Ruhana is shocked as she watches television and sees a news report involving her name in a scam. The news states that a company is hacking the systems of renowned companies and stealing important and sensitive data. Some of these companies are Ruhana's clients, and they have accused her of being behind it all because they believe she is arrogant, rude, and works in her own way. They also claim that Ruhana can go to any lengths for profit.

Ruhana is beyond shocked; she doesn't know how to react. The culprit hasn't been identified, but her name is everywhere. She immediately calls Vineet, and she's walking in anticipation, waiting for him, when someone rings the doorbell. She opens the door, and an inspector enters the house. She's shocked and asks him his purpose for coming.

"Ms. Ruhana Bisht, I have a warrant against you. You're under arrest!"

"For what? Listen, all of this news is false. Someone is planning against me; I have not hacked anything."

"Ms. Bisht, there's no use in giving any explanations. Many people have complained about you. You asked them to invest in some company, ByteForge, and after that, the companies complained of hacking in their system. And as far as I know, ByteForge is the company you have dealt with," Inspector Vikrant explains in a firm voice.

"ByteForge? Yes, but I — I just made the deal with them. Why is my name out there?" She's baffled.

"Because this was done to trap you, Ruhana. I told you to cross-check; I warned you many times, but you didn't listen to me."

"I told you to check the authenticity and then finalize the deal, but you didn't listen to me. Here's the outcome." It's Vineet, who now stands beside Ruhana, and he accuses her.

"If you knew about it, why didn't you stop her?" Inspector Vikrant now turns to Vineet.

"Well, even I was unsure about them. I have just researched it, and I will ask you to go find Kunal, the one who claimed to be the owner of Byteforge company," Vineet replies confidently.

"Alright, but she will have to come to the police station. There's a warrant against her, you know the drill, right?" The inspector responds.

"Alright, inspector. You can follow your rules, but please find Kunal first. He needs to be arrested," Vineet says.

Vikrant feels that he's right, so he leaves, not before warning Ruhana that she has to appear at the police station and give her appearance.

Ruhana nods, and as Vikrant leaves, she breaks into tears. The reality dawns upon her, and at the same time, her mobile beeps. As she checks the message, she's shocked to find that all her bank accounts are empty. She has different accounts due to business, but all of them are empty right now; her hard-earned money is all gone. She glances at Vineet and asks him to call the bank and find out the details.

When Vineet calls the bank, he's told that the money has been transferred to the accounts of ByteForge Solutions. This leaves Ruhana shocked. She calls Kunal, but he doesn't pick up her call. She tries to call other clients, but no one answers, and those who do accuse her of hacking their systems and causing them loss.

Ruhana is trying to compose herself, and that's when her phone rings again. It's another call from a client who demanded her to repay them, and she couldn't do anything rather than agreeing to them. At this moment, she's at a loss for words. If it had been any other time, she'd have responded to them in the same tone that they used with her. But right now, she knows that she is at fault.

She breaks into tears as reality dawns upon her. The latest meeting with ByteForge comes to her mind, and she glances at Vineet.

"Did you know about ByteForge?"

"Yeah, I researched the company. And there's no company registered by the name ByteForge. So, it was fake," Vineet explains.

"And all the websites and the clients?" Ruhana is shocked.

"It can be created, Ruhana. I told you to confirm, and to do a background check. But you didn't. You just saw the profit, you did not see the disadvantages, the company to bring. This is the reason I used to tell you to make sure that the other company is worth dealing with."

"All your hard-earned money is gone, Ruhana. Just because of your greed for profit. I tried to tell you, I gave you chances to mend your ways, but you didn't change anything. And now, everything is gone. TechCouture has faced a great loss. And you won't be able to come out of it for the next twenty years," he shouts at her, losing all his cool.

He wanted to save her from this defamation. He wanted her to realize that things that are done slowly and with time are the best. Profits don't matter all the time. But she didn't hear him.

Ruhana breaks into tears as he shouts at her. Yeah, he has been constantly by her side, telling her the other options, but for her, profit has mattered. And this is another time that someone has ditched her. Well, it's not someone closely related to her, but her company has faced a great loss.

