as well as Bunny. After New Years Bunny took some time to help them with what they needed. Bunny and Pitch haven't fought once since the twins arrived. Jack has been carrying them everywhere, creating different stuff with his ice and Pitchs power.

Currently, Jack and Pitch were sitting in the big room with both of them holding one. Jack was holding Arin, doing some goofy stuff while Pitch was feeding Varen.

Pitch glanced up, seeing Jack was making goofy faces, making Arin laugh. Pitch smiled, finding Jack's attempts at trying to make the child laugh amusing.

Jack glanced up, catching Pitch's eyes, chuckling at him. "What?"

Pitch shrugged. "Nothing, just admiring your faces. They are quite the uhm... look." He teases.

"Im making our baby laugh, Pitch!" Jack stuck his tongue out, causing Arin to laugh again.

Pitch looked down at Varen, who was now asleep against his pale arms. Pitch took the bottle and placed it on the table before kicking back in the chair. "When do you want to return home?"

Jack looked up from Arin, deflating against the chair. "I... don't know." Jack says truthfully. He didn't know when. He wanted to go home now but he enjoyed the guardians help.

Pitch smiled, getting up he walked over and put Varen in the bed. He walked over to Jack, grabbing Arin out of his arms and putting him to bed next to Arin. Once both babies were asleep, he turned around to face Jack who was now standing.

"Close your eyes." He says.

Jack smirked, lifting a brow, but complied. He closed his eyes, waiting impatiently for whatever Pitch was about to do. Pitch walked over and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Dont move. Not yet."

"Okay?" Jack says.

Pitch smiled, shuffling over to where Bunny was currently sitting. Alerted by his presence, Bunny jumped up. "What?" Bunny asked.

Pitch put a finger to his lips and leaned in. "May I acquire your assistance? Please?" He asks.

Bunny sighed, but nodded for Pitch to continue. So he did. "Can you watch the twins? I want to take Jack somewhere."

Bunny folded his arms, but nodded. "It'll cost you a favor, mate."

Pitch chuckled. "Anything you want. I will be off then. Thank you." He saluted Bunny who shooed him away.

Pitch excitedly ran over to Jack and wrapped his hands around Jack's hands. Jack jumped slightly.

"Alright, Love. Hold on." He whispers.

Jack wrapped his arms around Pitch who returned the favor. The sand wrapped around both of them and they appeared back at their house. Pitch pulled away from Jack.

He walked away from Jack, standing at the front door with a smile. "Just imagine this for me and perhaps the thought of leaving won't be so scary."

Jack put his hands behind his back, rocking back and forth on his feet, impatiently waiting for Pitch to hurry. Pitch noted Jack's impatient behavior and decided to continue.

"We are both spirits and we won't know if our children with have powers or not so we must make the tough choices. They are ours, Jack. They can create a bond with us and the guardians, but we need to raise them here. Both of us teaching them the ways of how the world works. Why they won't or will be seen. We will need to teach them and help them grow. We cant do that at the North Pole." Pitch walked over to Jack, going behind him and wrapping his arms around Jack's waist. He brought his head down to rest on the top of Jack's.

"Bunny is watching our kids. We are going to spend this precious moment alone building them a room. Open your eyes Jack."

Jack opened his eyes, realizing they were back at their house, looking vacant and sad. It gave Jack a small pit of sadness seeing it so empty. He knew what Pitch was saying was correct.

"Okay. But I have a request." Jack turned around to face Pitch who looked intrigued. Jack continued. "We get the Saturdays to ourselves. Force the guardians to watch them. You owe me this as our date night."

Pitch chuckled lightly, leaning in to press a gentle kiss to Jack's lips. Jack returned the favor, before pulling away and out of his grasp. He ran to the door, rubbing his hands together.

"Alright, how are we going to do this?" Jack asked.

Pitch brought a hand up to rub at his chin, taking in the two story house. "Why don't we expand it. Make 4 bedrooms on the top floor and make the livingroom and kitchen bigger. Perhaps adding a dining room will help liven thing up."

Jack groaned. "Thats basically making a whole new house."

Pitch smirked. "Not if we do this." Pitch brought his hands up, demonstrating what he wanted to do with a miniature sand sculpture. He showed the process to Jack, who watched it carefully.

He split the right side of the house that didn't have the staircase and made it disappear. In its place he made more rooms, making the missing piece they needed into a hallway with bedrooms on the opposite side. The kitchen and ljvingroom extension was also added along with a dining room.

Jack could see it working flawlessly, causing him to squeal and nod vigorously. Pitch felt accomplished and decided to start on the house.

They spent a good few hours on the house, making sure everything was perfect. They made a few mistakes on layout and had to restart with a new platform, but eventually they got it to where they wanted it. Jack couldn't be more excited to finally move in with the twins. Just him, Pitch and their children under the same roof alone.

Finally, A happy Family.

A/N: sorry for the delay guys! Had such a rough few months and didn't have motivation, but now I'm back and ready to write. The next chapter will have a small time skip of 2 years. Just a fair warning!
