Leslie P.O.V

"Okay, now I was not expecting that," I mumbled, sitting up from the bed fixing my clothes.

"Well, we are meant to keep you on your toes, aren't we?" Elliot smirked.

I shook my head, heading toward the door, "I'm going to get some work done."

Ethan P.O.V

I pulled away from my mate staring her in shock. She smiled mischievously at me and wrapped her arms around my neck, "at least you kiss good."

I let out an annoyed breath and unwrapped her from me and grabbed her wrist tugging her toward the pack house. She groaned, but let me continue leading her to the pack house. I really needed to talk to Leslie.

Leslie P.O.V

"Hello?" I answered, from my office seat.

"Hey, it's me." Ethan's voice came through the phone.

"What's wrong?" I immediately asked, hearing the worried tone in his voice.

"I found my mate..." he mumbled.

"Oh! My, Gosh Ethan that's great!" I exclaimed.

"Yeah, we're coming over right now... We'll be there soon..." he sighed, just as a voice in the background began screaming hello. I winced and hung up, before jumping up from my desk and running out of my office.

I ran to my bedroom and grabbed my sketch pad, as my hands began to itch and checked the picture of me in my office, before taking it with me as I ran out of the room and began screaming for everyone to stop what they were doing.

Alison and her mate exited her room in a hurry following behind me with the rest of the members that had been on the floor. They all murmured to each other in worry, as I continued my journey through the house bellowing for everyone to come out of their rooms

"PACK MEETING!" I screamed through the link and out loud running down the stairs to the meeting room.

Member's bustled, following as I entered the empty meeting space and making my way to the stage. As I reached the top of the stairs I could see Avery rushing in with Scott, running up the stairs towards me worriedly. I laughed and shook my head at them, just as my mates ran onto the stage checking me worriedly.

"Guy's I'm fine!" I laughed, just as my parents entered the room with my brothers, heading straight for the stage.

"Darling what's wrong? Is Luke's army here already?" My father questioned urgently.

"No, no dad. Everything is perfectly I just have an announcement to make." I giggled.

He and my family let out a breath and gestured me to the microphone in the middle of the stage. I shook my head and approached the mic. Everyone looked at me, waiting for me to speak.

"Hi, everyone. I know that you all are worried, but there's no need, I just wanted to announce some good news."

Everyone let out a breath and waited for me to continue.

"Well, it seems that our second Alpha has found his mate and they are on their way to the pack house, so I want you all to treat her with respect, but still make her feel welcome amongst us. That is all, you may be excused," I smiled.

Everyone nodded enthusiastically, before rushing out of the room to prepare. I chuckled, looking over to Avery as she spoke to Scott, with an excited expression.

"Avery, do not bother Ethan and his mate," I warned playfully.

She pouted, before giving a long sigh and nodding, before stomping out childishly. Scott winked playfully at me, before rushing after her. I laughed and looked over to my family. My brother's mates had finally came to the pack house, so before I could say anything to them, they already jumped off the stage rushing to their mates. I shook my head at them and laughed, before facing my parents.

"You know, we have to begin preparing for the fight with Luke. You have many abilities we need to uncover before they get here and you know that from the visions and drawings dear." My father sighed.

"I know dad, and we will don't worry." I reassured him.

"Perfect, we start tomorrow." He agreed.

"Fine, but we should work one on one for this power thing..." I sighed.

"We will, but you have to make that schedule for everyone to know about training."

I nodded, and let him and my mother leave the stage, before finally facing my mates. Tyler was the first to speak, shaking his head at me, "one of these day's you're going to give us a heart attack."

"Aww, I know." I laughed, walking down the steps of the stage, heading toward the exit of the meeting room.

"LESLIE!" They chorused, following me.

Ethan P.O.V

"Okay, so these are my friends and family you are meeting. My sister is at my pack house so you will meet her tonight, but please please don't do anything to drive them crazy." I groaned, as we exited my car, heading up the pack house driveway.

"I can't promise anything, but I will be polite just this once," she sighed, falling into step beside me.

"So, mate. Why don't you want a mate; you seem to know how the mate thing works," I mumbled beside her.

"Being forced into a relationship isn't my thing, I rather choose being with someone rather than it being forced on me by the 'gods'," she shrugged.

"So, you won't even give me a chance?" I asked, a frown forming on my lips.

"Oh darling, I'm going to give you a chance, but that doesn't guarantee I'm going to stay with you if I don't feel that 'spark'," she laughed, as we came to the big Oakwood double doors.

I knocked and turned to face my mate as we waited for the doors to open. "So you'd like to make a wager then?" I smirked.

"Ohhh, now that's more my style." She grinned, "Now what's the bet?" She asked.

"I bet I can make you fall in love with me, before this upending battle happens with my pack." I smiled.

"Mmm, upending battle?" She questioned.

"That stories for another time, now yes or no?"

"Deal." She giggled, just as the doors opened.
