Melancholy nights,
Days spent in fright,
Of our future that lies so unpredictability ahead.
No clue of the merry or misery to come.
But that is what tawakkul is.
Trusting Allah with all your affairs.
Knowing whatever befalls of the good or bad,
It is all but a test from Him.
Now you can either choose to complain and seek out your future.
Or let it rest in the hands of the best planner.
Having hope yet fearing His punishment.
That's what the ultimate goal is: taqwa.
So leave your burdens aside,
Let your worries fade away.
Your matters now lie in the best hands.
And know He does everything according to His mercy.
If He wasn't Al Haleem,
He would have sezied us for our mistakes.
But that's why He is known as Ar- Rahman and Ar- Raheem.
