Laura had kindly made us supper and once We had helped clean up and put stuff away. It was back to business.

"Ultron took you folks out of play to buy himself time." Nick informed us "My contacts all say he's building something." Lila handed Natasha and I pictures. I thanked her "The amount of vibranium he made off with. I don't think it's just one thing."

"What about Ultron himself?" Steve questioned

"Oh, he's easy to track. He's everywhere, they guys multiplying faster than a catholic rabbit. It still doesn't help us get an angle on any of his plans though." Nick answered

"Is he still going after launch codes?" I wonder

"Yes he is. But he's not making any headway." Nick replied

"I cracked the Pentagon's firewall on a high school dare." And that was saying something so even though I'm glad what was stopping him.

"I contacted our friends at the Nexus about that."

"Nexus?" Steve wondered

"It's the world internet hub in Oslo. Every byte of data flows through there. Fastest access on earth." Banner clarified.

"So what'd they say?" Clint wonders preparing his arrows

"He's fixated on the missiles. But the codes are constantly being changed." Nick answered

"By whom?" Dad questioned as Clint threw a dark right past him. i smirked

"Parties unknown."

"Do we at least have allies, something or someone we can use against him?" I sigh

"Ultron's got an enemy. That's not the same thing. Still I'd pay folding money to know who it is"

"We might need to visit Oslo, find out our unknown" Dad says to me. I shrug

"Well this is good time boss, but I was hoping when I saw you you'd have more than that." Natasha retorts

"I do, I have you. Back when I had eyes everywhere, ears, everywhere else. You kids had all the tech you could dream up. Here we all are, back on earth with nothing but our wit and our will to save the world. Ultron says the Avengers are the only thing between him and his mission and whether or not he admits it, his mission is global destruction. All this laid in a grave. So stand, outwit the platinum bastard."

"Steve doesn't like that kind of talk." Natasha replied and I started giggling

"You know what Romanoff." he gave her a look which made me crack up even more.

"So what does he want?" Nick questions

"To become better, better than us." I say calming myself enough to answer the question and get back to the point at hand.

"Yeah, he keeps building bodies." Steve continued

"Person bodies. The human form is inefficient, biologically speaking we're outmoded. But he keeps coming back to it." Dad added

"When you two programmed him to protect the human race, you amazingly failed." Tasha commented

"They don't need to be protected, they need to evolve." Banner spoke "Ultron's going to evolve."

"How?"

"Has anyone been in contact with Helen Cho?" he questioned

We got ready to leave, I thanked Laura for letting us stay here.

"I'll take Natasha and Clint." Steve says to my Dad now back in his uniform.

"And I have Reign. All right. Strictly recon. We'll hit the nexus and join you as soon as I can" Dad replied as I waited by the door.

"If Ultron's really building a body.."

"He'll be more powerful than any of us. Maybe all of us. An android designed by a robot."

"I really miss when the weirdest thing science ever created was me." Steve replied

"Well you're still pretty weird, in a whole 1940s watch your language kind of way, Cap." I smirked tapping his shoulder.

"I'll drop banner off at the tower." Nick come past putting on his jacket "Do you mind if I borrow Ms Hill.

"She's all your apparently." Dad commented and I rolled my eyes at him.

"What are you gonna do?" Steve questioned

"I don't know, something dramatic, I hope." I chuckle and we all leave
