"Lillian?" I asked,looking up.

I didn't expect to meet her here this time of the day. It's late. Besides, it's not like I have time to talk to her anyway. I'm too angry at the moment.

She nodded her head and smiled.
"Hey Garroth! Long time no see huh?" She said, innocently.

I smiled weakly and looked out the window, ignoring her. Seriously, I don't have time for this. She can appear and disappear in any time in my life for all I care. Even if we didn't see each other for years the scar she left on me is still there.

"Oh, ignoring me huh?" She said, sitting down in front of me.

"Look, I know that you're still angry for what happened before. I'm sorry...I shouldn't have done that." She said,sadly. I took a sip from my latte and faced her.

"Yeah, you should've not done that." I snapped. She sighed audibly and took a sip from her coffee.

"I'm serious...sorry..."

I rolled my eyes and finished off my latte. She came here to say sorry? As if that could help.

"Okay. But that doesn't mean we could be friends. I loved you, you know? I trusted you, you broke it. I can't accept it right away" I said. Not meeting her gaze.

She broke me. In the worst way possible. While we were together she cheated on me with Zane. I mean, it could be anybody else! Why does it have to be my brother? It just... It's so frustrating and sad at the same time.

"It's okay..." She stated. I nodded my head and stood up to walk to the park.

"Wait." She grabbed my wrist. I turned to look at her.

Her eyes still had that spark.

"What?" I asked monotonously. She looked at the ground and bit her lower lip. As if she's hesistating to say it.

You're flirting skills aren't working on me, stupid.

I rolled my eyes and as I was about to pull my wrist away she looked at me with pleading eyes.

"Can I...go with you?"

Third Person's POV

As Aphmau and Laurence were sleeping on the bed,unknowingly wrapping each other's arms on each other, a black figure appeared.

It climbed the tree beside Aphmau's room and looled throught the window.

The figure gasped as it saw the two sleeping peacefully close to each other. It let out a small laugh and took out it's phone.

"This was way too easy than we thought. We thought it would take 7 months and 16 days but this was way more faster than expected" The figure said as it took a picture.

It took another one and zoomed it in to clearly see that it was Aphmau and Laurence.

It snirked as it tucked the phone inside it's pocket.

"This was way too easy" It said,while climbing down the tree and running away.

In the other hand, Garroth went out of the coffee shop with someone. Namely,Lillian Violet.

"Thanks for letting me go with you Garroth!" Lillian exclaimed,happily.

I just nodded my head in response. She practically begged to go with me. Since I didn't want any scene to happen I agreed. She should be grateful I'm kind today.

"So....how's your lovelife?" She asked,out of the blue.

I flinched at the memory of our fight earlier. Lillian must've noticed this because she eyed me suspiciously.

"Is...something wrong Garroth? You seem a bit....troubled" She said,tilting her head to the side.

I gained my composure and shrugged.

"No...nothing is wrong" I said,taking a seat on one of the benches. She sat beside me and looked into my teal-blue eyes. Her blue eyes eyeing me closely.

I felt a bit uncomfortable and took out my phone. As I was about to turn it on Lillian grabbed it from me.

"H-hey!" I exclaimed as she stuffed my phone inside her bag.

"You won't get your phone back until you tell me what's wrong!" She exclaimed,crossing her arms on her chest.

I huffed and slouched on the bench. She's acting like my mother. It's not like I accepted her as a friend....yet?

"Why do you even care?" I asked while stuffing my hands in my pockets.

"Because...I just do?" She said,hesitantly.

I can't help but smile at her answer.

"That's a dumb reply" I said with a chuckle.

"Hey, at least I tried" She said,shrugging.

"Yup...you sure did" I said,sarcastically.

She pouted and took out my phone. I wonder what she's gonna do with it.

She turned it on and took a good look at it.

"It's about her huh?" She asks while showing me my screensaver. It was a picture of Aphmau and I when she forced me to wear cat ears. She looked so cute...

"Yeah..." I replied,smiling. I can't help but remember what happened that time. When she chased me around the house just to make me wear those ears.

