Narrator POV

Restless worker

That was the Authority of Y/N, he changed in order to fight the Herrscher of Domination, without having his power stolen

Now, allow me to explain the rules of his Authority!

Through his experience and knowledge as a fast-food employee, Y/N have seen many cases, and have based his Authority through that experience

When he open his domain, he is in a state called "Normal pace" which is when the rush is not yet to happen, and he can take his time to start the orders and clean the place. Nothing change in this state

But, as the time pass, the probability of the rush to happen rise, as he enter the state of "Before Rush", which starts to gather his energy around the place and his body, as his resistance is increased

There is another state called "Fast order" as those are for the delivery guys that have to do it fast. In this state, the techniques he use are 10 times faster to use than before. It is quite rare to happen

Then, when the probability reach the max, and the state "Rush" start, as the overflowing energy of his body, and the energy he released unleashing his Authority come back to his body, strenghening him to no end

Y/N have never learned to rest, but the overflowing honkai energy in his body healed his body  and fatigue to the point he could go on at full potential everytime

Y/N: Rush....

In other words.....

For 7 minutes and 4 seconds after hitting a "Rush", Y/N is literally immortal

Y/N: START!

And while he opened his Authority, the Herrscher of Domination have taken those informations in less then 2 seconds

Puppet: So if we hold out for 7 minutes, we win-

They didn't had time to finish, as Y/N was already blasting through all the puppets and beasts controlled by the Herrscher, no sign of stopping

Y/N: Until it's stopped, I can go at full power without feeling any pain or getting weaker!

And so, he kept attacking them, the fight being one sided by far

And soon enough, the 7 minutes neared, as the puppet smirked

Puppet: It's over, we won-!

But the Herrscher made a mistake. They didn't take account that....

Y/N: Authority Expansion!

He could open his Authority continiously

Y/N: Restless worker!

And so, the probabilities restarted, as the Honkai energy of Y/N overflowed again

The Herrscher tried to absorb it, but the puppet would break the instant they would touch it

HoD: Tch! What a monster you are!

Y/N: Keep going!

And the state of rush started again, as at they understood

He was prepared for a battle of stamina, the moment he learnt about their plan

Their only openeing now, was when Y/N exit the state of Rush, and hope he wouldn't hit another instantly

Which was literally gambling

Puppet: You annoying pe-

But before they could fight more, Y/N smirked, the space of the Theater shaking

Y/N: How clumsy of me, I forgot to tell you

His smirk changed into a grin, as above him, a giant portal was created, as the Hyperion got out of it

Y/N: But I have called some friends of mine to the party

Instantly, the Hyperion started to shoot at the Theater, killing and destroying anything inside of it

Y/N: How's that for a gamble? It seems you all lost quite hard

Puppet: No.... We do, anything, to make you one of us!

The communications went on, as Tesla spoke through the monitor

Tesla: Y/N, you hear me?! All the 500 puppets remaining are heading your way!

Y/N: Well, I think I should welcome them properly

He clasped his hands together, smirking

Y/N: Honkai Amplification Technique: Blue. Reversed Honkai Technique: Red

He took a step forward, holding his middle finger with his thumb, before smirking widely

Y/N: Imaginary Technique: Purple!

He shot, as everything in front of him was destroyed

He smiled, but what he didn't noticed, was that one of the puppet that was collapsing, saw him out of breath

Timeskip - Y/N POV

Current power of Y/N: 1/100

Y/N: Phew! I'm beat seriously! 

Einstein: The check-up seems fine. Do not do anything harsh, and more importantly, no more Authority for a while. You have strained your body, it need to rest

Y/N: Yeah I know. I'm just a super teenager with asburd strengh now

Tesla: Shut it already, you're way too cocky for your own good

Y/N: They jealous because I'm too awesome

I walked away, back to my room, as on the way, I met with Seele. Well, the other Seele, since they are 2 in one body

Y/N: Yo, need something?

'Seele': You seem exhausted

Y/N: That's the case

'Seele': I see....

Y/N: How's Bronya by the way? I heard she haven't got her power back, right?

'Seele': Yes, and she found it strange. She thought she would get it back through time, but nothing happened

Y/N: Hm... I think about it, and if I have news, I go and tell her. Until then, you don't have to worry about it

'Seele': .....

