Epilogue
Song: "Glorious" by Macklemore (feat. Skylar Grey)
[UNEDITED]
[1 Year Later]
"Come on, Parker. I'll be fine," I huffed crossing my arms over my chest. Parker narrowed his eyes at me.
"You have to go to this meeting. It's very important. Besides, I'll have the girls here if I need anything," I assured, cupping his face in between my hands, and placed a kiss on his frowning lips.
His stare moved down to my stomach then back up to my face, his eyes softening a little. He slowly nodded his head while brushing his hand over my stomach.
"Okay, I'll go. But if anything happens, make sure to call me."
I nodded my head and smiled placing another kiss on his mouth before he turned away and got into the black car. I watched the car leave and felt a heavy weight being placed on my shoulders. Maybe he shouldn't have gone, I was due pretty soon and I didn't want Parker to be gone when the time comes.
"Don't worry, he'll be back," Peyton said from beside me. I didn't say anything but nod.
"Let's get you back inside, it's so hot out here," she said placing a hand on my back and helped me back inside.
It's been a year since the whole situation with the Rogue King, and Parker and I waited a couple months before we thought about having kids.
Actually it was me who took a while before I thought that I was ready. Thankfully, Parker understood and was patient with me. Now I am pregnant with a baby girl and I haven't been more happy.
I took a seat in the living room of the pack house, kindly pushing Peyton's hand away. "Thank you, but I can take it from here," I assured her with a smile.
I watched as Dakota walked up to her and delivered a slap to her ass and winked when she shot him a playful glare.
"Go away, Dakota. No one wants you here," she said jokingly.
Dakota gasped and placed a hand over his heart. "I'm hurt."
He then smirked and leaned towards her, "You're going to get it later."
She rolled her eyes but grinned, "Oh, I'm so scared."
He growled playfully, "You should be." He gripped her by the waist and pulled her close to him.
"Ew, you guys, I'm right here," I said cringing.
"Now you understand how we feel when you and Parker are constantly eye-raping each other," Dakota replied. I felt my cheeks heat up.
"Yeah, and you two constantly make out everywhere and you go at it even though you're pregnant," Peyton pitched in.
I immediately protested, "We haven't had sex since I got pregnant. We've been doing other things..." I trailed off realizing I wasn't making the situation any better.
Jonas spoke from the entrance of the room, "We all know that ever since Peyton and Dakota finally started having sex, that they are the loudest ones and probably do it more often than anybody else. So they better stop talking."
I felt a smug look grow on my face as both of their cheeks reddened. "Thank you, Jonas. Finally someone agrees with me."
"No problem. No offense, you and Parker are bad, but Peyton and Dakota are horrible."
I laughed at his words and eventually so did Dakota, leaving a flustered Peyton scowling.

I laid on my back, staring into darkness. Sleep wouldn't come to me even if I was feeling tired. I missed Parker way too much. I missed him laying next to me with his arms around me.
My phone screen lit up and I picked it up, looking at the screen. I smiled when I saw the caller ID.
"Hello?"
"You're still awake?" I heard Parker's deep sexy voice on the other end.
"Yeah. I couldn't sleep," I muttered.
He was silent for a moment before saying something. "I miss you, baby. How are you doing?"
"I miss you, too," I whispered, avoiding the question I've been dreading.
"Baby," he urged, "Talk to me. How are you doing?"
I sighed. I didn't want to worry him at all. "I feel exhausted, my back hurts, and I have a little bit of cramps. Nothing big. I'm okay. It'll probably be gone once I sleep."
I heard Parker inhale sharply before sighing, "Are you sure you'll be okay? I can come home right now."
I shook my head even though he couldn't see me. "No, I'm okay."
Deciding to change the subject, I asked, "How was the trip?"
"It was pretty exhausting," he mumbled.
We both stayed silent again. All I could hear was his breathing on the other end. Did he fall asleep?
"Are you in bed?" I asked quietly.
"Yeah. But I wish I was there with you," he said. His voice grew raspy and I closed my eyes, taking in his words.
"Me too."
We became silent once again. We usually aren't this quiet. But then again, we haven't been this far apart since I was taken. It felt like ages ago.
"Next time, you're coming with me," Parker said suddenly. Every two years there is a meeting held for all of the packs in North America and a few from South America. It's a big deal and it isn't something that the Alphas should not attend. The Werewolf King attends it so it would make a pack look bad if the Alpha doesn't show up.
The Werewolf King is definitely someone you don't want to meet
"Did you meet the king yet?" I asked curiously.
"I've met him before and I don't plan on talking to him again."
"That bad, huh."
"I swear he's a bigger dick than me."
I let out a small laugh. "That's kinda hard to believe," I joked.
He laughed at that and I smiled at the sound.
"Oh, believe me, he is. There is no way you will ever meet him. I will make sure of it."
I can live with that. "How are the other Alphas?"
"Most of them I can tolerate."
He continued talking about the meeting and the Alphas. I felt my eyes droop. I think Parker noticed me dozing off because when I would answer his questions, my words would come out incoherently.
Before I completely fell asleep, I heard Parker's voice faintly speak, "Goodnight, baby. I love you."