"What happened?" She asks while putting it inside her bag again. Much to my disappointment.

"We...fought actually" I said,sadly. Her face dropped and she looked at the floor.

"Sorry for asking but...why did you fight?" She asked,not looking at me.

I flinched at the question. It was because of her. I think this time I'll be the one asking questions.

"It was because of you actually...what did you tell her?" I asked, eyeing her closely.

Now it was her time to flinch. She bit her bottom lip and her hands shaked a little. Probably wondering if she should tell me what happened.

"Well...I accidentally told her about our past re..lation...ship?" She said,raising her shoulders a little. She let out an awkward laugh and sighed.

"Why?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.

I need to know why she said that to Aphmau. Did she actually mean that? Or did it just really slip out?

"Look, I'm sorry. I thought she knew...." She said,sadly. Silence followed after.

It's not her fault I haven't told Aphmau yet. Practically...everything that happened was my fault. I can't just blame her...right?

"But hey! If she really loves you she would understand the situation and forgive you right away....right? If she loves you..she would do anything to make it work...am I right?" She said,looking into my teal-blue eyes.

Hey...she has a point, right? I mean...maube I should be the one apologizing first. She must have been devastated. And...

Laurence. I'm so stupid to leave her to him. I should be the one comforting her, not him!

Stupid! Stupid!

"Hey,Lil" I started, using the nickname I gave her when we were small.

She hummed in response.

"Thanks..that really helped me..I guess...we could be friends?" I said, it seemed like it came out like a question more than a statement.

She smiled and nodded her head uncontrollably.

"Thank you Garroth!!! Here, get your cellphone back" She took my phone from her bag and gave it to me. She opened her own phone and her eyes widened.

I wonder why. I opened my phone and entered the password.

"Garroth stop!!!" Lillian screamed. Her hand reaching to grab my phone.

It was too late.

What. the. actual. Frick.

I blinked a few times to test if what I'm seeing is real or not.

It is. Now I know what Lillian was trying to tell me.

The phone shaked in my hand as I clicked on the photo a random person tagged me in.

"Hey @TheRealGarrothO'Khasis Look what your girlfriend is doing behind your back! She's cheating on you with your bestfriend! Sucks to be you dude! Hey @Aphmeow and @LaurenceDaHottie having fun?"

I deleted the post from my feed as soon as possible. I can't tak eit anymore...

Is she...really cheating on me? W-with Laurence?

"Garroth...I tried to warn you.." Lillian said,sadly.

"No...I-it can't be...r-right? S-she loves me! They're n-not doing a-anything wrong! R-right?" I managed to say between sobs.

Lillian turned dead silent and looked at the floor. I take that as a yes...

I felt my whole world crash. As if my soul floated away from my body. I felt myself shatter to a million pieces.

Next thing I knew, I started crying uncontrollably.

"H-how c-could she? I-I loved h-her!!!" I screamed. My shaking hands raked my sandy-blonde hair as tears fell down from my eyes.

Suddenly, I felt something warm hug me. I looked to see that it was Lillian.

"Don't cry Garroth...I'm here....I'll never leave you" She said,comforting me.

I can't help but hug her back and cry into her shoulder. I felt so lonely and shattered.

I wish this was a dream....but it isn't. It's real. I hate it.

I hate reality.

"T-Thanks Lil" I said, wiping the remaining tears from my eyes.

Oh gosh I feel like a girl.

She smiled cheerfully.

"No problem! Always here to help out a friend!" She exclaimed. I smiled a bit and pushed all the pain I felt away.

"Hey...Lil...maybe we can be...um.
friends?" I said,shyly. It came out more as a question than a statement.

"R-really!! Thank you Garroth!!" She exclaimed while hugging me. Making me choke to death.

"Yeah..." I can't help but still feel broken about what happened.

"Hey Garroth! Wanna head out to our favoritr place before? It can ease your pain!!" She said,happily while standing up.

"Well...I can't say no to that" I said while walking away with her to the park.

Which I totally forgot how nostalgic that place was.

But....really...How could Aphmau do such a thing?
