The party still kept going, (Y/n) made her way back in Kidd's room after too many drinks. She sighed heavily, smelling the booze off her lips and lied down. She shut her eyes and listened to Kidd and his men still yelling and cheering.

"Man they sure can party." She laughed then fell soundly.

(Y/n) awoke from the gentle strokes on her head. Her eyes fluttered open from Pouring morning light. She looked up and saw the blue and white mask of Killer, she smiled back then yawned.

"Good morning, love," he whispered.

"Good morning," she turned her body. Her legs straddled his hips and connected her forehead with his. Killer slid his head down to her shoulders and nuzzles on her neck to take in her sweet scent. His hair fell along with him tickling her neck, she squirmed in his grip as he held her tighter.

"What's the matter, love?"

"You're hair," she grunts.

"What? You don't like it when it tickles you?" Grunting no, Killer let out of a breath of laughter as his hands traveled up and down her waist. "Then how about I do this!" He moved his fingers frantically and harshly on her sides. (Y/n) burst out laughing, wrestling the blond to escape the silly torture.

"Stop! Stop! I give up! I give!" Killer stopped and (Y/n) hit his chest playfully. "You're so mean Killer."

"I'm a lot of things, darling."

"HEY LOVEBIRDS!" Screamed Kidd down the hall. Both of them cringed. "GET UP, WE'RE DOCKING!" (Y/n) sighed.

"You heard him, let's go." Before she could leave, Killer grabbed her.

"What's the matter?"

"Stay with me?" He asked. "Just for a moment longer..." he whispered. She complied and stayed with him until Wire knocked on the door to get them. They got dressed and ate breakfast, soon, both Killer and (Y/n) stepped on the spring Island's grass. The air is so fresh, the plant life so green, it's been a while since they saw scenery like this.

"It's so beautiful out here!" Gasped (Y/n) over the ship's railing.

"Indeed it is," Heat agreed. "We'll be camping here for the night."

"Why's that? A spring island doesn't seem like our captain's speed."

"True, but Cap'n said he wanted to go stretch his legs and be by himself."

"But I thought the workshop was his sanctuary."

"Apparently, it isn't helping recently."

"Stange..."

"Well, enough of the captain's bad mood. Wanna help me find a good camping spot?" (Y/n) frantically nodded yes. She wanted to get off of this stuffy ship as soon as possible. She boarded the small rowboat with Heat and a few other men. When they docked (Y/n) ran ahead of the men laughing merrily as she felt the cool wind in her hair and the warm sun on her skin. She found herself on top of a cliff. The view of a flower field below her was beautiful. It was unlike she's ever seen. Flowers that she saw while traveling with Kidd and his crew were all in one field. It was like the All Blue but with flowers!

"Heat!" she screamed, "Heat you have to see this!" She turned around to go retrieve him. "Heat the view here is awesome!" She ran quickly back to the group of men and ran so fast that she didn't know she bumped into someone. She fell onto her butt, she looked up and saw Killer. "Wait, Killer? What are you doing here?" She asked.

"Me? I should be asking you that." He helps her up onto her feet, "What are you doing out here so late?" (Y/n) tilted her head in confusion.

"Late? It's not late..." That's when she realized that the whole scenery darkened. "What the..."

"Like I said, what are you doing here so late?"

"Oh...sorry," she apologized. "There was a flower field that I wanted Heat to see."

"Heat's asleep right now."

"He is? But he was right behind me..."

"I think you staying up is getting to you. Come on, let's head back." Killer held her hand and turned back to the ship.

"But the All Blue flower field!" 

"The what?"

"The All Blue flower field, I want to show at least one person before we go back on the sea."

"Alright, fine. How about you show me where this field is then we had back." (Y/n) smiled and grabbed his hand, leading him there. It was a full moon out and the field looked even beautiful than it was in the day time. 

"Wow..." said Killer, "This...my god..." (Y/n) smiled at Killer's reaction. She held his hand and both just stood there in the sweet silence. 

"Isn't it beautiful?" She asked him.

"Not as much as you, my love." He parted her hair to clear her face, cupped her cheek, and connected their foreheads. He held her close his warm embrace made her blush, "(Y/n)," he said. "(Y/n)...I'm so sorry..."

"What?" He coughed and something warm trickled down her back. "Killer? What's happening? Killer?" He fell off her shoulder and saw blood seeping from his back and through the holes of his mask, she quickly fell to his side He reached out his hand for hers.

"Run (Y/n), You have to get out of here!"

"No! I'm not leaving you!"

"Look, if you don't run they'll get you."

"Who will?" A laugh filled the night air making her freeze, that laughter was the thing she feared most. That laugh would traumatize her till the end of time.

"My little pet~," It said, "Come back to me~."Tears fell down her cheek, she trembled while still holding onto Killer. She shook his cold body even though she already knew he was gone. 

"(Y/N)!" 

"Kidd!?"

"(Y/n), If you can hear my voice follow it!" She got up onto her feet and ran into the woods after she gave Killer one final look. 

"Kidd! I can't find you! Where are you!" All around her the woods turned nothing into darkness, the beautiful forest turned nothing more than a pitch-black void. The laughter followed her closely along with the sound of dragging chains. 

