3rd Person's POV

"Ladies and gentlemen! Welcome again for the second round in the semi finals! I'm sure you're badly waiting for this time, well then, without further ado, let's shuffle and see the matchups!" The announcer's voice echoed throughout the battlefield.

It was the day four of the tournament, everyone is psyched to watch the upcoming battles, they looked at the screen in order to know the matchups.

After shuffling, Ash found himself matched up against a man who had a long blue hair, wears a cap and scarf, and just like before, it was also the first match of the day.

"This is it everyone! A battle of wild cards! It looks like we have ourselves the wild card of Kanto and wild card of Sinnoh! Ash and Tobias!" Cheers was heared throughout the crowd.

"That guy with legendaries..."  Ash muttered.

Cynthia and Lance looked at each other and smirked.

"This is interesting, I know that Tobias guy having legendaries in his arsenal." Drake was the one to say it, he knew the guy's potential.

"Yeah, I wonder how things go " Said Steven, who's mostly intrigued about what Ash can do.

And thus, they went back to focus on the match.

The two trainers walked up towards the battlefield and gave each other some glares.

"Now for the additional rules, this battle will be a double battle! So they should be revealing two pokemons at once instead of one!" The announcer informed, Ash and Tobias was taken aback at this but nevertheless accepted the rules.

"Well then, trainers, this is a double battle, reveal your pokemons!" The referee announced, it was Tobias who showed his pokemons first.

"Metagross, Dragonite, on stage!" Tobias yelled and tossed two pokeballs , revealing the two pseudo legendary pokemons.

"Amazing folks! Tobias had himself two pseudo legendary pokemons!"

Ash was slightly amazed at this and smirked.

"Strong opponents, much more interesting, Greninja, Lucario, I choose you!" Ash yelled and also tossed two pokeballs on the air, revealing his two powerhouses, they both give those battle stances, signifying that they're ready for the match, especially Greninja.

"Battle begin!"

"Metagross, let's show them our full power! Mega evolve!" Tobias suddenly yelled and revealed his key stone, just by that, Metagross was engulfed in a bright light and undergo mega evolution, it's structure mainly change, it now looked like a cannon, which it's legs are now serving as it's firepower, and it is now floating on the air.

"Outstanding folks! Mega evolution right off the bat!" The announcer yelled.

"Let's do this, Metagross, Flash Cannon on Greninja! Dragonite, Hyper Beam on Greninja!" Tobias commanded.

"Lucario, get infront and counter the two with Bone Rush, let it spin." Ash calmly said, but was intrigued on why Tobias is aiming Greninja.

But nevertheless, Lucario confidently on Greninja's front and successfully deflected the two powerful attacks coming from the two pseudo legendary pokemons. Lucario gave off a smirk at the two.

"Flawless defense Lucario did there." Tobias commented.

"I don't know why you're aiming Greninja, but we're gonna take on what you'll fire at us." Ash confidently responded.

"There was this time a month ago, I overheard a news of Greninja having another form, I was intrigued, now that I saw you in this tournament together with that Charizard of yours, I'm pretty sure that Greninja also knew that kind of transformation, and I'm gonna beat that thing." Tobias stated.

Ash wasn't that surprised, since he showed off that Greninja unintentionally, while having some unofficial battle between some trainers, but he knew Tobias knows least.

"I see then, good luck doing it, Lucario, Aura Sphere, Greninja, Water Shuriken!"

"Metagross, get in front and use Protect!"

Greninja and Lucario fired off their signature moves towards the opposing foes, but Metagross tanked the attacks with Protect, successfully blocking the attack.

"Don't let them rest, Greninja use Night Slash, Lucario, charge through with Bone Rush!"

With that cue, Greninja and Lucario hastily charged towards the two pseudo legendary pokemons, Metagross' Protect luckily didn't subsided but only blocked Night Slash, while it was hit by Lucario's Bone Rush. Metagross managed to tank the attack despite having the disadvantage.

"Dragonite, Flamethrower!" Tobias yelled.

"Dodge it!"

Tobias' Dragonite carefully fired off a large stream of flames, careful not to hit Metagross, Greninja and Lucario managed to dodge the flames and went back to Ash's front.

"Interesting duo you got there, but they'll not be enough to defeat us, Dragonite, Thunder Punch, Metagross, Meteor Mash!" Tobias yelled.

"Lucario, par up with Dragonite and use Bone Rush! Greninja, manuever up and hit Metagross with another Night Slash!" Ash responded.

And with that set of commands, Dragonite widened up it's wings and flew towards Lucario, having it's fists emitting electricity and was about to punch Lucario when it blocked it with it's own Bone Rush, they were in equal terms.

As for Metagross, it's large body glowed faint white and charged towards Greninja, leaving off trails of white streaks. Greninja was able to dodge the incoming attack and was able to hit Metagross, Ash got the chance.

"Lucario, switch up and use Aura Sphere point blank at Metagross, Greninja, use Water Shuriken too!"

With that cue, Lucario deflected the last Thunder Punch before switching off it's focus towards the damaged Metagross, it's Aura Sphere is ready and fired off towards the steel type pseudo legendary, Greninja did the same and fired off it's Water Shuriken, both attacks hit the poor Metagross, leading for it to get fainted.

"Metagross is unable to battle!" The announcer yelled.

