Ryan says  "First I want to give you information about me. My name is Ryan Lawston, I am a third generation lawyer. I am the first woman lawyer in the family. When I heard about your attack I approached the council and your alpha about representing you. I officially joined your pack to show my loyalty to you. I am considered a pack member under the duel citizenship council law. I was born into the council pack and raised here. I can share my loyalty between pack and council if I choose. Once my citizenship is accepted into the pack I cannot change it unless I discover my mate in another pack. I did choose to join after talking with your alpha. I will put your needs first. If at anytime you want someone else I will let you choose it. You have not had many choices since the attack and I am giving you choices when I can."

"I will be honest with you Ms Lawston..."

"Call me Ryan."

"Ok Ryan. The main reason you are not gone is the fact you are a woman. I don't know if your good or not, but I figure you must be or Alpha Jason would not of agreed to you joining and representing me."

"Since we are being honest I will be asking you questions and sometimes they might seen I am attacking you. I am not, but you will hate me. I am going to be preparing you for questions that the other side will ask."

"What do you mean?"

"He has claimed he has a list of wolves whom you have been with. I will ask, 'Ms Swift how many wolves have you been with?"

"None before or since Jace took me."

"Liar, what about Joey Johnson, Mitchel Johnson, Joesph Townsend, Quinn Bran..."

Her voice trails off when I yell, "What the hell. He takes my f***ing virginity by force after I say STOP and you claim I have been with those guys. one isn't even a guy."

She smirks at me and crosses her arms, "that is what the other guy lawyer could say. Your response just now is what we don't want. I will teach you how to respond. Now we will practice the right response."

My breath still heaving in anger glares at her, "That is why you said I will hate you? Do you want to tell me how I should respond since gut wrenching honesty isn't the answer."

"Oh you always answer with honesty. First thing you do when they ask a question if it angers you. Take a deep breath. You always keep your eyes on me. If still shaken you take a sip of water. No matter who states or ask something you look at me. Later in this week we will roll play different people asking you questions, but for now we will practice things you can do. We will practice where it shows you are the victim and yet we want to show you are not going to be a push over. Nurse Rose was once a client of mine and I am going to have her demonstrate what I taught her."

I looked at Nurse Rose, "you were once raped?"

"No, but I was accused of something I did not do. Ryan was able to prove I was set up as the fall guy and cleared my name. Basically what she is wanting you to do is what she taught me."

"Ok, show me."

"For this demonstration I will be her attorney and have my wolf, Justine represent the other side. You will notice Justine's voice is deeper and raspier than mine. Rose will pretend to you. I am going to leave the room and in 10 minutes you will inform her in on whom these 6 wolves are." She hands me a list. Then leaves.

The next 15 minutes I spend telling her who they are. Then Ryan walked in, "sorry it took me a little longer. I have arranged that we will be able to practice all our talks in an actual courtroom. 'A' is right now sweeping it to make sure it is free of bugs, but your wrist device should also help."

"Have bugs always been this large a problem here?"

"When it includes the Bluemoon Pack the answer is yes. They have been fined before for it. When bugs were found an investigation was started. If they find out who planted them that person will spend a minimum of 30 days in the dungeon."

We continue walking to the courtroom we will be practicing in. We walk into the courtroom. Ryan says, "Jean go sit in the witness stand. Ashley just sit in this chair and watch Jean. Remember she is pretending to be you." She then stands where the lawyer sits, "Miss Swift, how many wolves have you been with?"

"Just Jace, my ex-mate."

"Liar, what about Joey Johnson, Mitchel Johnson, Joesph Townsend, Quinn Branson, 'A' and Grant Silstein?," ask Justine.

Rose is looking at Ryan. "Joey Johnson and I have known each other since Kindergarten. If you are a pack member you would know Joey is a girl. Joey is short for Josephine." She takes a sip and stops. "Neither of us are gay. We both believed in saving ourselves for our mates."

Justine then says, "Are you going to tell me all the others are girls too?"

"No, haven't seen all their anatomy, but they all do smell like male."

"So you have seen their anatomy? So my witness can prove your a pack slut."

Rose takes a sip, "we are wolves. Sometimes wolves do change in front of others. Since I was a pup I have seen various pack members change. We have been taught to look look at the feet when someone changes in front of you. Sometimes on the way down you would see more, but we are taught to not stair at private parts. But yes I caught glimpses on occasion.

"What about Mitchel Johnson? He has been seen at dances and gatherings in your home. I can have witness state they have seen him in your bedroom."

"Mitchell is Joey's twin brother. He was our escort to several school events. Plus in the pack he is known for his fashion since and is one of the best dressed and stronger warriors in his squadron. He admits he is gay. I am not his type."

Ryan stops there. She turns to me. "Rose did at this point give to much information. She should of said, 'Mitchell is Joey's twin. Our fathers had him escort us to events.' Only if they ask about other features do you share it. Basically one or two sentences that pertain to the question. Stating fathers had him as escorts shows he was trusted by the parents. With your dad being a beta it is implied he knew that male pup could keep you safe. Now back to the scenario."