Y/N: What?

'Seele': I see now why Seele look up to you so much. You handle everything like it's no big deal

Y/N: Because it is no big deal for me

'Seele': This cocky attitude of yours too is no big deal...

I laughed, before walking away, waving goodbye

Entering the room, I saw Rozaliya and Liliya sitting on my bed, playing some games

Rozaliya: Take this!

Liliya: Another win

Rozaliya: Wha-?! I demand a rematch!

Liliya: 781-0

Rozaliya: Y-You bully!

Y/N: And why are you 2 in my room?

Rozaliya: You have the only modern console, duh!

Liliya: Agreed

Y/N: Cool, now get off my bed

Liliya nodded too, as they both give me puppy eyes

I sigh, before rubbing the back of my head

Y/N: There's some drinks in the fridge, take what you need

Rozaliya: Yay! Big Brother Y/N is the best!

I smiled, before taking a seat, while they played their games

And of course, they weren't quiet on it, specially Rozaliya

In the end, they left the room quite late, but before I could catch this magnificent thing called sleep, someone knocked at the door

Y/N: Come in

And surprisingly, it was Fu Hua

Y/N: Oh, Fu Hua, need something?

Fu Hua: I just wanted to check on you. It's only been 2 days since the defeat of the Herrscher of Domination, and since you did most of the things, I felt like checking up on you

Y/N: Well, I'm resting, resting, and let's not forget resting. So yeah, I'm resting

Fu Hua: I see... I heard you also recovered your job

Y/N: Yep. I was only suspended during those months, and when I came back, the manager was overjoyed and all

Fu Hua: That's a relief then. Would you mind if I take a seat?

Y/N: I knew there was more than checking up...

She took a seat, as I closed the door, and sat back on my bed

Fu Hua: You haven't recovered properly, didn't you?

Y/N: Yes. When you get into many fights without rest, take on Authorities and hit like me, you're tend to be tired at some point. And my body doesn't rest like you all

Fu Hua: What do you mean?

Y/N: Right now, I have used all of my energy, and need to recover it completely before being able to fight again. Until then, I am most likely a walking deadweight

Fu Hua: Then, if you were to encounter an Herrscher....

Y/N: 3 path possible

1st: I manage to gain enough time until I recover all of my energy

2nd: Someone manage to come and save me

Fu Hua: And the 3rd, you...

Y/N: Death. Straight to the point

I could see her conflicted, as I sigh

Y/N: I'll be ok. There's just a few more days until I'm back to full power

Fu Hua: Still, be careful, we can't lose you... We can't lose anyone anymore

Y/N: Don't worry, nothing will happen to me. And I also have a secret technique to recharge my energy faster

And also, they would aim at Kiana first instead of me, since they don't want the same event to happen again

Fu Hua: Well, it's a relief then. Please, take care of yourself, Y/N

Y/N: Super duper promise

She smiled, before leaving the room, as I was left alone

I flopped down on my bed, letting a sigh

Y/N: ...I'm tired... I'm going to catch some Z....

But ONCE AGAIN, someone knocked, this time, more softly

Y/N: Ugh... If it's one of the twin for the console, I swear...

I went to open the door, but the moment I did, my eyes widened

I smiled weakly, looking around

Y/N: Man, I got right into the bait...

Around me, I was in a sort of Roman tribunal, as all the puppets were looking at me, laughing at me

Of course they would go after me first... They might have noticed how tired I was after the battle, and took the opportunity

Puppet: Right into the trap!

Judge Puppet: Silence! SIlence! The trial for admission of new members is now on! State your name!

Puppet: I know I know! It's Y/N L/N!

Puppet: The so called 'strongest'!

Puppet: 'Strongest' yet he look so weak!

Y/N: Say...

They quiet down, as I looked up, smiling

Y/N: Would you mind showing yourself already? I'm getting tired of talking with puppets to talk to you

The puppets stop, as soon, a giantic figure appeard behind them, looking down at me

Y/N: Using this to hide your core huh? Quite the strategy you have here

HoD: Your praises are welcomed, but your acceptance of your fate would be far better

Y/N: Sorry but, I can't actually do that. I don't plan on losing against you after all

Puppet: He still think he can win!

