The horn bellows throughout Polis signifying the start of the conclave. Me and Bellamy share a look as we faintly hear shouts from below the tower. In front of us were thirteen lit torches each representing the thirteen different clans. We were told when one of the warriors died they would put out the flame and that would mean the end for that nation. There were a few people here from each clan, each of us praying it wouldn't be our flame put out first or at all. Not even twenty minutes have passed when Gaia, the flamekeeper and Indra's daughter walks in from the balcony.

"Gael kom Ingranronakru, yu gonplei ste odon." The other flamekeeper puts out their flame and then walks down the row. My heart pounds harder in fear of him putting out our flame, I don't know if it was more because I didn't want Octavia to die or because it meant we all were going to.

"Please don't be her." Bellamy says under his breath and grabs my hand in his, I squeeze to try to comfort him. I sigh in relief once the flamekeeper puts out the torch next to ours. But then I realize who is out of the game. Trikru. I look to Indra and she looks scared and shocked, Gaia as well as she looks at her mom. She walks to her and Gaia lunges at her to hug her. Indra has tears in her eyes as Gaia quietly sobs. I bite my lip and look away. It hits me hard when I realize that it's not just Indra I care about from Trikru. Mikel and Eliza. The sudden urge to find them overcomes me. I try to release my grip from Bellamy's but he holds on.

"What are you doing?" He questions me.

"I have to find Mikel and Eliza." I plead.

"They could be anywhere, it's not exactly safe right now to be wondering off." He explains as Kane walks up to us.

"He's right, Taylor. Once everyone starts to learn of each kru being eliminated it's going to be chaos." Kane comments and I huff.

"What am I suppose to do? They just...their not..." I try to string my words together but the a wave of emotion hits me and my head gets clouded.

"Hey, we'll find them when this is over. We'll be saying goodbyes or..." Bellamy trails off and shakes his head as if trying to rid the thought from his head.

"Let's go watch our doom unfold then." I sigh and we walk out on the balcony. Kane rotates the binoculars between us three as we watch two people fighting in the open.

"Have you seen Octavia?" I ask Gaia considering she's been out here longer than us. She shakes her head.

"Good, maybe she's following the plan to stay hidden until the last one is left." Kane states and looks through the binocular. After he's done he hands it to Bellamy. I faintly see a man running before he falls to the ground from what I can make out to be an arrow.

"Blue Cliff didn't have a bow and arrow, she had two swords." Bellamy says confusion all over his face.

"So? She could have picked them up." Kane shrugs. Bellamy shakes his head and suddenly I realize what's happening.

"Echo." We both say at the same time and Kane looks confused.

"We have to stop her." Bellamy says as we start to walk back inside with Kane on our tails.

"How do you know it's Echo? It could be anyone." Kane tries to reason with us as we enter the hallway.

"We know it's her. Ice Nation has two people on their side, that's cheating and I won't let my sister die." Bellamy stops and turns to face Kane.

"We could die either way, Kane." I say. He contemplates and then sighs.

"I know, I know. But...just wait until dark so no one will see you guys."

"Taylor's not going." Bellamy states. I roll my eyes.

"Not this again. Bellamy, I'm gonna need you to stop trying to make decisions for me. Also, it's better if I go too so we can watch each others backs. " He looks like he's about to question me again until I give him a look and he quickly stops.

"Okay, okay."

"Wait!" I push Bellamy against the wall as a flamekeeper passes the alley we're in. We stay quiet until he's out of sight and then we walk across the opening and to the other side. He nudges me and nods his head to my right. I look up and see someone with a mask looking out the window. Echo.

We look around to make sure no one else is coming and we crouch towards the building she was in. Once we get inside I cover Bellamy's back as he leads us. He puts his hand up telling me to wait once we get to a doorway, there's some noise and when Bellamy peeks in an arrow is whizzing toward him. He backs up just in time and then enters and tackles Echo to the floor before she could load another arrow. She struggles to get him off and then he places his hands around her throat. Before I know it a figure is passing me and kicking Bellamy off of Echo. Roan. He holds his sword up to Bellamy.

