They had reached the outskirts of the city. To receive them, Yudh was already waiting with his brother Daniel and group of staffs to receive them near the gate of the city, since they were the people who looked after the city, but did not rule it. The chairperson of the municipal corporation of this city has been missing since a long time, no one knows who is it or where are they?

Yudh- Welcome, Karan, welcome. I see you have come with your wife, I mean Bhabhi.(Mysterious Smile look while saying the sentence).

Karan- Yeah, I have brought other people as well with me. You have already met my brother, Arun. This is his finacee, Kajal Manjrekar. These are the managers of the Pandya company, Shravan and Ren Kelkar. This Arun's friend, Vasu Dev and his elder brother, Bal Dev.

Yudh- Nice to meet you all. I have heard you about Vasu. You are the famous Physcartist, who cured my dad, Dheeraj of mental illness.

Vasu- Yeah, you are absolutely right. By the way, how is your father now?

Yudh- Much better. First I will show you around the city and then take you to my office building.

Karan- Sure

Just as they were entering the city, Kajal noticed a small village that looked like slum nearby. Kajal felt curious about the place, since she had seen no such of village near Hastinapur.

When they entered the city, Kajal felt depressed looking at it. She thought that the city will resemble Hastinapur in some ways, but it was different. The buildings around the city were only painted black or white, the roads were in poor condition and street lamps bulbs were brocken for most of the street lamps. It almost looked like a dystopian city.

(While walking)

Kajal- Yudh, are there any festivals going to be held here?

Yudh- Nope, they will be held in Hastinapur.

Kajal- Why are they not held here?

Yudh- I am not sure, but I have heard that this place is cursed. Whoever rules this place goes missing for years and never returns.

Kajal- And why is this city given that curse?

Yudh- I don't know, I have just heard about the curse only.

Kajal had some suspicion about the statement which Yudh said. But she decided to talk about this with Arun and Vasu later. They went to the museums and parks. They all looked dull and sad (the buildings). Finally, they reached the office building. This building looked more colorful than other buildings of the town. There were more then 100 colours used to paint the building.

Yudh- Welcome to my office building, which I fondly named Surdhi. I will take you guys to the meeting room.

They entered the building. The interior were modern and classy. They went towards the lift. The entire lift and it's surrounding was made up of expensive transparent glass. Yudh pressed the button to floor number 25. They reached floor number 25. The transparent glass door suddenly became black.

When the lift doors opened, they were mesmerized by the surrounding. They were surrounding by stars, planets, and other celestial objects. It looked like as if they were walking through the universe itself.

Yudh- Welcome to the universe.

Kajal- Wow!

Yudh- This is our meeting room floor. I will take you guys to the meeting room.

The group turned left went along the corridor, they arrived at a door. When the door opened, a strange light was coming out of it. Once they entered the room, they were surprised. The entire room was plated with gold and silver. Even the chairs were made out of pure platinum.

Yudh- I want to start the meeting now, soo..

Arun- Ok, Vasu, Bal, Kajal, and Vaishali, please leave us alone. You can see the city.

Kajal- Sure let's go, Vasu, Bal and Vaishali. Hey Karan, can you give your car keys to Vaishali?

Karan- Sure, But why?

Kajal- Just like that.

Karan- sure.

He gives the car keys to Vaishali. Once all four of them are outside.

Kajal- Di, I guess you should go back to Hastinapur.

Vaishali- But why, Kajal?

Kajal- Di, I feel you should take rest. You are working around the clock with Karan, so I thought you require some rest. Please go back to Hastinapur.

Vaishali- Sure as you say.

After Vaishali left,

Kajal- Bal bhaiya, you have some to complete in Indraprsth, right?

Bal- Oh yeah, thanks for reminding. Bye.

After Bal left,

Vasu- How did you know?

Kajal- I evasdropped a bit during the conversation between Arun and him. Anyways, lets check out the slum on the outskirts of the city.

Vasu- Sure.

As they were leaving the building, they were stopped at the gate.

Kajal- Why did you stop us?

Guard- You need to take a guard along with you if you want to go around the city.

Kajal- Who gave you this order?

Guard- Yudh sir.

Kajal- is this only for us?

Guard- I won't answer this question, and you will not ask me anymore question. Gahan, please show them around the city.

Vasu- Who is this Gahan?

Gahan- Me.

When they both turn around, they almost get freaked out by his appereance. He is 7 foot tall, muscular, and dark complexion. He is wearing grey color guard dress with black leather shoes. And point to note, he is bald.

Vasu- umm, hi Gahan. My name is Vasu. (holds his hand out for a handshake).

Gahan- (shakes his hand roughly).

Vasu- Ouch! Slowly bro, don't break my hand.

Kajal- Hi, my name is Kajal.

Gahan- Hmm.

Kajal- Umm, let's go.

Vasu- sure.

As they are roaming around the city.

Kajal- (whispering) Hey Vasu, how do we put him off our trail.

Vasu- I guess, I know a way.

Vasu-(turns to Gahan) Hey Gahan, what does your name mean?

Gahan- a person who is unable to understand something or anything.

Vasu- (winks at Kajal) ok Gahan, let's I will tell you a riddle. Untill and unless, you don't get the answer, don't come behind us or looking for us.

Gahan- but then, if I go back without you my boss will scold me.

Vasu- don't worry, we will come back again. You just need to stay at that restaurant, we will come back as quickly as possible.

Gahan- how do I trust you both?

Vasu- umm, here you can keep my peacock locket which I love more then my life.

Gahan looks at Kajal.

Kajal- You can keep this watch. ( She removes the watch from her wrist and gives it to him).

Vasu- Now listen, imagine you are driving the bus. At first stop, five people get on. Second stop, four people get on. Third stop, two people get down and three people get on. Fourth stop, two people get off and seven people get on. Fifth stop, all the people get down. Now tell me, how many people got down and who is the driver of the bus?

Gahan- Ok I will tell.

Vasu- also go to the restaurant wait for us to come back until you think of the answer.

Gahan- sure, I will wait for you. And think of the answer. But don't run away.

Vasu and Kajal- (together) sure we promise.

They go towards the slum after leaving Gahan. But they didn't know, that the lives of their loved ones was in danger.