Puppet: How cute! How cute!

Puppet: Perhaps we should make him taste despair? The 'Strongest' growing desesperate would be quite funny to see!

They all laughed, as I keep staring at the giant

Gaining time, that's all I can do right now. But it's going to be tough... In the middle of it's Authority, the 1000 puppets, the monsters each puppet control...

And if I use my energy, it'll be truly over for me

Puppet: You keep pushing yourself so that no one have to fight, right? You take all the harsh battles so that they stay safe, right?

Puppet: Your weakness have always been them, and by putting yourself in danger, you will be their doom! 

Puppet: Oh, I can't wait to see their faces when they see their precious savior Y/N, facing them when you'll be with us!

They laughed again, but I still have my serene smile, staring at the giant

Puppet: No reaction? Not even your usual snarky remark?

Y/N: You're not making a mess like usual

The puppets stayed silent, as I smiled

Y/N: You want to make sure you take control of me without alerting anyone, so that no one will get in the way. You won't make the same mistake than before. That's why you choosed a moment where I will be truly vulnerable. All of this before was just an act. This, was your plan all along

HoD: ....Well done, you have seen through our plan, when it's too late

Puppet: You need 4 more days until you recover your power! It's over, it's over!

Y/N: You closed the barrier on purpose, so that it's just you, and me... But you made quite the mistake

Puppet: Oh? Really?

Y/N: Not because I don't have any Honkai energy that I am defenseless....

I took my stance, and smirked

Y/N: I can stall enough time for them to come and find me

Puppet: Then let's see if you can last this long, 'Strongest'!

They launched themselves at me, as I smirked

Y/N: I'm counting on you, everyone....

Narrator POV

Y/N dodged the first swarm of puppets rushing at him, before grabbing one of them, and slam it on the ground

Instantly, he grabbed the leg of the one he slammed, and used it's body to slam it on the other puppets that were about to hit him

Ducking down, he dodged attacks from zombies controlled by the puppets, before using his hands as supports, and kick the zombie in the jaw, and spin it around

In mid-air, the body of the zombie was used by Y/N as a support, as he jumped high in the air, avoiding a barrage of missiles from the mechas controlled

He blocked an incomming punch from a giant fist, as he slided back on the ground, his smile not faltering once

The Herrscher of Domination moved, making sure Y/N was surrounded

Y/N: Not giving me one time to rest huh? How cruel of you

HoD: If you think this is cruel...

Y/N's eyes widened, as canons similar to the one of the Herrscher of Reason appeard around, aiming at him

HoD: Then perhaps I should show you what I can do when I'm really cruel

Before Y/N could react, the canons shot lasers at him, as he didn't had time to dodge

Mercilessly, the canons keep shooting at him, no sign of stopping

And after 5 minutes, the lasers stopped, as Y/N was still standing, protecting himself from the onslaught he just received

His arms were burnt, the muscles could be seen, but he kept standing

He slowly lowered his arms, and looked in front of him, seeing the puppets smirking, laughing

Puppet: Such a monster you are, Y/N L/N!

Puppet: But it's over for you! You're far too weak to whistand our Authority!

Puppet: Give up!

Y/N didn't said anything, before raising his hand, and flip them off

HoD: How arrogant

Y/N: Shut up and fight already. I'm done hearing your barking all the time

Puppet: Let's crush the 'Strongest'!

They rushed again, as Y/N let out a sigh, taking his stance, blood dripping from his arms, smiling

Timeskip

It's been 12 hours since then, and the Fu Hua and Bronya have forced themselves inside the Theater of Domination

They wanted to search for Kiana, knowing that Y/N would be fine on his own, and the reassurance he gave to Fu Hua

As they were making their way through the waves of enemies, a puppet stood before them, a smile on it's face

Puppet: Now now, no need to rush! We already have an estimated guest having her show right now, we wouldn't want troublemakers getting in the way, right?

Fu Hua: Whatever you're planning, don't think you will succeed

Bronya: Kiana will never be with you, and Y/N will stop you

Puppet: Oh? Are you talking about.....

The lights died down, before turning to the center of the theater...

Somewhere else, Raiden Mei, on behalf of World Serpent, was fighting the Herrscher of Domination too

Mei: No matter what you do, you will never win, as long as Y/N is here

Puppet: She doesn't know! She doesn't know!

