Jess's life was going down hill. First her parents got lost,then her pet pig died, and now her brother has cancer! They didn't give Jesse the medicine because he wanted to fight through it but his condition was getting worse. Jess cried and she ran upstairs to the bathroom and grabbed a razor blade. She held it against her arm and cut herself mulitple times until she felt better. Jess then got a coat and put it on to hide her cuts. She then went outside to vist her brother in the hospital. While she was walking she bumped into Romeo. "Jess? You going to see your brother?" Romeo asked. Jess nodded and started to walk off. Then Romeo grabbed he left arm which had the cuts and Jess let out a painfilled yell. Romeo let go of Jess. "D-Did I hurt you???" Romeo asked with worry in his eyes. "No you didn't..." Jess then kept walking. Romeo then grabbed Jess's right arm. "Why are you wearing a coat? It's like 88 degrees out. Here I'll take it off for you." Romeo says and starts taking off Jess's coat. Jess struggled but by the time she got free Romeo had already taken her coat off and he was now looking at her arm tearing up. "J-Jess!? Wh-What did y-you do to yourself!?" Romeo asked starting to cry. "Nobody cares about me! Nobody loves me! If I was gone nobody would care!" Jess shouted and Romeo stares at Jess. "J-Jess I care about you...I would care if you were gone..." Romeo took a deep breathe before saying the last part. "I love you..." He said shyly and Jess stared at him. "...you...love me?.." Jess asked. Romeo nodded shyly. Then Romeo kissed Jess on the lips. Jess was shocked but then she grabbed Romeo and pulled him closer. Romeo wrapped his arms around Jess and she did the same. After awhile Jess kissed Romeo back and tears started pouring out of her eyes. After 3 minutes the kiss was broken. They were both panting and Jess looked into Romeo's eyes and he looked back into hers. "Jess...please promise me that you will never try abd cut yourself again..." Romeo told her basically begging. "Ok Romeo...but only for you..." Jess said. Romeo hugged her then they went to see Jesse in the hospital who was actaully doing alot better. At first Petra and Jesse did not like the idea at all of Jess and Romeo being a couple but after awhile they both got used to it but they still didn't like it. Alot of people judged Jess about her choice but they didn't care what anyone else thought because toghether they always felt happy and nothing could ever serprate them.
