This was later than expected but here we are for a redesign for lovely Lolli-Chupps !

Here is my take!

You said her fashion or time period is 1940's so I gave her an outfit for that period

Kept her colors and since she is a creepypasta character, what is one without some blood sprinkled here and there x)

Kept her mask , skin color and colors the same. Added black to her color palate

Gave her a cape and a hat ... Very fancy. The thing attached to her hat is a feather! Thought it would be fancy!

Don't know anything about creepypastas sooo yeah—