Puppet: The 'Strongest' everyone believe in! How courageous!

Puppet: However.....

The lights turned off, and pointed to the center of the theater...

Kiana, who was fighting the puppets, was about to recover the gem the Herrscher of Domination had, before the lights turned off, and the scene changed for her

In the center of the theater, all the lights turned to it, as everyone saw a twisted and horrific sight

In the middle was someone, their right arm twisted and broken, blood dripping from their limbs, skin torned, burned and more, as they were unmoving, being hanged by the thread of the Herrscher

Puppet: The 'Strongest' is no more!

Mei: There's.... no way....

Fu Hua: It's not real....

Bronya: N-No...

Kiana: Y-Y/N...?

Y/N was unmoving, as one of the puppet approached his body, and pat his head

His eyes were blank, and there was no sign of breathing

Puppet: Such an unmovable man! He held his own against an Authority, without Honkai energy to protect himself! 11 hours on his own! Truly fitting for someone called 'Strongest'! But he's dead now!

The puppet then tap his head, and turn to walk away, laughing

Y/N L/N..... lost?

The Strongest.... lost?

The laugh of the Herrscher of Domination rang around the Theater, as everyone started to grow desesperate

Mei: Y/N....

Y/N: I handle all the problems ahead, just focus on saving Kiana

Bronya: Y/N.....

Y/N: You did well, Bronya, I handle it from here

Fu Hua: Y/N...

Y/N: They might give me a little trouble... Nah, I'd win

Kiana: Y-Y/N...

Y/N: I'm the strongest after all!

They wanted to cry, to stop and just see him... but he wouldn't want that

He would have wanted them to move on, and keep fighting

And so.... they did

Y/N had his eyes closed, taking a deep breath, before opening them, and see he was back in St.Freya

A sight full of peace, love and calm. A life someone would truly consider as paradise

He walked forward, as people greeted him, smiling happily

Appreciated by the students and the staff, Y/N only saw positivity

He was about to break free of this, before he heard a voice call out to him

???: Heh, never have I thought this day would come

His eyes widened, as he looked back, and saw her

Himeko: Hello, Y/N. It's truly been a while

Y/N: ....Himeko...

Letting out a shaky sigh, he smiled

Y/N: It's good to see you again...

Himeko: I can see it already by your look. You're a big softie in the end

He chuckled, looking down

Y/N: And this big softie failed to save everyone... I couldn't even give a proper farewell to you.... What a shitty student I am...

She smiled fondly, walking to him, and ruffle his hair

Himeko: It's not like you to look so down. Are you sure you're Y/N L/N? Or perhaps all the "strongest" stuff was just lies and you were just a shy and timid boy all along?

Y/N: Shut up old hag!

She laughed, her voice full of amusement, before she wrapped an arm around his shoulder, bringing him closer

Himeko: There we go! That sass of yours is never going away in the end!

Y/N: And so is your lack of boyfriend, you damn bimbo!

Himeko: Huh?! I could have found a boyfriend whenever I wanted, you know!

Y/N: Yeah sure! As if anyone would believe that!

Himeko: You damn brat!

She ruffled his hair, fake annoyance on her face, before she smiled, letting him go

Himeko: You're feeling guilty, aren't you?

She saw him tensed at her words, as he looked down

Himeko: "If only I wasn't sealed, then maybe I would have saved them all", right?

Y/N: ....

Himeko: Y/N, you shouldn't feel remorseful for your choices. You took the best decision, and saved the majority of the civilization, while preventing the Herrscher of the Void from causing too much havoc... You only followed your logic

Y/N: I should have followed my heart that day... Maybe everything would have been different...

Himeko: Yes, and maybe no one would be here anymore to talk about it

She gently hugged him, patting his back

Himeko: You're tired, you have made more efforts than anyone to keep everything together, and you made sure no one noticed how tired you are...

He stiffen, and started to shake

Himeko: The strongest is here for everyone.... but until now, no one was here for Y/N L/N... A kind boy that want to protect his loved ones

She felt him hold onto her,  sobbing, as she smiled

Himeko: To be the strongest, you must be Y/N L/N.... But to be Y/N L/N, the strongest isn't enough... You need to be human... And sometimes, humans need to let out their emotions... No one will see it, so go ahead...

