I don't have reference art for her cause of ArT bLoCk so once that goes away I'll add it-

Personality: Usually happy and tries to put a smile on other's faces. Although, in the middle of a fight, she can and will begin acting similarly to Sand (another one of my OCs)

Powers: Since she's a pokemon with her type twisted, I'll just add the moves she knows:
Hydro-pump
Thunderbolt
Heal pulse (yes, it's a psychic move, It's explained in her backstory however)
Electroweb
She also knows the Z-move for Alolan Raichu as well. (Stoked Sparksurfer)

Weaknesses: She tires out easily. Also, while on her hover-tail, she isn't as fast as she would like to be. She's also easily bribed by watermelon.

Age: Unknown (for now cause I haven't actually thought of that XD)

Enjoys: watermelon, her friends, playing videogames with Sand, and helping others.

Hates: Clara (They don't get along well since they often have fights, but they hide it), her mother, anyone who might harm Sand, swearing, and she immediately holds a grudge on whoever steals her watermelon.

Backstory: I'm going to keep the fact on how she's half water type a secret, but to keep her backstory short, her mother was abusive and an alcoholic, so Rain just didn't put up with it and ran away into the forest. While she was there, she met an Eevee, and they became good friends. The Eevee even convinced her parents to let Rain stay with them. The Eevee's mother was a Sylveon, while her father was a Espeon, and Rain and the Eevee managed to convince the Espeon to try and help Rain learn a move, and it ended up being Heal Pulse even though the Espeon didn't actually know it himself. They all didn't even know how it was possible, but they suspected it must be because of Rain's strange type combination. After a while, the Eevee developed an illness, and soon enough just disappeared. The parents blamed Rain even though it wasn't her fault, and Rain was back in the forest by herself. She managed to get by, slowly creating a home for herself.

Extra:
-Rain has a good sense of direction, since she lived in the forest for so long.
-Rain and Clara hide the fact that they hate each other when they're around other people
