I walked off the jet after landing in Wakanda. The guard saluted as I made my way over to my Uncle, Aunt and cousins I greeted them, crossing my arms over my chest.

"Uncle, Auntie." Uncle T'Chaka held out his arms and I hugged him, then my Aunt. I grinned at my cousins

"What's up cuz." I laughed

"Dearest Niece, let's adjourn inside." Uncle said and we all made our way in so we could have refreshments.

"We have been informed that you are engaged." Auntie smile softly

"Yes, sorry I didn't tell you, but we were over taken by things with Johannesburg and then Sokovia." I looked down

"Worry not, so when shall we meet your husband to be?" Uncle wondered

"I don't know. We were recently made aware of a bigger evil that might be coming. He's left earth to gather more information on who and when. I hope to have him come a couple of months before the wedding. Till then I am planning it. Please expect invites for you all, of course."

"I already have a few designs for you, you'll look on point, you're man won't know what hit him." Shuri chimed I laughed

"I plan to have a small rehearsal dinner the night before and I can accommodate you."

"Where do you plan on having your wedding cousin?" T'Challa asks me

"Please don't laugh, but In my backyard. It's nice spacious and will accommodate how many I want. I've grown up with big parties and lavish things I don't want one of the most important days in my life to be this big fan fair. Small, intimate, for the two of us. Though not many of his side will come." I began to try and explain what had happened since I was last here. They understood.

Shuri swept me away to talk about my dress, she showed me some designs, I fell in love with the second one, she took my measurements and we looked over the material for the dress and the veil.

"Shuri you are the best designer and fairy cousin ever." We giggled

"Oh I forgot to ask." I calmed down "Would you be my maid of honour?" she stopped and looked at me with her he mouth agape

"Seriously?" I nodded grinning "Of course cuz." she hugged me

Pepper and I sat at the table. Going over the wedding plans, currently we were talking about wedding invites.

"Wait have you done all the legal stuff?" She questioned

"Yep, Due to his service in the Avenger he's been given residence as a citizen of earth." I replied

"I've booked the DJ for the evening and the band for the ceremony, you need to meet with them at some point to discuss what kind of music and if you want him to take the lead of MC as well. We have a meeting with caterer, have you thought about what you want?"

"A big spread, most of it will be eaten by Volstagg when he shows up, plan for like five hundred with him, he can put it away." I chuckle "Mixture of meats, pastas, I want a buffet style, it seems less complicated that having to plan for groups, they can chose."

"My two girls are hard at work. What part of the wedding of the decade are we at?" Dad came by looking over the crowded table.

"It's not even that big of a wedding, 100 people The first two rows are for the family and avengers. The Warriors three and Lady Sif count as family to Thor."I turned to him "I need your help, will you come cake tasting with us. I need a male opinion" He sighed going to say no but then I pouted, I saw him cave.

"Of course sweetheart." I grin

"Thank you, Daddy."

I was back in Wakanda for a dress fitting. I winced as Shuri somehow kept stabbing me with pins.

"Will you stop jumping?" she scolded

"I would if you stop jabbing me with the pins." I retort.

"Shuri, what are you doing to your cousin." Auntie came in with a small smile to me, but a slightly scolding look to her daughter.

"There." I turned to face the mirror, I covered my mouth. It was beautiful.

"Shuri...you've outdone yourself. It's beautiful, it really is." I hugged her then turned back around to admire the dress.

"Oh one more thing." she fixed the veil on and I had an idea of the entire look.

---2 months before the wedding---

i had called for Thor to return yesterday. I now stood talking with Steve when there was a gust of light and wind from the bifrost. I smiled and turned there he stood in all his glory. I ran over to embrace him.

"I missed you."

"As did I my love." we kissed then parted, he greeted Steve before informing us of what he had found.

The next day I took him for the final confirmation of what I already had planned. Right now i was having him test the cake that I had picked

"Here." I fed it too him.

"Humm, very nice what is it? Is there anymore?" He questioned taking another bite

"Chocolate cake with buttercream. This is the cake we'll have the best will be given the same but in cupcake form."

"I think we should have a large cake made from this deliciousness." he stated

"You think so, big cakes can be complicated, That and I think Volstagg might want to eat the lot before anyone else has a chance." I thanked the waiter. Thor laughed

"That is true, but I think we should still do the big cake." I shrugged and would make the amendment. We talked about the service and the food, everything I had planned while he was away.

"You have done a marvellous job, my love."

"Why thank you."

------Wedding Day-----

Today was the day. The past six months had all been leading up to this moment and this day. My Uncle, Aunt and cousins had arrived yesterday meeting Thor, Dad and Pepper. This morning Volstagg, Fandrell, Hogun and Lady Sif arrived in their Asguardian finery. I was in my room with Shuri, and my other two bridesmaids my best friends from school Angie and Lena. There was a knock on my door.

"It's the father of the bride. Is she decent?" came Dad's voice. I chuckled as Shuri fixed my veil on and Angie got the door.

"Oh, sweetheart, you look...words cannot describe how you look." I could see he was trying not to cry. "Your Mom would have been so proud."

"Dad you're gonna make me cry." I hugged him.

"Now I gave the hurt my girl speech a few times in the past couple of years but I told him again I would hunt him down and invent new ways to hurt him if he ever hurt you." I laughed and shook my head. my Human Dad vs demi-God soon to be husband. I'm sure they've already had this conversation down, but My Dad, being himself I don't think he would ever stop with that speech.

"Some people might want to change you because your the most embarrassing Dad, me, personally think they're all insane." He gave a big grin.

"Are you ready?" He wondered

"Of course." He held out his arm and i took it, the others left before me and were waiting at the exit to the back. I came downstairs on my fathers arm, there were a few clicks from the photographer. The doors opened and the music began. Dad escorted me out and down the aisle. Thor waited at the end but didn't turn around tis I stood next to him, I saw tears ushers.

"Dearly beloved we are gathered here in the sight of the gods to join this man and this woman in holy matrimony... Do you Thor Odinson take the Reign Maria Stark to be your wife?"

I do." Thor answered and he friends let out a huge cheer making us laugh.

"Reign Maria Stark do you take the Thor Odinson to be thy husband?"

"I do." the warriors three cheered loudly once more as we began to make our promises and exchanged vows with one another. The three men sat there quietly for the rest of the ceremony before...

"You may now kiss your bride." Thor took my by the waist and kissed me before dipping me down and pulling me back up to the cheers of our family and friends.

The wedding breakfast went as expected Volstagg tried to out eat everyone. Thor had to tell him to wait until the other guests had guttering what they wanted before he even thought of stepping near the food and drink. Dad speech had me in tears because he talked about Mum and how he wished she was here to see the woman I had become. That really did set me off. The first dance was like walking on cloud nine only for it soon to be my father daughter dance which of course we did in Stark style. There was no other way to do it.