Metagross reverted back to it's original form before Tobias returned his it's fainted pokemon, slightly angry at what happened, but thanked it and got his third pokemon, he tossed it up in the air and revealed another pseudo legendary pokemon.

"It's Salamence everyone! Another pseudo legendary pokemon everyone!" The announcer informed as he saw the menacing dragon pokemon being showed up.

"Dragonite, Salamence, no time to waste, use your Dragon Pulse!"

"Lucario, Dragon Pulse too! Greninja assist with Water Shuriken!"

Both the dragon type pokemons fired off the dragon type move Dragon Pulse towards Ash's Pokemons, but it was deflected by Lucario's own Dragon Pulse and Greninja's Water Shurikens, there are also bits of Water Shurikens that passed through the attacks and hit both pokemons.

"Unacceptable, those two sure is strong." Tobias muttered.

"Lucario, Greninja, we have to knock them out both, charge towards them with your Night Slash and Bone Rush."

"Oh no you don't, Flamethrower both of you!" Tobias responded.

Determined, Greninja and Lucario both charged at the opponents with great speed and agility, Dragonite and Salamence fired off their Flamethrower but both of them passed through, Lucario did some minor damage but Greninja seemed unfazed, they successfully both hit the pseudo legendary but not enough to take them down in one hit.

"Now you're caught, Dragonite, Thunder Punch on Greninja, Salamence, Dragon Tail on Lucario!" Tobias smirked. Ash widened his eyes and couldn't do any more command because it was too late.

Seeing that they're on point blank range, Dragonite hit Greninja with a super effective Thunder Punch, he grunted in pain, same as Lucario, who was also hit with a Dragon Tail.

Both landed the ground on their backs, but not enough to knock them out.

The spectators were now into the battle, they were focused on it that no one dared to talk, until right now.

"Tobias seems fairing with Ash now." Steven said while analyzing the battle.

"Sure is, he manage to land two good hits on them, especially Greninja." Leon commented, his hands were crossed.

"Still can't believe Tobias had also pseudo legendary pokemons." Diantha said.

While they're talking, Lance and Cynthia were just silent, seeing on whose the one who'll be able to be worn out first.

But little did they know, someone in particular is worrying about him, especially with that type matchup going on.

"Ash, I do hope you'll be fine, if you're ever going to do that bond phenomenon on both of them, then please be fine."  Leaf thought and focused back on the battle.

...

"Greninja, Lucario, are you both okay?" Ash asked worried, the two manage to stand up and gave him a reassuring look, stating that they're both fine.

"Now the're weakened, I'll be the one who'll make that double knock out, Dragon Pulse!" Tobias smirked, sensing victory.

"Block it, both of you!" Ash commented, determined to do that 'thing'

Lucario and Greninja quickly knew what's going on and they were determined to block the incoming attacks.

"What's going on here?! Ash commanded to block those deadly attacks!" The announcer yelled out.

Dragonite and Salamence unleashed their Dragon Pulses and aimed it towards the two, Lucario and Greninja are determined and blocked the attacks with their might.

Ash suddenly winced in pain but neglected it, in fact, the power that was surging throughout him is overwhelming, it was two times more powerful than before.

'It's happening again.'

Lucario and Greninja shouted as they are blocking the attack, while Ash finally hit it.

"Lucario, Greninja, it's now time to set this bar to the highest! Stronger, stronger and STRONGER!" Ash chanted.

And with that cue, Lucario and Greninja's body were now covered in swirling vortex of different types, Greninja's now covered in a watery vortex while Lucario had the aura vortex around him, it looked like an Aura Sphere with the size of it's body, they were engulfed at it and went into the familiar transformation.

The vortexes died down and new forms are completely present, Greninja's face had those red streaks on it's forehead, and it had a large watery shuriken on it's back, it's appearance had also changed, almost look liked Ash.

While for Lucario, he had himself now holding a somewhat longer bone club, two times longer than the move Bone Rush, it's appearance had drastically changed, it is now blindfolded with black cloth, and it has now three tails instead of one, it's body structure became agile, somewhat combination of blue and red streaks on it, representing Ash himself. It also had three floating Aura Spheres around him, making him look more menacing and intimidating.

Ash felt newer than before, other than he's doing a bond phenomenon on both of them, it is also Lucario's first time, their bond surely paid off, and they looked unstoppable.

Tobias was now in utter shock, and same as the audience, the whole battlefield was silent, seeing new forms in front of their eyes. Tobias never felt afraid before, until now, he's staring in horror at the two pokemons in front of him, those two emitted strong auras around them, it's not that evil, but enough to make them look scary.

Ash had never done it before, so he should have full control on them, but he's confident and determined, he should be fine and had this battle under control.

Greninja and Lucario was amazed at the forms they had right now, especially Lucario, even though he's blindfolded, he can clearly see through aura, and with Ash's help, he and Greninja will be an unstoppable duo.

And with that, Ash took the cue to finish the battle.

"Greninja, Lucario, let's both end this, Water Shuriken and Aura Sphere!" Ash commanded.

And with that cue, Greninja fired off it's large Water Shuriken on it's back and directed it towards the two, while Lucario, just by pointing his Bone Rush on the two, the three Aura Spheres that were floating behind him darted to them in great speed.

Both attacks hit their marks, Tobias didn't have the chance to command, and the two fainted on the spot.

"Salamence and Dragonite are unable to battle, a double knock out from Ash!"
