Most people have problems about sleeping and I think it's because of the thoughts clashing against each other and making many "noises" in your head.
Story Time!!
It was still summertime from where I am when this happened. I was supposed to sleep at 10:45 pm because I was feeling drowsy before that, but then, the sleepiness left me.
I literally tried everything to fall asleep. I closed my eyes, listened to music, read a book here in Wattpad, watched a whole Buzzfeed playlist, and a lot more.
I STILL CAN'T FREAKING SLEEP!!!
And so, I just lied in my bed and convinced myself that I was sleepy. I literally played a whole movie in my head just so I could try and sleep.
I can't. And that's when the thoughts came and made me being awake a whole new level.
My record for the latest time I slept was at 2:00 am. That's my latest. But then I beat that record when my thoughts and body finally said "Let's let her sleep. She's exhausted," at 4:55 am....
And you know what happened after?
I slept at 5:00 am and woke up at 8:30 am.
ONLY 3 HOURS OF SLEEP!!!
I was so especially pissed and felt like I had a hangover that day.
