Councilman Carrol says "we have had a grievance filed against two different packs. It was the Ravenclaw Pack which a settlement has been settled. Then the Bluemoon Pack which has not been settled. 

The Bluemoon pack has filed a counter suit of slander against the two packs. Plus is asking to be reinstated as Ravenclaw alpha and merge them with Bluemoon.

We are also here to verify paternity and decide involvement between pups and paternal relationship. We are here to decide if the gauntlet should be ran or not on the charges of raping of a mate occurred. If Bluemoon will run run if found guilty or pay the restitution.

Whom will battle it if such actions are required. Then to confirm leaders of the these packs. Because of the serious nature of this matter we will be doing private chambers court." Murmurs break out.  "Enough. As I said we will do private chambers. This means lawyers from all three packs will be present. Then one at a time will be called into chambers and question." He  then looks around and in a command voice, "WHAT IS ASKED AND SAID IN PRIVATE CHAMBERS CANNOT BE SPOKE OF OUTSIDE PRIVATE CHAMBERS UNLESS BETWEEN LAWYER AND CLIENT UNTIL VERDICT IS REACHED." Everyone felt that command wash over them. "If the lawyers feel they need to talk with someone who is not a client one on one you clear it through the court scheduler. Ms. Lawson who will be your first witness?"

"My first witness will be Ms Ashley Swift."

"We will have a 5 minute recess to move to private chambers. Everyone in this room is sequester until called to witness. Bailiffs will make sure no talking about trial related items during this time." Then they get up and leave.  Ryan looked at Ashley, "this is good. When I requested this I wasn't sure the council would go for it. Now take a deep breath. Blow it out slowly. Remember all the calming techniques we discussed."

We go in and Ashley sits in the witness chair. "Are you ready to proceed Ms Lawson and Ms Swift?," ask Councilman Carrol.

"Yes, councilman Carrol."

"On Friday, October 2 I would like for you to tell the court where you went and why you were there."

I told my story and  what happened that night. They did exactly what Ryan had said they would do. They tried to make me sound like a tramp.  My last words before being dismissed was, "I was raised watching wolves meet their mates and being kind and gentle to them. Yes, being over protective and loving to them. I was not expecting him to rip my clothes and push his way into me after I specifically said STOP before he started ripping my clothes. He took my innocence in a brutal way."

The room got very quiet. "No more questions your honor."

Councilman Carrol says, "your dismisses."

I start to stand up, "I would like to request that Ashley stays to hear the next witness. It is about the health and well-being of her pups."

"Granted." He looks at the other lawyer, "would your client want to be here too?"

He links to his client and says, "no he is with his mate right now."

"Then proceed."

"My next witness is Elite 'L'." Ryan says. You see Elite 'L' come in. Please have a seat. Then two more 'L's enter the room from other entrances. My mouth drops because I was looking at identical triplet sisters. Ryan leans over and whispers, "Yes, Everyone in this room know about 'L." You see these three were born and raised here so their identities are known as triplets. She then turns toward 'L' and says, "please explain how you got involved with this case."

One of the 'L's replied, 'we are Elite. We were asked to watch and never  leave sight of the specimen and results that were taken from Ms. Swift. On Tuesday evening 1 was there when collected and did first shift. Then 2 did the second shift and 3 did the third shift. We rotated every 6 hours. During shift change 'A' would come in so we could change shift without being noticed. Some lab technicians do not realize we are triplets so it make it easy to switch around. Some have assumed we are twins though."

"Other than shift change this has never left your sight and during shift change 'A' was in your place?"

"That is correct."

"Thank you please give the envelope to the bailiff." She hands the envelope to bailiff. "You May leave."

I wrote down a question, "who is 'L'? " She saw the note and smiled, "'L' was born here and they are councilman's Carrol and Mason's daughters. Everyone on council knows those girls and know their honestly and integrity and they also knows 'A's." She then turns back to council and lawyers. "do you wish for me to call in 'A' to corroborate the chain

The two other lawyer and council said, "no we are satisfied the chain of evidence was  not tampered with."

"Then we call in Doctor Cassie as our next witness."

Councilman Carrol says, "it is getting late in the day after questioning Ms Swift and 'L'. The chain of evidence will be read right now questionings will be asked in the morning of this witness. Please have
her come in just to read this letter for the court so it is in record." Dr Cassie walked in and took a seat.

Councilman Carrol handed her the letter. "We know you took the sample and gave to L." The baliff handed it to me. "I am asking you to read to the council the results and then we will recess for the night. Reconvene tomorrow at 9:00." He then hands the letter to Doctor Cassie.

She opens it up and reads the results. "Before I give the results since mom is here. Does she want to know the sex of the pups when I give the DNA results?"

I reply, "yes I would."

She says, "Balliff please show the photos of the ultrasound." The bailiff turns on the screen and hits start on the video. "In this video you can see here is mom, myself, 'L', nurse Rose.  You see me placing the needle in and withdrawing fluid from baby 1 and now withdrawing from baby 2.  Each sample are being placed in envelope and taken by 'L' to lab. Now I am looking at baby's and measuring them. This was actually done first. Then the sample was done second. The measurements show she is a little over two weeks.  It also shows they are identical girls because they are sharing the same placenta. Both seem to be very healthy."

