It was the engagement.
Ragini was ready in same white lehenga,which she trialed on shop.
And have left her hair open and places the dupatta on her head with a beautiful maangteeka.
And long earrings.
Which she was feeling heavy since it was the beautician sent by sujatha she couldn't deny.

Sonu was standing beside her.and she was sad.
Ragini:kya hua sonu?
Sonu just goes from there being upset.
Ragini just smiles.

While here Sanskar getting ready and he was too confused.he don't want to lose Ragini but after his family's perceptions...he was just tensed.he didn't got the courage to speak then,he knew his mom would have definitely cancelled the wedding with some piece of hurtful words to Ragini's parents.

Can this be hidden forever?if it could then he would be the happiest.
But what if they gets to know about this from the third person? Then everything will be ruined.

Ragini wanted him to reject with some other reason and not to insult her parents.
He closes his eyes:if everything have reached till now then God you have to give me the courage to defend this.i cannot just say this to my family now because the result would be not good.but if I don't say this then also....
His heart was beating abnormally.he wanted to calm himself.

Sanskar:i would just go according to the situation now.now it's upon you God.
He just calmed himself.

Laksh knocks the door:bhaai how much time you will take,we have to go today only.
Sanskar opens the door with a smile.
Laksh:ahem ahem..so planning to flat my bhabhi.
Sanskar:yes but i know she won't but i will..
And they laughs.

While here sonu meet up with the kids group.
Sonu: I don't want Ragini miss to marry someone else than neerav sir.
Sonu's friend meetu:me too.
Other kids too nods.
Sonu:i saw in tv,bride couldn't go to engagement and the groom goes from there saying he won't marry.
Meetu:but miss is ready for engagement..
Sonu thinks:idea!!

Ragini was sitting in front of the mirror.
The changes which brought in her life was something unexpected to her.today it's the engagement and in 5 days it's the marriage.
She just couldn't believe all this.she have never expected this day in her life.someone like Sanskar would enter her life.
Though it was not possible,if she had met Sanskar long back....
And she gets confused of the thought she got now.

Just then Sonu comes there.
Sonu:miss..
Ragini sees her and smiles.
Sonu:meetu fell down and she is crying now.
Ragini:where is meetu?
Sonu:she is not listening to anyone and now crying.
Ragini:where is she show me?
She goes along with Sonu.

When janki comes:Ragini where are you going?they might be here anytime.
Sonu fears the janki might stop her.
Ragini:meetu is hurt she have fell down somewhere.i will just check on her and come.
Janki smiles and nods.

Sonu drags ragini outside the hall(it's a wedding hall the venue of engagement)
Some neighbors meet her and talk to her.
Sonu gets irritated.

And soon takes her to the basement where no one was there.
Ragini:you know right here there is no one gonna come then why did you play here.
Sonu:we played.

And takes her to the room.
Ragini:where is meetu?
And sonu quickly goes out and closes the door and locks it.
Ragini shocked:sonu!!
She goes to the door and knocks it:sonu why did you lock the door.
All kids joins sonu:we won't let you go anywhere.
Ragini:sonu open the door now.
She knocks the door.

Kids just goes and stood near the steps on basement so that no one comes there.

Ragini knocks the door continuously:meetu open the door please.
She call the kids but they just didn't reply to her.
Ragini gets tensed.

While Sanskar's family have already come.
Janki to sonu:where is Ragini?
Sonu:miss went back to room 10 minutes back only.
Janki smiles.

Sujatha:janki ji bring Ragini.
Uthra:i am impatient to see my bhabhi.
Janki smiles and nods.

Meetu:where is the groom?
Sonu looks around and points:there he is..

Here Ragini knocks the door and she knew nobody else gonna listen since basement isn't booked and no one gonna come there.
She again knocks:sonu please open the door.

While here janki doesn't find Ragini in the roon.
She search her but still doesn't find her.
She gets worried.

Ragini knocks the door.
Voice:Ragini..
She turns and finds Sanskar there..
Sanskar:what happened...
And he then notice her,she was looking extremely beautiful and he was mesmerised by her beauty.
Ragini:woh door.

Sanskar:what happened to door?
Ragini: it's locked.
He smiles:really?
She looks at him being confused.
Sanskar realises what he said and closes his eyes tight turning a little and mutters within himself:shit sanskar
And faces her with serious expression:i mean how can the door get locked.

Ragini gets tensed.
He moves to the door and tries to open the door, don't know why in this situation he wanted to smile and laugh: it's really locked.
He smiles widely but soon changes his expression.

He then faces her:what are you doing here?it was open when i came here, how did this door got locked..?
Ragini explains about kids locked the door.
Sanskar:but why they did like that?
Ragini: actually...
She was hesitant to say.
While he he was adoring her with a smile once she looks at him he immediately looks other side like thinking something deeply.