I felt my eyes open slightly, a blinding light shining in.
"What the hell?" I muttered, blinking a few times, adjusting to the light. I glanced around noticing that I wasn't in my room. Instead, I was in an empty, white room.
My dark hair and clothes contrasted with the white. I gasped when I realized that my stomach was flat. I immediately became frightened.
What the hell is happening?
"Relax, Jasmine," a melodic voice said from behind me. I recognized it immediately.
I quickly turned around and was greeted by the sight of the ancient Moon Goddess. She looked exactly the same as the last time I saw her.
I had so many questions to ask her.
"Where is she? Where is my baby?" I asked nervously.
The goddess smiled at me and I furrowed my brows. "This is a dream, Jasmine. You are still pregnant."
I sighed with relief. I don't know what I would've done if something happened to her. "Oh."
The goddess gestured for me to sit down on a white couch that happened to appear out of nowhere. "Come, take a seat. I have some important things I would like to discuss with you.
I nodded my head and got up from the floor. I took a seat while she kept standing.
"There is a prophecy," she began, her voice soft and majestic. "It involves your soon to be born daughter and partly her mate."
I sat up straighter. "A prophecy?"
She nodded her head. "Yes. And very few people know about it. The Rogue King knew about it."
"How did he know that it's my child in the prophecy?"
"He had help from a witch. She was able to see the future and she showed him. That is why he wanted you so he could have the child in his possession. He wanted to control her so he could have the power," she explained.
I nodded my head. That made sense. "What's the prophecy?" I asked curiously.
"Your daughter will be a gift from me. She will be stronger than any other werewolf and any other supernatural creature out there, including all of the kings. She will rule over them all. She will be gifted with special talents that she will discover after she meets her mate," she told me, her eyes never leaving mine. She was dead serious and I didn't know how to comprehend it all.
She continued, "She will be the one to stop the war that is coming. Creatures stronger than the Rogue King will be after her. They will all want her power once word gets out. Her mate will be there to protect her, but it is important that both you and Parker take good care of her as well."
I didn't know what to say. The information was just too much and it felt as if even more weight was placed on my shoulders.
Can't I just have a normal life for once? Oh wait, I'm me. Of course I can't.
"Why did you pick her out of anybody else?" I asked.
The Moon Goddess looked at me thoughtfully. "Because she has the potential for it. She will be perfect for the position. There are many uprisings and wars going on in the supernatural world and it needs to be settled before the humans find out about it. It is important to keep the two worlds separated. I believe that your daughter will be able to settle these wars."
She looked at me, a smile gracing her lips, "She will have a wonderful mother. I picked her because I also know that you will raise her to be strong, just like you. You may not see how strong you are but everyone around you does. You are going to do great."
I smiled at her words. "Thank you."
"It's time for you to wake up," she informed me.
I frowned. I had so many more questions to ask. "Wait! When do I tell her?"
"When you find the time is right. She needs to be able to understand her importance."
Before I could ask anything else darkness surrounded me.

I felt my eyes open quickly and I realized that I was back in my room. I expected it to be light out, but it was still dark.
That's strange. It felt like I was asleep for a while.
I stared up at the ceiling for a few moments before I felt pain. It lasted for a minute before it stopped and came back a few minutes later.
Dammit! Why now?