She turns back to Ruth. "Ok Joesph Townsend and you were known as a couple."

"Joe and I hung out together. We went out a few times as friends, but we did not even kiss. He was one of the few runners who could keep up with me on a run."

Once again she turned and looked at me, "what did she do wrong?

I replied, "Joe is part of the crowd I hung with back in high school. He is my sparring and running buddy since he can keep up with my speed."

"Better. What it should be is, 'I have known Joesph since pups. He was whom our pack trainer paired me with as a sparring partner since school days.'" She then turns toward Rose, "what about Quinn Bronson? Many even those in this courtroom has seen you kissing him?"

"That is not true."

"Are you saying all these council did not see the kiss?" Justine replies.

"No."

"Well it cannot be both. Did or did you not exchange a kiss?" Justine asked.

"Yes."

"Nothing further."

I see Rose looking a little panic. She keeps her eyes on Ryan.

Ryan asked, "Ashley, can you explain about that kiss?"

"Yes. He kisses me on the cheek. In his pack this is considered acceptable to do as siblings."

"Why did he kiss you if your not his girlfriend or mate?"

"When council..."

Justine shouts, "Objection. She cannot know what he was thinking."

I turn toward Ashley, "at this time the council would then decide if you can answer the question."

If they say no, I would reword another question at you so we could have you explain. Or I would have you sequestered and call Quinn up to ask him the question. At that time he could only answer that question.but let us go on as though he overrules the question."

Rose speaks up, "when a council member asked him about it he replied in his pack that is how they show support to someone in mourning."

Justine replies, "who died? Who was in morning?"

"The bond breakage between my mate and I. We mourn the loss of a true mate."

By then, I had tears rolling down my face. Rose got up and went to check my vitals and hand me a drink. "I think we should let her go rest. Her blood pressure is a little high. "

We called it a day. We had this type of routine until Tuesday. On Tuesday Ryan had my family, several people in there. "Today, we are going to enact several scenarios." She looked out at those in audience. "Mom and Dad- pack- friends- you might hear tones and questions you do not like. Use your mate bond to keep each calm. If it gets to much you can get up and leave. There will be some Elite whom will direct you to what I call the let loose room. It is a gym where it is set up for out of control werewolves who need to let off steam. If you need to run- there is a door that leads outside. Just get up and go. We are all werewolves and we understand, but under no circumstances do you let loose in this room. I have spent this past week training Ashley how to act in court. Today you all will get a crash course."

She sweeps the room with her eyes, "this will be a tough topic to listen to. It is about a mate who rapes and rejects his true mate. We will not pussy foot around the subject because we know the opposition will not. They will state she is the slut. They will say she is the instigator. They will claim she is a son of a bi..."

My dad lost it then. He stood up and started to charge toward Ryan. Both 'A' and alpha got between them. "This is why we are here practicing. Now, I see whom your daughter takes after. She reacted similar to you. This behavior would get you collared and in community service duty. Then nights spent in dungeon. We are going to practice techniques to keep you calm and if you cannot then you will be removed from room."

We practiced for a few hours. Then Ryan said, "enough. Tomorrow they will be doing an ultrasound and lab work right after breakfast. Then you will be free to do what you want. You will report to this room and be in your seats by 1:00pm on Thursday. Basically between now and then you are free."

We all started heading back to the elevator, 'A' and Rose called out, "Ashley waitup."

We stopped and turned toward them. I talked to 'A' and he will arrange for one of the Elite to meet you in Doctor Cassie office now. She can do your exam, ultrasound and blood match now. Then you can have all day tomorrow off. Then spend time with your family and friends. Jean arranged for rooms for them in an empty wing on your floor."

We go in and we see 'L' waiting in the room with Doctor Cassie. "I am going to examine her first. Then will have 'L' and a member of councilwoman Brown watch me take the blood sample from you during the ultrasound."

We did that and she said, "based on today's exam you can no longer shift until after you have the pups. You do realize most twins come early. They usually are born about the 20 week mark, but not always. If you go full term it could be 22-24 week mark. Still to early to see what sex they are, but we can tell by the blood sample we took from each pup if you wish to know."

"I will think about it."

Thursday we arranged for family to come up. My siblings and I went to the lake. It was too cool to swim, but we took a boat out in the lake. We fished and caught several fish. We then build a campfire and cooked them. Our alpha and parents joined us then. It was an enjoyable relaxing day.

They stayed the night and headed back after lunch. We went and got dressed for the trial. I decided to wear my rusty color jumper dress, cream shirt with a blazer jacket with heals. We then headed to stand outside the courtroom until they indicated we could enter at 12:45.

Right at 1:00 the council walked in and sat down. The trial had begun Bluemoon Pack vs Moonscape Pack and Ravenclaw.