Ragini:we should go now everyone would be searching for us!
Sanskar:you have phone?
She nods in no.
Sanskar shows his phone which is blinking and blinking as the battery is critically low and shuts down.
Ragini:what will we do now?
Sanskar:i think we are stuck until someone don't search us.

He turns and smiles..
As once he came to pick the mobile where he parked his car in basement.
Searching for the network he reached the room.
He was thinking only that whether Ragini will be destined to him or not and he heard her.
And he thought that's the big sign.

Ragini knocks the door: Sonu..
He turns:you didn't tell me why they locked me here?does that mean they knew i was here?
Ragini nods in no: actually..they didn't wanted me to get married?
Sanskar shocked: why?
She remembers sonu's words.
Ragini just kept silent.

While here janki tells Shekar of Ragini being missing.she asks the kids again they too reply as don't know.
Both of them gets tensed.and thinks to look for her when sujatha interrupts:where is Ragini janki ji?or is that you are hiding sonething from us?
Both looks at each other.

Kids were seeing Laksh thinking him to be Groom.
Laksh sees them as from past few minutes they were glaring him.

Laksh:ae baccha party aap log mujhe ghoor kyu rahe ho?
He was about to move but ends up losing his grip and was about to fall.
And a girl(played by Vrushika Mehta) holds him in nick of time.

Kids gets disappointed as they ties his shoelaces so that he falls down.he just get irritated and go from there.

Laksh was lost in the girl and she was looking at him in same intense.
He stands straight:Thankyou.
She smiles: pleasure well i think you should learn to tie the shoelaces.
Laksh looks at his shoes.
Girl:and please..
Laksh looks at her confused.
And she shows her hand which he is holding.

Sujatha:what happened?
Janki:woh woh...Ragini..
Sujatha: that's what i am asking where is she?
Shekar:Ragini is not in room..
Sujatha:what?

Here Ragini was tensed.
Sanskar: don't worry Ragini.someone might come here searching for us!

Here the news of bride being missing just spreads ear to ear.
Lady:sujatha.didn't you just try to know the background.who knows kisike saath ghul khila rahi ho?
Sujatha looks on.
Another lady: today's girls are like this only portraying as Goddess and see..

Girl to laksh: what's happening there?
He shrug his shoulder in confusion.
Both moves there.and gets to know what happened.

Girl to janki:aunty did you check properly?
Janki looks at her.
Lady:arey..if girl is not here only then why checking?
She just ignores their comment:aunty..her phone..
Janki: it's in her room.
Girl:she may here only somewhere stuck.

Lady:lo ji..jab ladki bhaag gayi ho usko dhoondke kya faaida?she wantedly left her phone so that no one connect her.

Laksh looks around and doesn't find Sanskar and himself:where did this bhaai go now?
He moves away and calls him which is switched off.

And the girl goes around and search Ragini.
She sees kids.
Girl:did you see the bride anywhere?
Kids nods in no.
She was about to go but she got doubt on their reaction.

She sees the stairs to basement and was about to go.
Sonu:Ragini miss didn't went there.
She looks at then:how do you know that?
Sonu:we are standing here only.
Girl:still i want to search..
She goes while kids fears.

Here Ragini:no one came here till now..
Sanskar knocks the door:koi hai?
He knocks continuously while Ragini was tensed.
Girl listens the voice.and she moves towards that room and opens the door.
And finds Sanskar and Ragini.
Girl:you are the bride?
Ragini just nods.
Girl: there's going hungama.come fast..
Ragini goes with her and Sanskar follows them.

Soon they reach.
And everyone sees Ragini.
Sujatha was turned to the side of negativity filled by the guests.
Sujatha bit angrily:where did you go?
Gitl:aunty..
Sujatha:i asked Ragini..

Sanskar:i will say..
Everyone looks at him.
Sujatha:sanskar don't come in middle..
Lady:yes..Sanskar beta you don't need to marry the girl who went missing on her engagement only.see how she is silent,such a characterless girl she is..
Ragini was silent,everyone are accusing and blaming her and she couldn't utter a word out of fear.
Sanskar just looks at her as didn't said a word justifying her.

Sanskar:i am not coming in the middle mom i am into this..because i and Ragini were locked in the room in basement.(faces the ladies)before you tag something else then i want to make it clear that it was a coincidence.
Girl:yeah it was true someone had locked them from outside at a room of basement.

Sanskar:and I can't believe you too..before asking for Ragini did you see where i was?
(And faces the lady):even i was also missing means from half an hour i was also locked in the room didn't you think to see where is the Groom? I don't know how these cheap mentality grow and some people just listen to them judging.
Sujatha looks at him,she definitely knew he said it to her though he didn't took her name.
Sanskar:to blame someone is easy but from next time just think before you say about someone else. And also think that you are also a lady or you are also having sisters and daughter.if someone blames this then what you will feel?so try to talk and solve then doing a drama here.
He just hinted it to his own mother who was guilty for listening those outsider's words.
While the girl claps being proud of his words but soon stops feeling the gazes around her.