"I should've know you three couldn't stay away." Roan grits.

"We're here to stop her." Bellamy motions towards Echo and Roan puts his sword down.

"Explain yourself."

"I did this to help save our people." Echo pleads with him. I can clearly see how much she idolizes Roan, she'd do anything for him.

"I will not cast aside honor for power." Roan tells her.

"No one has to know." She says and I can't help but snort at that. They all look my way and I shrug.

"You misunderstood. I will not allow your dishonor to give luna an advantage and you will not shame our clan ever again. You are azgeda no more and when I win this conclave make no mistake, there will be no room for you in that bunker." I want to interject and say that he won't win this thing but the look on Echo's face is too good so I stay quiet.

"Now get off this battle sight without being seen or know that you are the death of our people." He motions for her to leave and she walks away with tears in her eyes.

"Y'know, Roan, I kind of like you." I can't help but smile. Echo being put in her place by her king was very entertaining.

"How much would you like me if I called a scout? Octavia would be dead and your people would die too." He states holding up his sword to us both.

I roll my eyes, "you suck the fun out of everything."

He actually smiles and puts the sword down.

"You're right, that wouldn't be too much fun." He says.

"Go on, I want to have a little talk with Bellamy." Roan adds. I eye him curiously and look to Bellamy, he nods. I bite my lip before walking out.

Once I make it back into the tower with some close calls I head back up to the top. Once I'm in I look around for Kane but before I can find him I see Liza and Mikel. I rush over to them and once they see me coming they wrap me into a hug.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." I don't know what else to say, their kru didnt make it.

"Taylor, it's not your fault." Eliza says as I pull away from them. Her eyes are watery and it makes my heart break, how can we just keep them out of the bunker like this?

"Octavia is fighting bravely." Mikel motions to the two torches that are left, Luna's and Octavia's. It's only been twenty minutes, did Roan seriously die that fast?

Before I could say anything the doors to the room are being opened and in walks Octavia all bloody. Everyone goes silent. I knew she'd win but this, this is different. It's real. She walks up to Gaia and hands her the chains of the people she has killed.

"Octavia kom skaikru is victorious. The crypt of the first commander belongs to her people." Gaia states. I grab Liza's hand in mine and she gives me a sad smile.

"No." Octavia states.

"I wasn't fighting for Skaikru, I thought I was fighting for me but that wasn't it either. I was fighting for us all." I share a look with Eliza and Mikel who seemed to be just as confused as I am.

"We will share the bunker. We are one kru. We will survive primfaya together. Ogeda." I don't think I can say this was totally unexpected considering octavia has always played both sides of skaikru and Trikru just as I have. This was a solution for us all, almost. This meant most of us from each clan could live but how the hell would we decide who gets to live from each clan?

I shake the thoughts and walk towards Octavia. She sees me and stumbles towards me, I quickly grab her to hold her up.

"Lincoln would be so proud of you." I tell her and she nods with tears in her eyes.

"There won't be enough room to share, Octavia." Kane says coming out of nowhere.

"It's unity day, Kane." She pauses and looks around, "where is my brother?" I look around too now worried that he isn't here. The conclave is over, he should've been right behind me.

"The bunker." Octavia says in realization and she calls over a few guards along with Indra and Gaia. Me and Kane follow them.

"Where's the rest of your people, Kane?" Indra asks accusingly to Kane as we rush to get to the bottom floor.

"Wait, what are you even saying? What's going on?" I ask.

She ignores me as we finally get to the bottom floor and we rush into the room with the bunker. Kane tries to open it but it won't open.

"It's locked." He says. That's when I realize what's going on.

"Skaikru betrayed us all." Indra states.

"No..." I shake my head. Bellamy wouldn't do that, he wouldn't leave his sister out here, he wouldn't leave me out here. Hell, he wouldn't do that to his people.

My eyes flutter open, the last thing I remember was trying to get back to the tower and then it was all just black. I sit up and realize I'm in a room, a room from the bunker. Clarke and Jaha are talking to one another when Clarke notices me.