The other  lawyer for Bluemoon says, "we concede she is pregnant with twin pups. Still question paternity."

The Ravenclaw lawyer said, "we have already conceded to twins and older son's wrong doing."

Bluemoon lawyer, "honor we object to any wrong doing."

Councilman Brown says, "I move that the wrong doing remark be stricken from record until evidence proves or disproves results."

All council says, "yes." That remark was removed.

Ryan then ask, "Doctor what is the evidence in the envelope show?

"Since identical twins they do show basically the same results. There is less than a 1% deference. With 98.7% certainty baby A- DNA matched sample 3 the closest to paternity match. The second closest was 78.1% chance with sample d. Which indicates they are siblings. All other samples were no match at all.  Then Baby B- showed 99.2% that sample. The second closest was 78.5% chance with sample. As I stated earlier I would say sample c and d are siblings."

Ryan said, "the other two lawyers were present when DNA were taken from paternal candidates that he wanted check. Will you please share who was candidate C and D?"

Bluemoon lawyer says, "C is Jace Branson."

Ravenclaw lawyer says, "D is Quinn Branson."

Ryan then ask, "Doctor Cassie what is the probability that these test are wrong."

Doctor Cassie replies, "when doing the test they say it can plus or negative 2%. The probability would be about 10% chance based on this test which is why I sent my sample when I saw that 10% come up to the palace hospital for more in-depth testing and will have the results in about a week. That test will determine with 100% accuracy who the father is."

Councilman Carrol, "I call a recess until tomorrow morning until 9:00."

I call out, "councilman quick request?"

He turns and looks at me and my lawyer.

"Do to morning sickness I may or may it make it by 9:00. Though since the meds Dr. Cassie gave me I only gotten sick once.  Then second request you said not to share what is told here. Can I at least share the sex of the pups?"

The council quickly huddles and discusses the question asked, "yes, you can share that, but nothing else. Dismiss until 9:00 or after morning sickness is cleared by nurse Rose. Have Jean contact us if any delay is ever needed because of illness."

We left the room and I smiled at all the grandparents, "well they are identical girl pups I am carrying. That is all I can say."

Mom says, "that is wonderful. We need to go shopping for cute outfits."

Alice said, "good, only boys can become alphas."

Dave said, "Alice that is enough. That is your father's packs ways, but not our packs way or even her pack ways. First born gets the Alpha power unless it is twins. Then they share the Alpha power. I thought you we're accepting them?"

Alice looks at him, "I am trying, but his legitimate pup with his mate is whom I want to have the power."

Dave looks at them, "I am sorry. I am happy two hear I am going to have two princesses in the family."

I look at them, "I know this must be difficult for you Luna Bronson. I understand he is your son, but you need to admit your son called me mate. Then caught that pull and raped me when I yelled STOP. Despite that he did give me two precious presents that I already love. I want you involved in their lives, but until you can accept them- you will have to come to my pack to see them. I will not let you poison them with the old fashion belief your father did with Jace. Now, we are going to go to the cafeteria and eat. Then celebrate with strawberry cake since it is pink. You are welcome to join us."

I then turn and walk away. When I get to the cafeteria I turn and she is there. Which I wasn't sure if she would join us our not. Mom and Alpha said, "proud of  how you handled it." While dad was still glaring.

"How did you know they had strawberry cake tonight?" Ryan asked.

I asked Jean if she could have them make strawberry and blueberry cake when you guys were not around. We would eat the cake that applied. They said to just let them know. I looked at them as I got in line and said, "it's girls."

We ate our supper and then the cafeteria staff came over with pink cake and balloons singing, "for she is having girls- for she is having girls- for she is having girls- and they are so much fun." Then started cutting pink strawberry cake for everyone who was in the room." (Tune of FOR HE'S A JOLLY GOOD FELLOW.)

After we ate the cake we started toward the room but passed a store in the lobby. My mom saw infant clothes in the store and she went in dragging me. She started buying two similar outfits. One was pink and the other was purple. One was green and the other yellow.  She then grabbed bibs that said,  Nana loves me and another one says Pop-Pop loves me. She bought two small suitcases that said, "to grandmother's house we go." Then we headed up to the room to rest for the night.

The next morning I woke up feeling fine. Went and worked out at the gym. Then showered and got dressed. I ate breakfast with Mom and Dad. Was informed Alpha went back early this morning because some rogues were scouting the territory. Plus he missed his mate. He said for us to stay. The council said they were sending Lycan Pack down. They would relieve the Elite that were there."

"Dad what is the difference between the Elite and Lycan?" I asked as we were eating.

"The Elite powers can vary, but their training helps them equal that  of third of command on up. I am not positive, but I do think they somehow bind their power until they need it. 'A' who leads them has more power than an Alpha.