Ragini just looks at him she was surprised the way he took stand for her,which she lost within herself after the bitter past.

He angrily storms from there.
Laksh tries to stop him:bhaai please..

While few of the guest just leaves from there who felt insulted of Sanskar's words.
And the other who were agreeing to sanskar stayed and talks with Sujatha.

Janki takes her to the room.
And locks the door
Ragini was in tears.
Janki:why didn't you defend yourself Ragini,till how much you will listen..
Ragini looks at her:mom am i not a characterless?
Janki looks on..
Ragini:whatever they said that's true about me then how would i am supposed to defend myself?do you think my tongue would have supported me?no mom.the truth is... i am characterless.
She cries.
Janki too cries.

Ragini:i am such a horrible daughter one could get,i just had lost my mind that forgetting all my limits i just..
Shekar had stood outside the door and listening them.
Ragini:am such a bad daughter and still you are supporting me.
Janki cries.
Ragini:till the day i live you have to just live in shame only.it was better if you had let me die that day only.aur ab sanskar ji ke parivaar ke liye bhi mein ek kalank hi rahungi.please maa... I can't take this anymore.
Shekar knocks the door.

Janki quickly wipes the tears and opens the door and sees Shekar.
Shekar sees Ragini who was crying sitting on the bed.
Shekar moves to her:Ragini..
He looks at her

Flashback..

Shekar had put Ragini out of the house once all the bitter incident happened.
With this Ragini had jumped to the river to end her life but some people saved have and took her to the hospital.
When shekar and janki got to know about this,they went to her.
And later decided to leave the place and shift to new place.and then Ragini revealed actually he had forced her but she didn't say it since their marriage was fixed and weak part of her heart was she was in love with him. The biggest mistake she committed was letting taking the advantage of her innocence and hiding it from her parents!

Flashback ends.

Shekar cups her face: it's his bad luck that he couldn't have you in his life.haan..maana ki hogayi galti tumse that you didn't revert back to him for his deeds neither you didn't tell us what happened to you... but don't call yourself as Characterless.there is very less people like the character you are having anyone won't spend their earnings to the poor kids studies. You were there for us when we thought only a son could do this but you proved us wrong.you took the responsibility of the home when i literally fall ill. Though whatever the world says but i would be always proud of you.
She hugs him for the priceless belief of her father on her.

Shekar:and please tell me clearly Ragini what you want? We will do exactly like that..
Ragini looks at him.

Here Sanskar was frustrated,he knew he was bit rude but the situation made him to..
Laksh:bhaai please calm down.
Sanskar:guess if i was not with Ragini,then even you would have said something.
Laksh was silent may be Sanskar was right with this.he might have accused her too.
Sujatha comes there:Sanskar..
He looks at her:i am sorry mom for not controlling my tone but i am not sorry for whatever i said.
Sujatha:i know.i am sorry for that i just didn't thought twice.
Laksh:mom we will talk this later let's do the engagement.already it was so much that i think we should stop this here and continue for what we are!!
Sujatha: I don't know how would i meet their eyes.i shouldn't have spoke like that!!
Sanskar: let's go and talk to them and sought it out.

Uthra comes there:maa..
Her tone was stating some worries.

And they goes in only to find Ragini in changed clothes.she was wearing simple cotton salwar.
Sujatha:shekar bhaai sahab...
Shekar:no Sujatha ji.please let's stop this here.
They gets shocked. Sanskar looks at Ragini who had bent her head.
Sujatha:i am sorry for whatever happened..please keep yourself in my place it was just a immediate..
Shekar smiles and interrupts:we are not disappointed with you, it was just that we felt this shouldn't go further.
Sujatha: let's sit and talk.. Janki ji at least...
Janki:no sujatha ji, let's think that it was only till here.
Shekar:may be there is something in us that we couldn't share it to you.please we will take our leave now.
Sujatha gets confused of what they are talking.

Sanskar guessed what might have happened after shekar's words.
Janki:sujatha ji we will pray that Sanskar will definitely get a good girl.
Shekar smiles at sanskar:Thankyou for taking a stand to Ragini which we couldn't!
Sanskar didn't reply.
They moves passing by them.

Kabhi gardishon ka maara

Ragini feels his gaze but didn't even dare to look at him once.and she prays within herself :may be this is our last meet but you are a good.. actually there won't be a specific word to describe his goodness.i truly wish that you get a girl you deserve.The one who is perfect for you.

She passes by him.
He close his eyes,how just the half an hour changed the result!!
They should have been engaged by now.but everything's just...

Though his heart clutched.he didn't got the courage to stop her.
Strange...thought he wanted to stop her he couldn't her.
