(Kai is seen using his abilities as an engineer to build a familiar robotic dog to help him and Setsuna in their quest.)

(Kai smiles in satisfaction, and then he starts training Rush for hours until he it was ready to help him in combat.)

Kai: Good going, Rush.

(He then introduces Setsuna to Rush.)

Kai: Setsuna, meet Rush.

Rush: Woof!

Setsuna: A robotic dog?

Kai: More than that. He can give us support to reach higher places, go to distant places, and he even goes underwater.

Setsuna: Really?

Kai: Yep. (to Rush) Rush, become a jet.

(Rush transforms into a Jet, and then Kai places his feet above it as it starts flying up, much to Setsuna's amazement.)

Setsuna: Whoa!

Kai: Awesome, isn't it?

(Then Rush lands as Kai hops off.)

Kai: With his help, we are one step closer to free this Kingdom from the oppression.

Setsuna: Good to know.

(Some hours later, Kai and Setsuna leave the forest as they go to another village, where they locate a certain princess.)

Setsuna: (stern) It's her...

(The individual is known as Flare Arlgrande Jioral, the Magic Hero and princess of the kingdom. Known for her powerful magic and ruthless ambition, she was a formidable adversary. Her presence alone struck fear into the hearts of many, but not Kai Haruto. Today, he had come to put an end to her reign of terror.)

Kai: Let's go, Rush, Setsuna!

(They then jump down in front of Flare, whose eyes then narrow as she recognizes two of them.)

Flare: So you have finally showed up. Do you really think you can challenge me and survive?

Kai: Your reign of tyranny ends today, Flare. The people you've hurt, the lives you've destroyed—I'm here to make sure you answer for all of it.

Flare: You're a fool, Kai Haruto. I am the Magic Hero, blessed with power beyond your comprehension. You don't stand a chance.

(Kai clenched his fists, feeling the familiar surge of energy coursing through him.)

Kai: We'll see about that.

(Without another word, Flare raised her scepter, summoning a massive fireball that hurtled toward Kai. He dodged with superhuman speed, the flames scorching the marble floor where he had stood moments before. In an instant, he charged at her, his fist crackling with energy. Flare countered with a wave of her hand, conjuring a barrier of fire. Kai's punch collided with the barrier, sending shockwaves through the room. The barrier shattered, and Flare staggered back, momentarily surprised by his strength.)

Flare: (eyes narrow) You've got some power, but it won't be enough.

(She unleashed a barrage of magical attacks—fireballs, lightning bolts, and blasts of pure energy. Kai weaved through the onslaught with his super speed, deflecting what he could with his Buster Cannon. He closed the distance between them, aiming a powerful kick at Flare's midsection. Flare blocked the kick with a shield of magic, but the force of the impact sent her skidding back. She gritted her teeth, her anger flaring.)

Flare: You're persistent, I'll give you that. But I'm just getting started.

(She chanted an incantation, and the air around her shimmered with heat. The torches flared brighter, their flames twisting and coiling around her like serpents. With a gesture, she sent the fiery serpents hurtling toward Kai. Kai braced himself, focusing his energy. He unleashed a whirlwind of punches and kicks, each one generating bursts of wind that deflected the fiery attacks. The room became a storm of fire and wind, the two combatants locked in a deadly dance.)

Flare: You're stronger than I expected, but strength alone won't save you!

(She raises her scepter, drawing upon her full power. The village darkened as a massive firestorm began to form above her, the heat intense and oppressive.)

Flare: This ends now!

(Kai knew he had to act quickly. He summoned all his energy, his body glowing with a brilliant blue light. He first proceeded to save the villagers as fast as possible before finally launching himself at Flare, his speed creating a sonic boom that echoed through the village. Flare unleashed the firestorm, a cataclysmic wave of flames that threatened to consume everything in its path. But Kai was ready. He punched through the wall of fire, his energy shielding him from the worst of the heat. He closed the distance in an instant, his fist connecting with Flare's chest in a powerful, decisive strike. Flare's eyes widened in shock and pain as the force of the blow sent her crashing into the wall, and then she lays in the ground, gasping for breath, her magic dissipating.)

Kai: It's over, Flare. You've lost. (approaches Flare) Now I have your power!

YOU GOT ASTRO CRUSH!

(Flare looked up at him, her eyes filled with hatred and disbelief.)

Flare: This isn't... possible. How could I be defeated by you?

Kai: Because I fight for more than just power. I fight for justice, for the people you've oppressed. That's what makes me stronger than you.

(Flare struggled to speak, but her strength was gone. The once-mighty Magic Hero lays defeated.)

(Meanwhile at the Jioral Castle, Flare's sister, Norn is seen looking at the map as she steps on her slave. Then a knight comes in.)

Trist: Bad news, Flare was defeated.

(These words attract Norn's attention.)

Norn: How was she defeated?

Trist: Looks like the Cyber-Speedster Hero managed to bring her down.

Norn: Oh... so he did it.

Trist: What should we do?

Norn: Let him come to the castle. We'll let him think he gained advantage, and then once he's off guard, we'll bring him down!

(Trist nods as he leaves before Norn starts laughing sadistically as the screen fades out.)
