You know those times where you feel like everything has fallen apart?

Trust me when I say this, I've been there before. I'm still trying to dig myself out of that dark place, but it's so hard to do. Every once in a while it'll rain and my hole with fill with not only water, but dirt I've spent so much time trying to remove. When that water and dirt mix, it creates such a powerful concoction.

Mud.

Mud is slippery and... sometimes impossible to remain mobile in. Just remember, the light will always come back to dry up the mud. You'll find dirt again. Keep digging until you find a place where you'll remain sheltered from the rain. Keep pushing until you can feel the light and feel it's loving kisses as it whispers in your ear you're safe from harm.

Remember that you are in control and even if you falter, you'll always find your way back out. You may not be able to sink your fingers into the walls of your shelter for very long, but you'll always find a new one. And if permitted, you'll be able to build something indestructible.

In time you can become someone you will fight for.

You just have to take that first step, but don't be scared. I'll be there for you when you stumble.