"Take deep breaths, Luna," the nurse told me as I went through another painful contraction.
I gritted my teeth together and my hands gripped the hospital sheets. Labor hurts like a bitch.
Someone opened the door. They looked as if they've seen a ghost. "A-Alpha's on his way," he stuttered.
The nurse nodded and gave me a smile. "You're doing great, Luna."
The contractions became closer together and it felt as if a minute was an hour.
All I could feel was pain and my wolf's excitement. She was excited for us to have our own pup. I couldn't help but feel excited myself.
A couple hours passed as well as many contractions.
Suddenly the door bursted open and I took in a disheveled looking Parker. His eyes blazed when he saw me and quickly moved to my side. A couple nurses followed in behind him.
"Alpha—"
One was cut off by his growl. They coward away and quickly left. The nurse standing on my other side didn't look fazed and just gave the two of us a smile.
Parker took my hand in his and I felt the familiar sparks shoot up my arm.
The doctor standing next to the nurse bowed at Parker before turning to me. "I'm going to need you to start pushing now."
"Thank goddess," I gritted out.
The rest of the process went by quickly. My head rested against the pillow and my skin glistened with sweat. I felt beyond exhausted.
Parker stood by the hospital bed, still holding my hand. I noticed his hand was covered in scratches. I guess I was gripping it too hard. His eyes stared down at me. They were filled with concern but I could see the excitement within them.
I gave him a lazy smile as he leaned down and gave me a kiss on my cheek.
Both of us turned our heads when we heard crying. One of the nurses turned to us, holding our baby in her arms wrapped in a towel.
She smiled as she handed her to me. She was really small. I held her close to my chest and felt tears well up in my eyes. I glanced up at Parker who looked as if he was having trouble keeping the tears away.
I couldn't stop the tears from rolling down my cheeks. I couldn't believe that I was holding a child of my very own.
I handed her carefully to Parker. I gaped at how small she was in his arms. She was small enough that he could hold her with one arm. He stared down at her, hair hanging down in eyes. I stared in awe at the picture before me. It was definitely a beautiful sight.
The look in his eyes was unexplainable as a smile graced his lips.
"Alpha, Luna, we'll leave you two alone," the doctor said as she led the other nurses out of the room.
I nodded to them while Parker didn't pay any attention to them.
"What should we name her?" I asked, my eyes finding their way back to our baby again.
Parker glanced at me. "Liana?" He suggested.
I grinned. It's a pretty name. "Liana it is."
Parker handed Liana back to me and the grin on my face didn't falter.
I watched as she slightly opened her eyes. I found myself staring at the most unique eyes that I had ever seen.
Bluish-grey with a hint of violet.
"Her eyes," I whispered. Parker and I stared at them in awe. They obviously are because of the prophecy because Parker has green eyes and mine are brown. Speaking of the prophecy, I still needed to tell Parker.
Great.

We were finally able to go back home once they ran a few tests on Liana to see if she was healthy.
She was fast asleep, thankfully, so I took a seat on the couch.
Parker took a seat next to me and pulled me onto his lap, a mischievous glint on his face.
"You know, you're not pregnant anymore," he began, running his fingers along my back.
I smirked at him. "I know, but I'm too exhausted right now. I need a shower."
He didn't waste any time to pick me up and carry me to our room. He left the bathroom door open so we could hear if Liana woke up.
Parker turned on the shower and got undressed, then he helped me. I stepped in under the water and sighed as the warm water poured down my back.
Parker got in after me. I smiled as he took shampoo and started lathering it into my hair. He massaged my scalp and another sigh left my lips.
"I needed this. Thank you," I mumbled as he rinsed my hair out.
"Anything for you, baby."
Next he used conditioner in my hair and scrubbed my body with body wash. He pulled me closer to his body as soap covered mine.
"I love you," he whispered in my ear as he stood behind me.
"I love you, too," I whispered back.
"You're going to be an amazing mother," he told me, his voice was low and smooth and it sent a pleasant chill through me.
I smiled at that. I turned around to face him. He stared down at me, his hands on my hips.
"There's something I have to tell you," I said quietly while he placed his lips on my neck.
"Hmmm?" He continued to kiss over my shoulder.
"Parker," I murmured trying to keep my breathing even, "This is serious."
He pulled his head away from my shoulder and looked me in the eyes. "It's okay. I already know," he said cupping my face. "The Moon Goddess visited me also."
I sighed in relief. Less talking for me.
"It's going to be fine," he told me placing a kiss on my lips.
I stared up at him, his green eyes staring back. HIs dark hair hung in his face while light stubble covered his chin.
Water droplets covered his body and I couldn't help but think about how sexy my mate really is.
"Careful," he said lowly, his eyes darkening slightly. My cheeks heated up slightly. I kind of forgot that he can sense what I think about.
"Let's finish our shower," I suggested. He grinned at that and took my lips with his.

That is the end of this book. I hope you guys liked it!
I want to thank you all who have read this book all the way through and gave me your support. This is, after all, my first werewolf book so let's hope the sequel will be better.
So we found out more about Liana and why she's special. I hope it doesn't seem cliche. I'm trying to steer it away from being cliche.
I also need some title name ideas. I have some in mind but it's kind of hard coming up with one.
And if you would like to make a banner for either story you can private message me and you can send it to me through email or instagram.
I will post more about the sequel later. Love you guys!
