GABRIELAS POV

Today is Esperanza's wedding and even though I still don't feel ready to go back to the pack I have to because I can't miss my daughters wedding day, I stood at the tree line masking my scent and looking from the distance and just as Jefferey was about to kiss Esperanza I added the one detail that Esperanza always told me she wanted and that was to have red, pink and white rose petals falling over her and her mate just as they kissed after being declared husband and wife. As soon as I saw Esperanza's face I saw a tear drop from her eyes and then I saw AB and Angel looking around trying to find me, AB was the first to find me in the tree line and then turned to Espy and Angel then at me letting them know where to look.

I had no choice but to release my scent and that caught everyone's attention even Angelo who started to smell the air trying to figure out where I was but with the wind that was blowing he couldn't pin point where I was until he saw Espy and the boys looking at the tree line, he then went and stood next to them while looking at where I was in the tree line. Just then my phone started to ring and when I looked at it I saw it was AB who was calling, Goddess my boy is very smart for his own good. When I looked up I saw them walking towards me and I didn't move from my spot but when I saw Angelo starting to walk towards me as well I started to back towards the woods, Even though the boys and Espy stopped walking towards me but Angelo was still walking so I kept walking backwards until AB turned and looked behind him seeing Angelo and motioned him to stop which he did and so did I.

Before I knew what was going on AB ran towards me and saw me standing here with tears in my eyes and then pulled me in to a hug holding me, after a few seconds Espy and Angel were hugging me two and I was in the middle of all of them, I was so into smelling my kids scent that I didn't realize that Angelo was here with us until the kids let go of me and let Angelo get near me. Before I knew it I was in his arms as he hugged me, I slowly but surely wrapped my arms around his waist as I took in his scent that I have missed ever since I left after the car race accident. I just wanted to stay like this for ever but at the same time I didn't know how to act around my own kids or anybody here, I have been gone for a long time because I needed to find answers and to be honest I did but I still don't know how to act.

When Angelo pulled away my whole family was here in front of me and I didn't know what to do, I tried to take a step back but bumped into Angelo who was behind me as he placed his hands on my waist holding me in front of him and most likely not wanting to let me go anywhere. Mom, dad and Gabriel were the first to pull me into a family hug which I responded to slowly, then it was uncle Benito, Angela and aunt Margaret. When we pulled away Jefferey came up to me and bowed his head and I did the same thing in return, he then went next to Esperanza and wrapped his hands around her waist and when I took in their scent together I could tell that Esperanza's scent was changing which meant only one thing my baby girl was going to be a mom.

I looked at her and we locked eyes, she then started to flush while she shook her head and that's when I knew that she hasn't told anyone about her pregnancy. I walked to her and gave her a hug and I nodded my head, I could tell that everybody was wondering what was going on between me and Espy and the gestures that we were doing. She then looked at Jefferey and smiled at him while she looked at me, I knew Jefferey was in for such a big surprise. Nodding my head I let her know that she would have to tell me when she wanted me to tell him and practically the whole pack about the new addition to the family and the pack, I then felt Angelo place his hands on my waist as we all walked out of the tree line while everybody started to look at us while some girls were admiring my dress that was white with pastel colors and had the back uncovered allowing everyone to see my finished tattoo.
