as the two made their way to the core. potion explained more about his au to blue.

"so yeah thats about it. i really hope that i'll find my brothers soon" potion says and blue nods 

"i'm sure they are safe"

"i hope so...hey blue?" potion asked as they stopped walking for a bit.

"yeah?" blue says and potion frowns hard 

"if...i die by them. will you please find my brothers for me? a-and take care of them?" potion asks and looks desperate.

 blue feels bad for him so he agrees to do so. 

"thank you..so much"

they continued to travel and talked more about his little brothers.

 he mentioned some places he has yet to look at in order of finding his brothers.

 blue kept those places in the back of his mind for later on.

suddenly potion stopped in his tracks and gulped. 

"whats wrong?" blue asks and potion looks a bit scared "they are already here..." 

he muttered and looked a little scared. he started counting and stopped at 12 

"theres about 12 of them in there..i can feel their presences...o-okay..change of plan...blue take my bag and run to the ruins..and whatever you do..don't..look...back." he said and handed blue the bag. 

blue frowned "but what about you?" blue asked and as he said that, one of the mixmorphers exited the building and saw them.

 "DON'T WORRY ABOUT ME JUST GO!!" potion yelled and pulled out his sword.

 he trembled as he grabbed out one of the acid potions and poured it on his sword.

 he threw the empty vial on the ground and started running to the building. 

blue frowned hard and started running back.

he heard screams of pain but he couldn't tell if they were potion's or someone else's 

part of him didn't want to find out 

but the other part of him did. 

in concern he looked back and saw potion getting bitten at every limb. 

he was covered in blood and the liquids that the mixmorphers provided.

 blue felt himself cry as he heard potion's weak cries 

he ran back to snowdin and didn't look back

after a while of running he looked around and took a small break from all the running. 

he saw a dead mixmorpher on the ground. 

he despised the creature now..it was obvious that potion was dead and now blue was all alone

one thing that blue noticed was that mixmorphers don't turn to dust when they die. 

"i-i..i need to find those kids.." blue muttered and walked up to the grillbys restaurant. 

potion mentioned he never got to check inside because it was locked from the inside.

blue grabbed the door nob and pulled at it. 

potion was right, it was locked from the inside.

blue thought for a second then came up with an idea. most restaurants have a back door. it might be locked but it was worth a try

blue walked over to the back of the  back and tried to open the door. thankfully it opened and he went inside. 

the first thing he saw was a young child sleeping in a sleeping bag on the floor. he heard some things in the kitchen and sat next to the child "hey...please wake up..please..."

within a few minutes he woke up and started screaming "AAH MIXMORPHER!!! STAY AWAY!!"

blue stood back in shock "wait no! i'm not one of those things! your brother asked me to look for you if he were to ever..." blue mumbled and started to feel bad 

"S-STAND BACK BROTHER!!" another child called out and threw a cup of water at blue and the water got all over him

 "aw..now i'm all wet.. potion never said you guys were mean" blue pouted and the kids grew relieved "good..you're not a mixmorpher...you kinda look like our brother"

"oh..yeah.. you see i'm an alternate version of your brother..."

"like ink?!" one of them said with a big smile.

its obvious they know who ink is. 

"y-yes like ink...wait a minute...i got an idea of how to get out of here!!"

 blue cheered and stood up "do you by chance have any paint here?" blue asked and one of the kids nodded

 "yeah? but what do you need paint for? are you gonna paint something?" they ask him as they hand him a bucket of paint and blue shakes his head

 "nono i'm gonna-"

*CRUSH*

all of a sudden the door busted down by the hungry mixmorphers and the kids screamed. blue gasped and dug into the bag that potion gave him and found small waterguns 

"this will have to do!" 

he handed the kids the waterguns

 (they of course were full of water and the acid stuff)

the three of them ran as blue carried the paint can. 

they kept passing by mixmorphers and blue ended up getting scratched and even bitten in his shoulder but was able to rip himself from the mixmorphers grasp. 

he had tears streaming down his face as grabbed one of the kids and picked them up

 "this may be weird but i'm only doing it to keep you guys safe!!" he yelled and they nodded as they continued to run to the core

after 30 minutes of running, they finally made it to the core and immediately got inside. 

as blue closed the door and leaned against the door and grabbed out the canteen and took a large drink of it. 

again the burning sensation came and blue let out weak noises as it hurt.

 thankfully it worked. but he still had to wrap up the wounds. he was bleeding out 

"are you okay?" one of the kids asked and blue nodded

 "yep! now c'mon we need to get movin" blue said and continued walking. 

they got to the lab and blue found a opening that was big enough.

 he opened the cap of the paint can and poured the paint all over the floor 

"ink...please..ink you better come...im bleeding and i have kids with me!...ink...whats taking you so long?....ink..*sniffle* please....i dont wanna be here anymore....."

it was taking too long....

"ink...please come...save me..."