And so, for the first time since his arrival in this world, Y/N L/N cried

Exhausted, out of nerves, doubtful, and scared

He may have been freed from his remorse toward the others, but he wasn't, toward himself

After some minute, he finally calmed down, wiping away his tears

Himeko: Feeling better?

Y/N: Yes..

Himeko: Then go, and show them what you're made of

She give him a push on his back, smiling proudly

Himeko: My problem child!

Back to the Theater - Y/N POV

I slowly opened my eyes, and see I was hanging off by some thread, as I sigh

Breaking free from them, I landed on my feet, my injuries slowly healing, and my right arm going back to place

I took a deep breath, my eyes closed, before looking ahead, and see the main stage

Y/N: I must say, that was quite the good nap I took. But now that I'm awake...

I popped my neck, then crack my fist

Y/N: I guess I have to apologize for making them worry

I have just enough energy to act like I did against Senti, and only be a support for them

I cannot use more Honkai energy than needed, or else, I might have to bargain quite hard with someone...

I walked into the stage, standing in the middle as all the puppets were gathered

Y/N: So sorry for that, but I forgot to say the fight was actually a BO3, so which means 3 rounds at max

Puppet: Tch! You're so annoying! Such a monster!

Y/N: Blah Blah Blah, you're on repeat here buddy. Find other insults, it's boring now

I smiled, before rushing in, as the puppets did too

One of them jumped at me, as I slided down, before using my hands as a support, and kick it

But before my kick connected, I clapped my hands, as the puppet was exchanged for the core of the Herrscher, hitting it directly

The puppets gasped in pain, before I clapped my hands again, switching places with another puppet, who was hit by the crashing of the other puppets

I blocked a kick, before jumping back, dodging a giant fist coming my way

Another puppet was about to rush at me, as I got ready to counter

But, it was a trap as their thread were ready to catch me, as I clapped my hands, getting back to my first position

Y/N: What's the matter? Won't you try to attack me?

One of the puppet rushed at me, as I smiled, and clapped my hands again

Narrator POV

When Y/N switched, the Herrscher thought he would switch with another puppet, as it would instantly adapt and attack the now switched Y/N

But to their surprise and shock, the one he switched with, was none other than Kiana, who had her fist ready

And with a devastating blow, she landed a Honkai Flash directly to the puppet, sending it flying to the Herrscher of Domination

At her side, Bronya and Fu Hua walked, as they heard footsteps behind

Y/N walked to their side, before tearing off his coat, now in his shirt, smiling

Y/N: Sorry, I overslept a bit

Kiana: You got us worried there

Bronya: Thankfully, the Herrscher of Sentience felt that you were still alive

Fu Hua: She sounded relived too

Y/N: Well, I should thank her later then

HoD: You're do-

Y/N: Shut up we are talking as a team! You're a loner, you're not part of us!

HoD: You damn pest-!

The Herrscher started to attack them instantly

Fu Hua: Watch out for their ranged attack!

Clapping, Y/N instantly put them to safety

Y/N: I handle the defense and support, you 3 do what you do!

All: Yes!

They started to coordinate, attacking the Herrscher puppets, and aiming at the core, who was constantly on the move

It knew Y/N would create something dangerous at the first opening, and so, it took it's precaution

While they attacked them, the Herrscher used one of it's giant fist to attack Kiana, but Fu Hua jumped, and countered with her own

But she was too weak, as her and Kiana got sent away

Y/N managed to clap and save Kiana before she got taken by the Herrscher like Fu Hua

Bronya: Hua!

Kiana: Give me back Hua!

Puppet: Hehehehe! Have some patience, it'll be your turn soon

Soon, the Herrscher tried to capture them like it did with Fu Hua

Y/N was about to clap to put them to safety, before one of the puppet appeard in front of him, it's fist having sparks

Y/N: It's a...Honkai Flash?

The hit connected, as Y/N slided back, as he spat a good ammount of blood, smirking at the Herrscher, breathing heavily

Kiana: Y/N!

Puppet: Even in half a second, you managed to focus all of your Honkai energy into your stomach to less the damage! And to add that, you managed to make sure Kiana isn't captured! How monstruous are you really, Y/N L/N?!