"What the hell is going on?" I question her as I stand up.

"Bellamy, it was the only way..."

"What the hell are you talking about?" I question her.

"We couldn't risk Luna winning. If she won, no one would survive." I shake my head at her words.

"Octavia had a chance! She could have won!" I yell.

"Or she could not have." Jaha speaks. I glare at him.

"I'm sorry, Bellamy." Clarke states.

"For what?"

"We locked the doors, our people are in here already." She explains. My eyes widen and I run my hand through my hair.

"What about Taylor? Octavia? Kane?" I ask praying that they're at least in here before I start to come up with a plan.

"We sent people to retrieve you all but they were only able to grab you in time." I feel my heart clench and I shake my head.

"No..." This is not happening. They can't be serious.

"Hey, I heard commotion." Abby enters then looks around, "where's Kane?"

"He's not here. I'm sorry." Jaha tells her.

"Give me your radio, he has his." She says. Jaha looks hesitant but Clarke lifts up the table in front of her to reveal a screen.

"They can say goodbye." Clarke explains to Jaha. I ignore her comment and walk around the table with Abby. I turn on some things and suddenly I hear Taylor's voice.

"Can anyone hear me? Hello?" She says.

"Taylor!" I say into the radio.

"Bellamy? Oh god, what's going on?" She sounds scared and I glare at Clarke. Taylor is her friend too. I don't understand how she can do this.

"I'm fixing it, don't worry." I say into the radio cause it's all I can say at this point.

"Octavia won. " I take a deep breath, Octavia is alive.

"But she offered to share the bunker, one hundred people from each kru." Of course she did, I shouldn't expect anything less from my sister.

"Okay, hold on tight, I promise ill fix this." I tell her.

"We don't have much time. If the other clans find out that skaikru stole the bunker, we're all dead." Her words make my blood turn cold. The thought of losing her or Octavia makes me dizzy.

"Listen-" I go to speak But Jaha snatches the radio away from me and disconnects the transmission.

"Time's up." He says.

"I'm opening that door, if you want to stop me you're gonna have to kill me." I say. Miller and another two guards enter the room and surround me. I quickly take on the one closest to me and another one tries to grab at me. I'm almost stuck in their hold but I'm able to squirm out. Once I do I'm getting tazed by one of the other guards. A metal taste fills my mouth and I shake from the shock. I quickly take in a deep breath and try to relax. My body is still a little weak as they pick me up and handcuff me. I start to struggle and shout but they only pull me harder out of the room. They practically drag me down hallways and into a room.I try to get away again but one of the guards punches me making me hit the floor. They quickly chain my cuffs to a metal bar and I start to yank.

"No! Stop! Let me go!" I try but they ignore me and walk out. I can't believe Miller was in on this. I keep shouting and tugging until my wrists start to bleed and tears start to fall. Taylor and Octavia are going to die.

"Bellamy! Stop, you're just hurting yourself worse!" Murphy walks in, I'm a little shocked but I push that aside and stand up.

"Murphy, you have to help me. Please." I beg.

"I can't do that." He shakes his head.

"Taylor and Octavia are out there!" I try and he looks away.

"Taylor has been a friend to you, Murphy. She cares for you. Hell, she tried to stop me from pushing that crate from under you so long ago." I can tell he looks guilty, we both know that him and Taylor are friends now. We both know he cares for her too.

"I know you told her to say yes to me..." I say recalling that Taylor told me Murphy gave her the extra nudge to talk to me after I asked her to marry me.

"So?" Is his weak reply.

"So you care. It's Taylor, it's hard not to care. Please, Murphy." I think I'm getting through to him, he looks almost as if he's debating it. He shakes his head and then looks over to me.

"I'm sorry." He says and then walks away.

"Murphy! Don't do this! She's gonna die out there! Please!" Tears are threatening to spill and my throat starts to close up as I try to choke back a sob.

Life without Taylor would be no life worth living, I need to open that door.

Bellamy POV?! Omg! I figured you guys deserved it after the wait I've put you through. I'm a procrastinator and even when I really want to write stuff gets in the way.