"Listen to my voice! Do you hear me? (Y/n)?"

"Kidd, Save me! Save me, brother! Save me!" She screamed, "I don't wanna go back to that hell hole, Kidd! Save me, please!"

(Y/n) fluttered her eyes opened and sat up, cold sweat trickled down her brow while she gasped for air. 

"You're finally up." said a voice to her side. she looked over and saw Killer, his usual mask on but his shirt off. Water trickled down his abdomen, the smell of him told her he had just finished a bath. "How did you sleep?"

"Awfully..." she groaned.

"I'm sorry to hear that, wanna talk about it?" 

"No..." she muttered, "I thought I was in Kidd's room, why am I here?"

"You mean to tell me that you passed out on my bed without even knowing?"

"Shut up," she snapped. "I'm going back to Kidd's room, good night."

Now sitting on the edge of her brother's bed, (Y/n) looked down onto her feet, pieces of her dream replayed in her mind. Heavy footsteps were heard outside the door, It's Kidd she thought. He entered the room with a big smile he chuckled at a crewmate's joke then bidding them a good night. He saw his sister, just sitting there.

"Hey, what's up," he said, (Y/n) hummed back. "You're usually with Killer, what's the matter? Did he try to pull something?" she grunted no. "Then what's wrong?"

"Nothing, I just wanna spend the night here, that's all."

"(Y/n), I'm your brother, I know when something's up."

"Look, it was just a nightmare, okay? Leave me alone..."

"It seems more than that, sis." he sat down with her, "Tell me."

"I..." there was a lump in her throat. "I want off of this ship." she finally said. 

"You're kinda late for that we just shipped off, we can turn around and stay for another day if you want." He got up but (Y/n) caught his arm, she shook her head.

"No, that's not what I meant, Kidd. I meant to say I want to leave this crew..." Kidd's expression sunk from her words.

"Why? Is it the crew? Are they harass you again? I'll kick their asses!"

"No Kidd! They did nothing wrong." She stood up to face him.

"Then if they didn't do anything why do you want to leave?" He questioned

"Because you're life's in danger!" She argued back.

"Please, We're WANTED CRIMINALS!" He yelled, "The whole world wants us dead!"

"But what you did isn't as bad as what I did!"

"Try me!" He challenged. "I killed innocence, Robbed, raided, burned down islands! All because I was bored."

"This isn't a competition on who did what, I want off this ship Kidd!" She tried to walk pass her brother but he blocked the path.

"Not until you tell me why." 

"Just let me off! Please!"

"I spent years trying to find you, I'm not letting go of you that easily."

"Why won't you let me leave? I'm just a nuisance to you and your crew."

"BECAUSE YOU'RE MY SISTER!"

"SO WHAT! YOU DON'T EVEN NEED ONE!"

"YES I DO!"

"NAME ONE GOOD REASON WHY I SHOULD STAY THEN!"

"YOU'RE ALL THAT I HAVE LEFT (Y/N)!" She was taken aback.

"What...?" Her voice quieted down.

"You heard me, You're all I have left..." She could hear the trembling and vulnerability in his voice. 

"What about Killer, does he mean nothing to you?"

"Of course he does, it's just that...I can't afford to lose you. When I lost you that day, I lost myself... nothing makes me happier than having you in my life." He walked over to his sister and hugged her. She hugged him back, She could feel her tears fall down along her face along with Kidd's tears on her shoulder. "You mean so much to me, so much...so don't leave...I hate it when people leave..."

"Kidd..." She whispered, "Are you drunk? You're drunk aren't you."

"It doesn't matter if I'm drunk or not. Just tell me what's wrong. I know I'm cruel, but that doesn't mean I won't listen to my sister." He whispered. (Y/n) felt her brother tremble, something she hadn't felt since ever. She took in his scent, He smelt of metal, oil, and booze. It was a weird combination, and it stung her nose, but it made her calm.

"Kidd, remember how you asked how I escaped?"

"Yeah, you would cry every time I asked, so I stopped asking."

"Truth is...I didn't just run," she felt her throat close but she wouldn't let her trauma get in the way of this moment. "I had to do more, I had to do the unthinkable..." She held him tightly now and swallowed the lump in her throat. "I had to kill them, Kidd...I killed them, I killed Celestial Dragons..." The air became still, he couldn't believe her words. "That's why I gotta leave. For your own good." She tried to break free from her brother's arm but he didn't move. "Kidd?"

"So what?" He said.

"What do you mean 'So what?' your life's in danger!" Kidd got off her shoulder and stared at her dead in the eyes.

"(Y/n), do you always forget my role in this world? I'm a pirate, I live for danger, I live for freedom. No snobby noble will take that away from me, from us."

"But Kidd-"

"No. No more buts or what ifs, no more tears, no more running away. You're a Kidd Pirate, remember that. No one will get in our way, no one." He gave her a soft headbutt, "More importantly, you're my sister." (Y/n) gave him a gigantic hug. "It's past midnight, I'm kinda late, but, happy birthday, sis."

"Happy birthday brother..."