Y/N: That's.... my god damn secret...

The puppet went back to rush at him, ready to finish him off for good this time

Before the puppets could reach him, he smiled, and high fived the puppet, making a clap

And at the same time, he slapped his leg, creating a second clap

And soon, Kiana was teleported instead of Y/N, and the core was teleported instead of the puppet

And before it could teleport away, Kiana punch it at full force

Kiana: Honkai Flash!

Y/N was being taken away by the puppets, as he smiled weakly

Timeskip

Kiana was slowly walking ahead, sword in hands, as the Herrscher spoke

HoD: Kiana, give up

The light turned on, as Kiana could see above her Fu Hua, Bronya and Y/N, hanging on threads, in positions as if their bodies were about to break

Kiana: Bronya... Fu Hua... Y/N....

The puppets gathered around her

HoD: Without the power of a Herrscher, you're only a runt

It moved it's string, tightening the hold on them, as Fu Hua and Bronya groaned

Kiana: Let them go!

HoD: You think big, but act so small

It dislocated the arm of Bronya, as the said one yelped in pain

Kiana: Stop!

She started to fight the puppets, as the Herrscher went on

HoD: You thought your acts were just and kind. But tell me, did they impress anyone but yourself?

Kiana kept fighting, as she was slowly getting overwhelmed

HoD: You can't change the malice in human hearts

As Kiana was about to go and free Y/N, a burst of fire hit her

HoD: You can't change this ugly world. If even Y/N couldn't, how could you do it?

Kiana: Almost... there...

She materialized the spears of the void, as she was slammed on the ground by the puppets

HoD: See?

The spears went to hit the Herrscher, but they were stopped before they could land

HoD: You can't even protect them

In a move, the bodies of Bronya, Fu Hua and Y/N pushed further, as blood got out of their injuries, and an audible crack was heard

Kiana was overwhelmed by the puppets, as she was slowly losing hope....

Before she remembered her

Himeko

Kiana: They never give up. Now it's my turn, to do what I gotta do!

She grasp her sword tightly

Kiana: To tell them that they made...

An explosion happened, pushing away the puppets

Kiana: The right choice!

She was now back standing, holding her sword

Kiana: Are you done?

HoD: What?

Kiana: My turn now. Hope you're fine with that!

Slashing her way through multiple puppets, she stabbed her sword in the mouth of one, before doing a flip, and land on her feet, sliding back

Dodging attacks from the puppets, she slashed at them easily, before dodging bullets aimed at her

HoD: Why do you keep getting up? No amount of struggle can change the result!

Her leg was grasped by something, before a sort of pincer trapped her

The puppets jumped, about to attack Kiana, before they got destroyed by lasers

Bronya: Kiana doesn't care about that, cause she's an idiot! And an idiot, doesn't quit!

At the same time, the gem of the 1st Herrscher installed itself on her sword, near the gem of the 7th Herrscher

Kiana's eye changed, as she used the same power than Bronya, as canons appeard around, aiming at the puppets

Kiana/Bronya: Fire!

Shooting at the puppets, they were now all gone, as only the Herrscher was left

The area changed, as pillars were aimed at her, and at the same time, destroying the canons

Fu Hua: She changed me. She changed many ones. From today, she'll continue to change others

From above, a lot of feathers gathered around, before bursting out, as Kiana got out of it, charging at the Herrscher

Fu Hua: I want to live till that day happens, so

The gem of the 8th Herrscher appeard on her sword, joining the other

Kiana/Fu Hua: We're not stopping here!

On her rush to the Herrscher, she created a tornado of fire, thanks to Fu Hua's ability

HoD tried to stop it with it's giant hands, but they got destroyed

But by using more power, she managed to stop her, and push her back

HoD: Your ideals can never be realized. Because this world has always been ugly!

Kiana: It's not!

An explosion happened, as Kiana was seen in the air, holding her sword, and in a new battlesuit

Kiana: It sure isn't all sunshine and rainbows

The Herrscher tried to attack her, but all of it's attacked got destroyed

Kiana: But there are people who've taught me to never give up! They've been guiding me

Kiana rushed, dodging all of the remaining attacks

Kiana: And showing me all the beautiful things in the world! I love them, and I love what they love!
