ESPERANZAS POV

When we got to New Mexico we got off the plane and got our suitcases before heading to the car that we had left at the airport parking lot, when we got in decided to call Jefferey and see what was going on back in the pack.

"Hello" Jefferey answered

"Can you talk" I asked

"Yeah give me a minute let me go outside" he said

"Okay" I answered

"Alright now I can talk" he said

"How's everything at the pack" I asked

"Just like you have said, he was shocked to find out about the twins and he is in his office with his dad, Flabio and Viviana" he said

"Doing what" I asked

"He is taking his mark off of her as we speak" he said

"Really, wow I didn't see that one coming" I said

"Yeah baby I want to see you too but I got things to do here" he said out of the blue

"Is Angelo there with you" I asked

"Yeah baby I know you miss me but just give me a few hours and I will go see you" he said

"Do you know when he is planning to come" I asked

"No I don't know when but I will let you know okay" he said

"Okay, text me later" I said

"I will as soon as I get some time" he said

"Okay bye be careful and take care" I said

"You too" he said and hung up

I turned to see the twins and they had a big smile on their faces, I then looked back on the road but I could still feel them looking at me.

"Say it" I said

"Who will be more upset that Jefferey is your mate mom or dad" AB asked

"Mom would understand and you know it since she said that not everybody meets their mates when they turn sixteen because some of the mates aren't even born and that is what happened between me and Jefferey" I said

"What do you think dad is going to do when he finds out" Angel asked

"He most likely will be the one to scream and say it can't be and that he will not allow it" I said

"What are you going to do if he does say that" AB asked

"He can't do anything about it now" I said as I moved my hair from my neck showing them my mark

"You didn't" the both said at the same time

"Not all the way, we just marked each other" I said

We continued in silence until we got home and the boys changed to go to school while I went to see how the businesses are doing and then go and see mom at the hospital. When the boys were ready I told them to take their car and not to race since they sometimes tend to do, they promised not to race and headed to school I then headed to the boutique and checked the working schedule and the inventory, I then went to the baby store and did the same, then to the restaurant and finally to the salon. The last placed was the hospital and as soon as I walked in a nurse said that the doctor needed to talk to me, when I got to his office he said that mom had woken up and was doing good and could go home in three days if she continues to recover as fast as she has been doing till this moment so I left to go to my mothers room where she was sitting on her bed eating some Jell-O.

"Hey mom" I said

"Hey baby girl, how are your brothers" she asked

"They are in school, I just came from checking all the businesses and they are running smooth till now" I said

"Why do you smell different Espy" she asked

"Mom I found my mate" I said

"Really, who is he, do I know him" she asked

"Yeah you know him since you were a little girl" I said

"Who is he" she asked

"Jefferey" I said

"Second in command Jefferey" she asked

"Yeah" I answered

"Oh baby I am so happy for you" she said

"So you give us your blessing" I asked

"Of course I do baby but when did you see him" she asked

"Two years after you fell into coma" I said

"How" she asked

"He was here talking to alpha Montes and we bumped into each other when he was walking out and I was walking in to the pack house" I said

"Does he know where we live or has he said where we are" she asked

"No mom he hasn't said where we are, not even that we are mates" I said

She started to get sleepy so I told her to sleep and that I would be back later today with the boys, when she was asleep I went to the school and got the boys and told them that mom was awake and that I had promised to take them so they could see her. As we each got into our cars and drove away I noticed a dark car following us, I took my phone out and told the guys that we were being followed and that at the next right we would go separate ways and meet at the hospital. They agreed and the boys went left while I went right and the car started to follow me so I started to go fast and did everything I could to lose them, after about ten minutes I was finally able to lose them and headed to the hospital to see mom with the boys.