Now, she realizes that her best friend is right. He's the true companion she ever needed. Her silent sobs turn loud, and it pains him. He hates to see her in pain, and right now, she's hurt, and he's equally pained. He kneels to match her level and cups her face.

"Ruhana, I didn't mean to hurt you. But you have done this to yourself. It's your mistake. And we need to find the true culprits. You need to stand up again and push him behind the bars." He says, she glances at him tearfully, but he assures her that he's still there.

"Ruhana, you will always find me with you. Ours is a childhood bond; you might have forgotten the depth, but I have not forgotten. I am still waiting for you. We will resolve this issue, and TechCouture will rise to fame again," he says, assuring her.

She says nothing but hugs him, taking him by surprise. He embraces her in his arms, trying to soothe her. They stay in the same position for a long time, after which they get to work.

Ruhana and Vineet get to work. They decide to search Tarun on social media. While searching, she comes across a profile, which has the same picture of the person she met. His full name is Kunal Ahuja. And at the same time, something strikes her mind, and she calls for Vineet..

"Vineet!"

"What happened? Did you find anything?"

"Vineet, I know Kunal. He was my batchmate in college. He leaked exam papers and I told the principal, and as a result, he got rusticated." Ruhana informs.

"So! Do you think he took his revenge on you?" He asks.

"I think so, Vineet. He never liked me and after this incident, he started to hate me, He has tried to hurt me many times. And now I think he hit me like this. He's a professional hacker" She says as she reads his profile."

"Then we must track him. Do you have his phone number?" He asks.

"Yeah, but, it might be fake, Vineet."

"But hey, his social profile has a number, we can track it." She points at a number on the screen, and Vineet puts the number in a tracking app.

Ruhana and Vineet give determined smiles to each other and leave home to catch their culprit.

In the Cozy Bean Cafe, Kunal is sitting at his usual table and is smiling. He seems happy. He's watching the news on the phone and smirking.

"Finally, I have ruined her. Anushaa! I have done it. Ruhana is being blamed for something she never did. Now she will get to know what I went through." He smirks.

"But, she didn't even do it. And you did the wrongs, you know." Anusha comments.

"Oh, forget it, Anusha, I have done what I wanted to. She's ruined, her reputation is broken into bits and pieces. This is all I wanted. I hacked the computers of her clients, and made them believe that Ruhana has breached their data. And they already know that she believes more on profits. " Kunal chuckles.

"Woahh! Wooww! Thank you for confessing your crimes, Kunal." It's Ruhana standing before him.

"Yeah, you did everything, I know. But why? What you did was unfair to thousands of people, and what I did was right. So, you ruined me for rectifying you? Woahh!!" She clapped her hands.

"You're still the same, Kunal. You need everything as per your convenience. You'd have passed exams and those who worked hard lacked behind. It's people like you who made me this much money-minded. Remember, you're also on the list. You thought, you will do everything and I will not know?"

"Yeah, I am too late, but I know it's you who did it all. And once again, you'll be in jail." Ruhana grits her teeth.

"And how will you do that, Ruhana? Do you have any proof?" He asks, a smirk playing on his lips.

"You have just confessed it yourself, Kunal. And now you will tell how did you do it?" She says and plays the recording when he said that he did everything earlier.

Kunal is shocked. Vineet holds his collar, and slaps him.

"You thought, she was alone in all of this. No! I had a doubt on you, and I found everything about you. I knew you have some angst against her and so you did this on purpose, but not anymore. You will have to confess your crimes." he says and pushes him, and at the same time, Inspector Vikrant enters the cafe, and saves Kunal from falling.

"So, Mr Kunal!! Anything that you want to say? Or would you say, you didn't do anything?" Vikrant gazes at Kunal.

Kunal tells everything that how, after dealing with Ruhana, he hacked her systems and through that, he completed the process of data breech with her colleagues . And upon cyber inquiry, the proofs said that Ruhana did it all and her clients believed it, accusing her.

Satisfied by his response, Inspector Vikrant arrests Kunal and Anusha while Ruhana is freed from the charges. A news is aired that the real culprit has been caught and Ruhana is innocent.

A long day has come to an end, with a life-lesson for Ruhana.
