Welcome to the second chapter of this story, okay without further ado, lets start :)

<Midnight-12a.m.>

As the clock ticked to the number '12', it was time for Ornella to leave for her play date.

Ornella: "Yay! It's finally midnight! Time to meet Lotus!"

Ornella rummaged through her closet and started throwing her clothes out. Finally, she decided to go with a pair of blue shorts, a white t-shirt, a blue jacket and a belt. She tied her hair into a classic braid and put on a bit of makeup.

Ornella: "Oh! Before I forget. I need to check if Aunt Ashley is still awake..."

Ornella quietly opened her door and without a single sound, she tipped toed towards Astoria's bedroom.Luckily for Ornella, the door was left ajar.

Ornella: "*Whispers* Excellent!"

Ornella peaked through the door and found Astoria sleeping soundly in her comfortable bed.

Ornella: "Ok, time for me to leave..."

Ornella slowly climbed down the stairs, put on her white sport shoes and went out of the door.

As she closed the door behind her, she could feel herself floating on clouds.

Ornella: "Omg yes! I finally have Freedom! Well just for a few hours..."

She then excitedly ran to the nearby park.

<At the neighbourhood park>

After a 5 minutes walk, Ornella had made it to the park. But unfortunately, the park looks deserted. The only thing she saw was a sign that said 'Wood Way Park'.

Ornella: "Lotus? Are you here?"

No response.

Ornella: "That's weird, she told me to come at Midnight...."

Ornella sighed.

Ornella: "I will just head home..."

When Ornella turned around...

Ornella: "AHH!!"

Suddenly, someone's hand covered her mouth.

Lotus: "Shh...we can't wake the Neighbours!"

Lotus removed her hand from Ornella's mouth.

Ornella: "*Gasps* You scared me!"

Lotus: "Sorry I was late! I couldn't find my lucky underwear."

Ornella: "😑 Really?"

Lotus: "I wanted this day to be lucky."

Ornella: "Whatever, what do you want to do?"

Lotus thought for a moment.

Lotus: "I know! Lets go to the bakery shop! I heard they sell delicious treats!"

Ornella: "Okay sure."

<At the bakery>

As Lotus and Ornella entered the bakery, a young female baker came out of her kitchen.

Female Baker: "Customers!"

Ornella: "Umm...Isn't it awfully late for a bakery to be open?"

Female Baker: "Uh...well...this bakery closes quite late actually..."

Ornella: "Why is that?"

Female Baker: "I shouldn't be the one answering that..."

Lotus: "Ok ok, lets stop talking and start ordering. Both of us will take two of your best seller cupcakes!"

Female Baker: "Alrighty! I will be back with your order!"

The Baker then walked into the kitchen.

<In the kitchen> 

Female Baker: "Harmony's and Alex's Daughter alert!"

Male Baker: "What?! Seriously?!"

Female Baker: "I am 100% sure, Alen!"

Alen: "Then what do we do with the hairpin, Rinnie?"

Rinnie: "We made an agreement with Harmony that we will bring the hairpin to her daughter immediately, so....we will have to put it in one of the cupcakes..."

Alen: "But she has her Friend outside, what happen if SHE receives the hairpin?"

Rinnie: "I will just ask for their names..."

Rinnie rushed out of the kitchen.

Rinnie: "Excuse me but what are your names?"

Lotus: "Umm I'm Lotus while she's Ornella but why are you asking us for our names?"

Rinnie: "Oh nothing, I just want to draw your names on the cupcakes so it will be special..."

Ornella: "Oh, that's...really nice of you..."

Rinnie: "No problem!"

Rinnie ran back into the kitchen.

Rinnie: "Lotus and Ornella. Ornella is Harmony's Daughter!"

Alen: "Okay,Got it!"

The two of them started making the cupcake batter in separate bowls. One of them has normal batter in it but in the other bowl, Rinnie dropped in the hairpin and mixed it around.

Rinnie: "I hope this works!"

Alen placed the cupcakes into the oven and waited for it to cook. But since it was a magic oven from wonderland, the cupcakes will cook faster.

<10 minutes later>

*DING!* The cupcakes were done! Rinnie pulled out the cupcakes from the oven and put them in the refrigerator to cool for an minute.

<another minute later>

Alen quickly took both of the cupcakes out of the refrigerator and started writing the word 'Ornella' on the first one and 'Lotus' on the second one by using frosting. Rinnie swiftly placed the cupcakes on a tray and dashed outside.

Rinnie: "Sorry for the wait! Here are your cupcakes!"

Lotus and Ornella both grabbed their cakes,which has their own name on it, and left the bakery.

Ornella: "Goodbye and Thank you again!"

When Ornella finally shut the bakery's door, Rinnie heaved a sigh of relief.

Rinnie: "Well that was a rush!"

Alen: "Agree!"

Rinnie: "I just really hope our plan works!"

<Right outside the bakery>

Lotus: "Ornella! You gotta try these cupcakes! They are so magical!"

Ornella: "Really? Well...I am not that hungry, maybe I will save it for later-"

Suddenly, Ornella accidentally bumped into someone.

Ornella: "Oops, sorry!"

As she turned to her front, she was shocked. Her heart started beating faster. Standing right in front of her was a boy. His platinum blonde hair was shining under the bright moon and his eyes were as bright as the blue ocean. But when Ornella looked into his eyes, she had this strange feeling...that she was missing something important in her life...

The Boy: "Umm...hello?"

Ornella: "Oh! Sorry..."

The Boy: "No,No! I should be the one saying sorry!"

Ornella: "Its fine really! People makes mistakes. I'm Ornella by the way..."

The Boy: "I'm Robert."

Lotus: "And my name is Lotus, come on Ornella lets get going!"

Ornella: "Ok! Well, I think it's bye for now..."

Robert: "Yeah.."

Lotus: "Ornella!"

Ornella: "I'm so sorry about her, but I have to go! Bye!"

Robert gave Ornella a small wave as Lotus continue to drag her along the road.

Suddenly, Robert's phone started to ring.

Robert: "Hello?"

Unknown: "Get your butt back here now!"

Robert hang up and speedily ran off.

<At the secret base>

Robert: "You called?"

Unknown: "Have you found her yet?!"

Robert: "Yes..."

Unknown: "Good...what was her name?"

Robert: "Ornella..."

Unknown: "Ornella...perfect! Here is what I want you to do..."

Robert: "What is it?"

Unknown: "Make her fall in love with you...then, destroy her..."

Robert: "What?! I can't..."

Unknown: "You can't? YOU CAN'T?!"

Robert: "Um...*Gulp*"

Unknown: "*Grab his t-shirt* Listen here boy, I am the one with the power here! If you don't do it, you know the consequences! *Dropped him*"

Robert: "Ouch...But half of your magic is Vicky's magic and you can't control it well..."

Unknown: "OF COURSE I CAN CONTROL IT! DON'T DARE TO QUESTION ME! *Take in a deep breath* Vicky was weak that is why I was able to take her down. Now by to the point, DO IT! OR ELSE YOUR FAMILY WILL BE KILLED! EVEN YOU!"

Robert: "*Shivering* Y-Yes master..."

Unknown: "*Evil laughter*"
