I'm trying to get better at drawing hair. So what I see people do with hair is they only draw lines, and it somehow looks good? like, they don't draw strands like I do...

And so I tried

and TRIED

AND TRIED

And I dunno anymore...

Like, sometimes it actually looks okay for the most part, and sometimes it partially looks very good but the rest is eh, and sometimes it's just ewww...

I dunno, should I try to get used to this method and refine it or does it just look like shit to you?

I'm also getting used to these headshapes, I guess, but I still can't draw faces (especially eyes)

Oh well, I'm leaving for the farewell party of my exchange partner now... I dunno how to feel. I hope with her leave, some of my problems will get resolved (not that she was the cause, she just took up all my time so I had no energy or time left to work things out with my friend or do anything, basically...)

I'm not hungry at all but I kjinda have to eat??? oh well... crossing my fingers...

To anyone who reads this:

I don't wanna sleep tonight, I'm gonna do some human(-oid) OC requests. You know me, only males, I wanna practise drawing hair (aka, gimme some dudes with hair, no hats or just fluff (if it's a furry), just actual hair), but I don't wanna do actual work and put effort into it (hence why I'm not doing females).

I won't be able to reply but like, first come first serve, gonna take 3 for now. won't be coloured, just some fullbody sketches. Therefore, make sure to either include a detailed description (of outfit and looks and all, no colour description needed) or give me detailed directions to a fullbody reference.

I will do the first three well enough described ones. (aka, if you fail to give a good enough description or direction to a reference, I'm gonna skip your reply, I don't wanna go through the hassle of keep asking qustions then waiting for a reply)

Also, "a simple shirt and jeans" is NOT a good enough outfit description. what kind of jeans/shirt (tight fitting?? loose??, etc.), length, etc. must be included of course. don't miss out the shoes if they wear any.

I know I'm asking a lot but like, it's not me who wants something, it's you. You gotta do your part right for me to consider it.

If I don't get enough requests that fit my expectations I'm just gonna do less, easy as that.
