Soon, the examination kicked off, the students were addressed by the supervisors on how to comport themselves in the examination hall. They were thoroughly searched before entering the hall, the questions papers were shared and all the students started writing. The supervisors started going round the hall and that made the teachers afraid, luck ran out of Fati as nothing was brought inside the hall (expo!) #wink.They all lost hope and didn't know what to do, at a time, some police men came into the hall to check the students,that was how the examination lasted.
Three months after the examination,Fati became pregnant for Isah,her parents found out when she woke up one morning vomiting, the result of the laboratory test confirmed that she was pregnant. "Who is responsible for this?" her father asked, "I don't know" Fati replied. "What do you mean?"her father growled,"it's Isah" Fatima said. "Who is Isah"her mother asked," my boyfriend".
"Heeii!" her mother shouted and fell down on the floor and started crying, her father became speechless and ashamed of himself. Soon the news of Fatima's pregnancy spread round the village like a wild fire and she was later forced to marry Isah. Larai also became pregnant but she didn't know who is responsible for it.
The result of the W.A.E.C for Al-Azan college Lokoja,Nigeria came out and it was very good. The students whose result were not cancelled performed very well only few students failed the examination,those who failed include Fatima,Larai,Lami and Ladi. Hussaina and her friends passed very well,they were all glad at their results.
They Sat for the JAMB examination and passed, they got admissions into various universities that they filled in the JAMB form as their first choice.

Fatima became a petty trader so as to meet up with the family needs, one day she was coming back from the market when she saw her former friend Hussaina who had graduated as a medical doctor.Hussaina was passing in her BMW, could this be the Fatima I know or somebody else that resemble her?,she was looking much older than her age, Hussaina wind down the glass of her car to know whether it is Fatima and to her greatest surprise,it's the Fatima she knew.
"Fatima, so it is you actually?" Hussaina could not believe her eyes but all the same it is Fati,she was greatly surprised as Hussaina came out of her car and they embraced each other."Fati how are you "Hussaina asked, after they exchanged pleasantries Fatima kept quiet for a while before she sighed and told Hussaina all that happened and how she became pregnant for Isah.
" Hussaina you see where I have ended my life ",Fati said in a gloomy voice" it's okay "Hussaina said, what of Lami?"
she tried to abort the pregnancy but died in the process #too bad Fati explained "what of Larai your madam"," that one she also became pregnant but did not know who is responsible, because she was jumping from one man to another"Fatima said, "what of Ladi? Hussaina asked " I have not heard anything about her".
"What of Hauwa ?" Fati aakef,"I saw her last week,she was coming back from the meeting she had with the state government"Hussaina said. "Do you mean she is now a politician?" Fatima asked surprised, "what of Aisha" Fati asked "she is now a pharmacist and Maryam is working in one of the specialist hospitals as a nurse.........