While Lycan's troops are like a group of very discipline troops that equal the strength of most Alphas,  and they still have third, Betas and Alphas in their platoon. Then over all they have a Super-Alpha who can over power them all. Many of them are gifted with various talents.  Plus they can do a half shift if they wish and hold it for hours. They fight and discipline for the royals. They also are ones who fight other super naturals if they try to start something with werewolves. They were called in to keep war from happening. Plus will ensure any punishment is carried out within the wearwolf justice system."

Mom says, "ok quickly finish eating. We got to be in the court room in 15 minutes." We finished and the three of us walked to the court room.  When we got there I was allowed in to finish hearing Doctor Cassie's testimony.

"Councilman Sam and Councilwoman Julie what a pleasant surprise." Ryan says and  cocked her head to the side and I did the same. She then leaned forward and hugged them both. Their power was stronger than Councilman Carrols.

They came over and sniffed my neck  "yes, I was on an assignment when I got wind of this trial. I figured I better get back. I am sure Councilman Carrol  was doing an excellent job, but this type of cases end up in my court when it comes to appeals from the loosing side. I came and decided to nip appeals in the butt by being present in the case.  I have already read yesterday's notes, so we won't need to repeat yesterday's statements."

"Ashley, this is Sam and Julie Weston. They are supreme council over all. Plus they are my godparents. They will have the final say in case as Sam just said someone appeals the judgement.  They are one rank above Councilman Mason."

I nod to both of them from respect.  When they walked away I looked at her and said, "I did not know there was anyone above Councilman Carrol.  This was a surprise."

"This will keep things honest and everyone will be on their toes.  He will not hesitate to put anyone in their place. Now you sit in your chair. I will have Doctor Cassie in the stand as soon as they call the case to order."

Councilman Carrol called the case to order. "We recall Doctor Cassie to the stand.  She comes to the stand and sit down, "Doctor Cassie yesterday you revealed the probability of paternity. What else do you have to share?"

"If council permits I have the written medical records of two different pack doctors who did the first exam after the incident."

"Objection," crowed Bluemoon's lawyer, "how do we know these are real reports?"

"Council, if you look in the packet delivered by both doctors that the statements were notarized by the Alpha of their packs. Plus both doctors can be called in to collaborate their statements. They could not come the same day though for in person because they help cover each other packs. We also can FaceTime or Zoom with them if you wish to verify their statements."

"Doctor Cassie please read the report. If we have questions we will contact the doctor through Zoom." Councilman Sam then looked at the lawyer, "if you are still dissatisfied with this communication we will call them forth to testify in person."

"Ok, but under protest"

"Noted. You may proceed Cassie," stated Councilman Sam.

"This first statement if from Doctor Zackary, Ozland Pack Doctor.

October 2
Tonight was called upstairs to see a 19 year she-wolf clasped on the ground passed out. Upon examining her I realized she had been brutally taken sexually. She had bruises on various parts of her body. She was torn down in her vagina area. We did two stitches down there. I am attaching photos so bruising can be seen on various parts of her body.  In my expert opinion she had been raped based on bruising on tearing."

She paused and set the second statement came from, Doctor Moe from Ashland Pack,

"I came up to assist Doctor Zachary.  The young she-wolf eyes her dilated. She was sweating profusely  but was clammy feeling to touch. She was in shock. Over the next three days I did help monitor her and she would start withering and moaning in pain. It was then I realized she was fighting through the pain of rejection and her mate was having sex with another wolf. We did a pregnancy test on day 3 before sending her back to her pack. That test did come back negative, and we suggested trying again in 3 days since false negatives are common that early.  The rips in the vagina area are healed and all bruises have disappeared. Her parents have arranged for her to be transported home. Rejection cases like this wolf may or may not wake up depending on her strength. I was surprised to hear she woke up within hours of returning to her packlands when I called and talked with her pack doctor the next day."

I was present when I saw a male wolf run up the steps claim her as she descended the stairwell. He ran off with her.

I was surprised to see the stated the same she-wolf was in. I arrived just after the male wolf who ran up the steps transformed and notice he was with another she wolf. He never did come see her while in the hospital and we saw her several times wither in pain. This type of withering is when a mate hasn't accepted the rejection and their mate has sex with another."

Cassie took a deep breath, "I did examine the witness  Ms Swift and her pregnancy time does coincide with how far along she is."

"I want both doctors here. Their statements leave open holes." Bluemoon  lawyer says.

"Bailiff please issue those two subpoenas to appear in court and make them separate days not to have hardship toward the packs." Councilman Sam declares. "Anything else for this witness?"

Ryan said, "I have one more presentation to make."

"Proceed," Sam replies.

Ryan says, "the Ozland Alpha realized what was going on. He sent you some bed sheets to process?"

Doctor Cassie, "yes, occasional we are sent some CSI items to process. This was case 102xde-32-75ox. We are not given any information. We found streaks of blood and pre-cum on the sheets. We annualized them and at that time had no matches in our system. This morning my computer found matches. The blood was a match to Ms Swift and the Pre-cum was A match to Jace Bronson. With both matches being 99.8% match."
